These guys were great and fixed a persistent leak in my ceiling that 3 other plumbing companies couldn't ever find (including Fisher Plumbing who left a hole in our ceiling and stopped returning calls.) 1. They sent Michael who dutifully diagnosed the problem, alerted me of all associated costs. Michael listened and reserved judgement until he had tested all the factors himself. 2. When the solution looked to be costly, he called in supervisor Ralph to give a second opinion. Ralph was also a total pro - complimented Michael on how carefully he'd put down drop cloths to catch the mess - then diagnosed the problem himself, agreeing with Michael's conclusions. 3. They tried an odd-ball workaround that involved adding additional wax seals to our toilet and flange - it worked! Hard Hat diagnosed a very tricky problem and provided an extremely workable fix that saved us about a thousand dollars! I'm pleased to have found my new plumber! read more

What I like the most is that the owner is very responsive. My experience with plumbers is they tend to no show with no warning. However, I was pleasantly surprised when the owner picked up when I called and updated me on the status of my call. The plumber himself was very nice and answered all of my hubby's questions. Highly recommend them. They were professional, courteous, and very helpful. They came out to unclog our kitchen sink. They were very thorough in diagnosing and unclogging the problem. Our house is very old and we had been fighting slow drain in the kitchen for a long time. It got to the point where it stopped draining so I got quotes from a few places but settled on Hard Hat Rooter because of the number of positive reviews. Rueban sent AJ to our house the same day. AJ discovered that his snake was not effective (meaning my problem was much worse) at clearing the blockage. He called Rueban to come by and access the problem. They discovered that the pipes to my home were not optimally laid out therefore the pipes weren't able to properly drain. It was a really big greasy mess! In any event, they recommended and completed a Hydrojet and replaced the broken disposal. All in all, an amazing experience. White glove service from an honest business with fair prices. read more

Fantastic guys, who work for a great company. - First time was installing a bypass valve on a leaking water softener so we could turn the water off (to replace the softener) and still keep water going to the house. Smooth, and no problems. - Second time was super dirty job of exploring an exploded fridge water line that caused mold damage.
