I already knew I thought Hard Rocks were overpriced, and although I like rock it is not a new religion for me, but we were hungry and tired with this place across from the hotel. The grilled chicken sandwich , with tomato cucumber salad, were both very good, my expectations were exceeded. Service from Henry was excellent.

Typical hard rock restaurant. Staff was friendly and there were some cool items to check out. This location is on the smaller side and closed pretty early for a popular spot (10pm). Plenty of parking and the food was good. Not cheap. 2 app, 4 sodas and two drinks (ones a special) cost about 80 bucks.

I have been here many times but it's definitely changed. It's not as decorated with as much music history as it used to be. Besides that the food was good. We all tried their burger there offering to be put on the menu for all Hard Rocks. Our server was the inventor of said burger. She was great and really took good care of us

We got to Hard Rock around 8:10. We didnt realize they close at 9 but as soon as we stepped in everyone was so friendly and greeted us. Reassured us it was ok we were there that late. We had a Caesar salad with steak, a kids pizza and a steak with potatoes and vegetables. The kids ate all the pizza, I wish I had just got a plain salad (it was great even with the steak), and my husband and son split the steak! It was pricey but it was great! Would definitely come back!

We ordered their dinner takeout once, tried their chicken burger and lengadary nachos. Both were pretty good. The chicken in the burger was tender. Nachos came with huge portion. The flavourful beans taste in the nachos were really the soul of the dish.

They put lettuce in my Coke Zero. The server, when informed, told me I could "keep it without charge." The televisions were playing some questionably sexual content, and the bathroom was haunted. Can't really complain much about the ATM though. Overall, I give this one 5 stars out of 5.

We had a group of five and Jessica handled everyone with ease, even one of the members of the group that is rude and obnoxious, she handled him without hesitation. She knew his impatience and served him first and quickly. If I was to come back to PF I would ask for Jessica to wait on me. The food was delicious. My husband had The Classic Smashburger and I had The Southwestern Salad.

So we had dinner here on June 22 at 7pm. I forgot our servers name but she was really awesome. I want to give a shoutout to her our reservation is under Miller for 3 on the 22nd of June. Anyways, we arrived a tad bit early so we visited the rock shop first to kill some time. Once we were seated we were greeted by our server immediately and got us some waters. I got me some long island iced tea ofcourse in their souvenir glass. I was bummed that they were sold out of the mason jar but the compensated and allowed me to get the other souvenir glass of my choosing. Food(5/5): Appetizer: One night in Bangkok Spicy Shrimp Highly recommend if you love seafood. Not to spicy just perfect enough spices on the shrimp Margherita Flatbread: another good choice for a meal. My mom had this as her entree. Entree (5/5): Steak Fajitas: I wasnt able to taste this but my moms husband enjoyed it very much. Swiss Mushroom burger: I ordered this burger and I finished every single bit of it. This burger was really good and was cooked right. For the first time, I've been to a hard rock cafe that actually has great food and great service. One thing I also enjoyed is they encourage you to walk around and check out their memorabilia's and my god they have plenty of them all over their walls. All in all an amazing experience.

The service was great! The food was fast. I had a steak with mashed potatoes. The ambiance is always great at Hard Rock Cafe, they always say take a walk while you're waiting on your food which makes the wait well worth it for the food. Sad this was the first time that I was distracted by the scenery and forgot to take pictures of my food. Best part is that there was not much of a wait when we stopped in for lunch. Our server was very nice and very attentive. But don't take my word for it stop in and try the food for yourself.

Early evening in March. Very few patrons. We were only ones sitting at bar. Bartender was good. Wine was on expensive side for short pour.

This used to be our omg we have to go to all of them back in the day :P now we're old and practically food snobs but we were in the area and wanted to do something fun, touristy and our son would enjoy it. Service was great, hard rock is always cool and the gift shop was fun. Food was pretty good. Whatever mocktail I had was delicious.

Not worth the price. Asain shrimp is down right inedible, but the pretzel and cheese sauce was good but very pricy!

I would not recommend the milkshake from the kids' menu; it wasn't made with ice cream, but rather with cream and chipped ice. Didn't taste terribly good or rich. Everything else was great. Service was good. We were in a large party, so several of our items came out wrong, but the server, James, was very courteous, laughed it off (in a good way), and had it all fixed within five minutes. Wasn't an absolutely over-the-top experience, but it was a good one, and I would recommend it. Worth stopping by.

I provided all my information to the host James and confirmed my time of arrival and when to be expected as we had a party of 9 and their website would not allow us to reserve or wait with any party above 8. Upon arrival 10 minutes early. We were fed some bogus misleading explanation on the difference between a reservation and wait list by the host aka Manager In Training James or Jimmy, while taking our information again. The incompetence and service of the James was horrible. Change jobs you are horrible as a host finding out hes the manager in training makes it worse. He had the kitchen manager Drew come out to speak with me and he was very understanding. James or Jimmy you are a bad manager in training. Kitchen manager Drew even recalled us making the reservation and James could not own up to the fact he didn't do his job as he said over the phone you'd take care of us. During our wait and visit after becoming verbally irrate with me and securing an actual manager. He avoided us. James or Jimmy the purple shirt, the manager in training, has by far the worst customer service. Kitchen manager Drew, great and friendly guy. Willing to listen and we're willing to wait as long as you dont lie to me like Jimmy or James will.

The grill, for what it's worth, is where you order individual plates; at the restaurant, you order your entree and then sides for the table to share. Menu is about the same for each. Some food items were great: namely, the entrees. Wings, chicken, and catfish were all terrific. The sides were so-so: the mac and cheese and mashed potatoes tasted like they came out of can. Not terrible, but not great. The fritters are delicious, as one might expect. Service was okay. Our server was quite quiet and not very talkative, but she got what we needed. The atmosphere is very southern, country-ish. Lots of rocking chairs outside to sit and talk about catching up on your meal. It's an enjoyable experience. Not the absolute best I've ever had, but it was a pleasant experience. It would especially be good if you have a large group who enjoys each other's company and isn't in any hurry. There is a lovely river across the street, though you don't have much a view of it; the big parking lot is between the grill and other buildings and the river.

We were greeted and seated promptly in a lovely little alcove near their patio, the perfect spot for old friends catching up. Our server, Olivia, was phenomenal, offering insight and recommendations into their seasonal menu items. We started with cocktails and appetizers. We loved the Roasted Beet Salad and Crab Bisque. Deee-licious! We then moved on to our entrees: Filet mignon (prepared Medium) w/caramelized onions & garlic mashed potatoes. The filets were seasoned and cooked perfectly - melt in your mouth, oh soooo good! Prime rib steak sandwich with caramelized onions & melt cheese. Opted for a side of grilled zucchini instead of fries. Also a big hit with our friend. I chose the night's feature dish of halibut and couscous. Nicely prepared and delicious. Though we didn't have room for dessert, once Olivia brought the dessert tray by, we quickly made room! My husband chose the Blueberry Bread Pudding. Of course I had to taste! I'm typically am not a fan of bread puddings due to being heavy and somewhat gummy! This one was absolutely light, and yummy allowing the blueberries to shine. Our friends shared the NY cheesecake with fresh strawberries. Also, light, fluffy and delicious! I chose the key lime pie with toasted coconut sprinkled on top. Incredibly good with light tartness though I prefer more tart. Still, it ranks up there as one of the best I've found. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the cocktails, food, ambiance, decor, and our server, Olivia. Ample portions, reasonable/comparable pricing, and delicious/creative menu. Bravo, Seasons 101! Bravo!! P.S. They also have a lovely outdoor dining area, if you so desire.
