So this review is specifically for the Hard Rock Café store, and not the restaurant. Average size store at this location. They have the typical things you expect, all branded Hard Rock items including men's, women's and children clothing (primarily shirts), shot glasses and pint glasses, buttons, baseball hats and a few other odds and ends. One thing I'm noticing at Hard Rock stores (maybe I just missed this in the past) is that they all have similar styles of shirts, they just change the city name. Staff was friendly and prices were on par with all other Hard Rock locations. If you like the brand you can usually find something new to get, I think they update styles approx. once a year. Worth a stop, quick and easy in and out. Plus near some cool local attractions. Check those out too if you're in the area. read more

These guys are amazing!! They went above and beyond in a PACKED house, during COVID-19, to give my BFFF a memorable 40th birthday. Frances is an excellent, attentive & sharp server. (Side note I missed my other fave server Robert tonight, he was off) The mangers & entire staff signed birthday cards for us & everything. We had the most delicious chocolate cake for dessert, on the house. The managers were THE sweetest & REALLY on top of things. Food, mixed drinks.. perf & most of all for five seconds my best friend got to forget all her pain & that she is dying so young.. you guys are absolutely AMAZING for that and I hope you ALL know how much it meant. Uuuugggh I just don't know it just wasn't right. It's definitely not " vegetarian friendly " except for a few starters. I ordered the fried Cauliflower first time ever tasting those. I don't like how they are cooked with the flour still on the inside. The manager said it was the batter and some of them will have flour on the inside. I don't like the taste of dry season flour. But I don't even think that was my overall problem. My biggest issue is the salt or seasoning on the breaded part, then I dip it in dressing more SALTY, SALTY, SALTY !!! So I told them to return it, I don't like it. So the manager recommended the veggie flat bread/pizza. I got that as a " To Go Order " I waited a few hours to even eat that. The pizza was a whole lot better than that cauliflower. The decor ........ " it depends on what excites you, but whatever. The female manager on duty was completely unprofessional and rude and disrespectful to me as an African American male in front of my wife and children. This was her action regarding an error in the bill that was the fault of the staff at the restaurant. She did not want to hear me explain my situation and cut me off talking to her mid sentence only to scream at me to listen to her and what she had to say. I've hit 7 or 8 Hard Rock's in the last few years and - surprisingly to me - this was one of the better ones. It's right in the middle of the most touristy part of Pigeon Forge (ugh) and was a hassle to get to during rush hour. Once inside, of course it has the usual Hard Rock memorabilia which is always cool if you're into music. I will say this, they seemed to have a little less memorabilia than most. Anyway our server was a guy named Morgan and he was great. I had a couple beers and the sweet and tangy wings. Wings were better than I expected and above average overall. Id eat them again right now. My daughter had a burger that she said was "mid" but she's 16 so who knows how it really was . Look if you go into a Hard Rock you already know the basics. Cool stuff on the walls, average food, inconsistent service. But like I said, I thought the food - and our server made Pigeon Forge Hard Rock one of the better one's I've been to. read more

Probably the cleanest, nicest Hard Rock that I have been too. The ambiance is amazing. Basil Strawberry lemonade is killer. My daughter ordered a side of twisted Mac and cheese. I could not stay away from it. Fresh red peppers and Panko crumbs maybe. If I ever return this will be a must! She ordered nachos. Biggest plate of nachos I have ever seen. Lots of layers of flavor and no truly baked chips. We could not eat them all as a group and we had seven in our party. I had the local legend and it was amazing!!! Garlic aioli, pulled pork, blackened seasoning, cheddar, and onion straws! My daughter loved her guitar shaped plate with little sections for dipping built in that we got two for both kids to take home. My mother in law got the legend burger and said it was great! It's music to my ears each time; I would visit the Hard Rock Café. They have the best local legendary burgers served with their famous fries. My favorite foods at the Hard Rock Café are their Rock & Roll Desserts. Hard Rock Café has the best hall of fame desserts like home made apple cobbler, hot fudge brownie sundae. The Hard Rock Roxtars kid's meals are really amazing for kids under the ages of 10 years old and under the price of $10. read more

We walked in and and we were told it would be a 45 minute wait for two people. It didn't look that busy. We asked if we could sit at the bar and eat at the bar and they said yes and we did. The bartender said he would be right with us but did not give us any menus we waited well he waited on tables on the floor. Then he went to the kitchen and we didn't see him, so we left. The food quality here is less than average for a restaurant and way too expensive. I had some chicken tenders and fries and tried some pasta and a salad. None were that good, especially for the price. The experience is more what this place is about. There were a lot of great artifacts and music videos playing, which I enjoyed. Service was great and something I thought was neat is that your temperate was taken in a scanner like device when you first walk in. I like going to hard Rock cafes in general but this one was not one of the best. There was a lack of really interesting memorabilia but the worst part was that the food menu was very sparse and of course as you would expect overpriced. I had a barbecue burger and my wife had a spicy shrimp with one drink that came to almost 50 bucks It seemed excessive but I know it's the Hard Rock cafe. I will say the staff was pretty attentive and it would have been a lot better if there was a live band playing of course. The chicken tenders are in a weird batter like you find on mrs pauls fish sticks and taste about the same. Yucky. Two of the three burgers my friends had were way over cooked. Dramatic looking place like most Hard Rock Cafes, though I'm surprised that this one is even more dramatic than lots that are located in bigger cities. Food was good. It's Hard Rock. They won't wow the true foodies, but they will also hardly ever make anybody unhappy unless they really screw up. I was happy with my visit but had to knock down 1 star to a 3 because on my visit there I ordered a beer, and I poured a tiny bit of beer into the glass on the table when I realized that the glass wasn't cold so I stopped to ask the server. That's when I noticed that all the other tables also had a glass on the table but with menu cards in them. Our table did not have that. Server said she'll bring me another beer and I told her it's ok, I was fine but she insisted because there wouldn't be any charge. So I let her bring me another beer. Dining experience was nice. And server was really awesome!! While waiting for the check I was counting out extra cash to tip her in case she had to cover that second beer out of pocket. When the bill did come I was surprised to see that I was charged for the second one as well... even though I wasn't the one who asked for it. But I didn't complain because I did drink it and did enjoy it.. just surprised because that wasn't the right thing for them to do. read more

Fantastic experience and great food. Honestly I have been to several of the Hard Rocks and actually use to go to one where I lived often. The same applies to all I have ever been to including this one. Great service, food and people. Love the Waldorf Salad and was a great big salad. Was surprised by the quantity. I have a soft spot for Hard Rock Cafes. If there is one where I am I will make a point to visit. To date 184 includes 5 in different countries. I was confused with the decor over the bar area and wasn't a fan in my opinion it looked tacky. I did like the back drop setting and the rest of the decor was pretty standard Hard Rock. The service was good and the staff was friendly. We ordered adult drinks they were good and as usual over priced however I will continue to visit Hard Rocks until there is no more me or no more Hard Rocks. We had appetizers for dinner my wife had the loaded nachos with steak and I had the Buffalo Chicken Wings again also over priced in my opinion for the quantity the quality was good (average). I would like to have given more than 3 starts but if I am being honest it was average. read more

I love going to Hard Rock anytime I am in a city that has one. It is always a great experience and very consistent with having good food and service. Or, that is what I thought until I visited this location. This is the only bad experience I've ever had at a Hard Rock, and I now know to never go to this location. There were maybe 5 tables seated in the entire restaurant and we were told it was a 25 minute wait. After waiting, we were seated to find that they have a severely reduced menu. This would have been really nice to know before waiting and getting our drinks so we could have left, but we felt trapped at that point. The options were so insanely limited that our party struggled big time to even find something we wanted. They did not have the big booklet menu that you would typically find, but literally one page of food options. When we settled on things we didn't even want and went to order, two of us were told that that item was not available. So then, the process started over. We were pretty close to leaving at that point, but knew if we went somewhere else it would be even longer before we could eat. The food finally came and it was terrible and very poor quality. Everything lacked actual flavor. No one finished their meal. The kids meal was absolutely disgusting flavor wise and the fruit that came with it was mostly brown and beginning to rot. Most of the staff seemed pretty cranky and burnt out, which kind of put another negative vibe on the experience, because you could definitely tell no one wanted to be there and no one wanted to deal with a customer. We were all super shocked and disappointed to have such a poor experience at a Hard Rock, a place you typically go and expect good food and a good atmosphere/experience. read more

I'm going to give this a 5 star simply because how accommodating they are with pets. It rained and although there are several pet friendly restaurants around, this is the only one with a covered patio. The service was excellent and the food was good. It was over priced, but it's a Hard Rock Cafe and we expected it. The server immediately brought out a dog bowl of water for our dog and I was even able to order him some hamburger they ground up and put in a bowl for him (they did that at as an add on patty to a burger so it was much cheaper than expected). read more
