We had an absolutely incredible experience at the Hard Rock Cafe on the night of June 3rd, all thanks to our server, Sharon. She completely exemplifies what world-class customer service looks like! We ended up placing our order from the main menu with literally one minute to spare before the kitchen transitioned, and instead of making us feel rushed, Sharon handled it with total grace, an amazing attitude, and a huge smile. The food was fantastic, too--the veggie fajitas were absolutely amazing (a massive win for the vegetarian gamers out there!), and the seasoned fries were the bomb. Not much to do in this town other than the casino, which is how we ended up here for lunch. We walked in with pretty low expectations and left pleasantly surprised. The service was mostly friendly but a little slow. The menu had tons of options and they had a menu of specials as well. The portions were large and I enjoyed my chicken sandwich and fries. The pierogis were fine but nothing special, as expected. The bar area has tons of TVs, which was great. The casino still allows smoking so that lingers the entire building, which is frustrating. Overall, not a horrible spot if you want a break from the casino and want food while you watch some games. read more

I have dined here twice now and both times were excellent...from the food and service to the prices. I expected it to be like most chains and nothing spectacular, but I believe this was a much better experience than what I remember from other Hard Rock Cafes. Each time I ordered the original Hard Rock Cafe burger - and each time I had it cooked medium - and each time it was perfect. Even the fries were crispy and tasty. The service was also excellent. Each server I have encountered was attentive, and polite. The area is wide open here alongside the casino floor with plenty of televisions to watch whatever is playing...concerts, sporting events, etc. read more

We also got the Bangkok shrimp appetizer. Oh so good. Perfect amount of spice. Also couldn't finish it. We topped our meal off w the brownie sundae. Couldn't finish that either. Took our left overs home for lunch the next day. Still good. We had a lovely server who was attentive and friendly and helpful. Sad to say but skip this experience as a dinner destination. Apps and drinks only. The burger was tough and the chorizo was burnt. Neither was edible. Sent both back and it was taken off the bill. Nachos were fine and the pierogies were just okay. The Twisted Mac and cheese I ordered as an app but somehow was translated into a meal so a higher price tag. I asked what twisted meant and the waiter wasn't sure but said he enjoyed it with hot sauce so I said let's go for it. Sauce on the side was very good Buffalo. To me the Mac was spicy enough as they must use pepper jack. The garlic toast was good too. The chicken was okay but unexpected. Not sure how the waiter missed this as an item in the meal. By any chance I go back, I would try the Buffalo wings as the sauce was good. Waiter was friendly if not knowledgeable. It is Saturday afternoon around 1:00 pm and me and the girls we were enjoying an afternoon and celebrating a birthday. We ordered drinks, burgers and salads. The Legendary burger was juicy, flavorful and cooked as I requested medium well. I had them add some barbecue dipping sauce on the side and it took the burger to a whole new level. The salad was bountiful and fresh. The drinks were off the chain!!! Hard Rock strong - impressive!!! The birthday girl received a free ice cream Sunday it was massively delicious. Came to Hard Rock Cafe inside Hard Rock Casino on Tuesday June 22nd. I liked the decor and overall set up. Masks in the casino are optional which makes this the first place I've been where they are optional. We had the waiter named Howard who was a super fun waiter. A little corny with his jokes but I love me a good dad joke so it was fun. My husband got the hurricane cocktail while I got something I can't remember what it is called but it was blue, coconutty and delicious. My husband really enjoyed his bacon burger and he ate it all along with the fries. I got a cheese pizza and it was also fantastic. If you get the chance to come to Hard Rock Cafe inside of the Hard Rock Casino I would. We shall be back. read more

I used to like going here for a special occasion or an escape, since I love the vibe of the Hard Rock Cafe. Feels like vacation. I have stopped going after being treated poorly by the wait staff and host twice. Both times walked into mostly empty restaurant, and was sat directly next to the waiter stand where large crowds of servers would gather , complain, gossip. They would block my view of the stage. The last time it felt as if the servers were gathering and making fun of me for dining alone. Food is just okay, and the staff makes it an unbearable experience. read more

As far as ambiance is concerned this place is empty most of the time. Lazy cooks and waitresses. The managers would rather be friends with the staff than manage them. The attached photo will of the charred calzone I was served is a prime example of the quality of service you'll receive. After I pointed out my charcoal colored calzone to the waitress, she rudely said, "well I didn't cook it" (but she served it). I never snatched a tip off the table so fast in my life. So Muddy Waters Jr was playing at the Hard Rock this evening. I slid in about 10:15 and enjoyed the rest of the show. What I noticed was after I was seated, no one came around to give me a menu, take my order or anything. So now it's 11pm, the show is over. I'm starving, but I don't want to stay and eat, I got shit to do. I walk to one of the waitresses and ask if I can get something to go. She tells me "Sure, just go to the desk over there." I head to the desk and they inform me that they are no longer doing take out. So I basically got seated, and watched everyone who came in behind me eat and drink and have a ball.
