Typical hard rock restaurant. Staff was friendly and there were some cool items to check out. This location is on the smaller side and closed pretty early for a popular spot (10pm). Plenty of parking and the food was good. Not cheap. 2 app, 4 sodas and two drinks (ones a special) cost about 80 bucks.

I have been here many times but it's definitely changed. It's not as decorated with as much music history as it used to be. Besides that the food was good. We all tried their burger there offering to be put on the menu for all Hard Rocks. Our server was the inventor of said burger. She was great and really took good care of us

We ordered their dinner takeout once, tried their chicken burger and lengadary nachos. Both were pretty good. The chicken in the burger was tender. Nachos came with huge portion. The flavourful beans taste in the nachos were really the soul of the dish.

We got to Hard Rock around 8:10. We didnt realize they close at 9 but as soon as we stepped in everyone was so friendly and greeted us. Reassured us it was ok we were there that late. We had a Caesar salad with steak, a kids pizza and a steak with potatoes and vegetables. The kids ate all the pizza, I wish I had just got a plain salad (it was great even with the steak), and my husband and son split the steak! It was pricey but it was great! Would definitely come back!

They put lettuce in my Coke Zero. The server, when informed, told me I could "keep it without charge." The televisions were playing some questionably sexual content, and the bathroom was haunted. Can't really complain much about the ATM though. Overall, I give this one 5 stars out of 5.

So we had dinner here on June 22 at 7pm. I forgot our servers name but she was really awesome. I want to give a shoutout to her our reservation is under Miller for 3 on the 22nd of June. Anyways, we arrived a tad bit early so we visited the rock shop first to kill some time. Once we were seated we were greeted by our server immediately and got us some waters. I got me some long island iced tea ofcourse in their souvenir glass. I was bummed that they were sold out of the mason jar but the compensated and allowed me to get the other souvenir glass of my choosing. Food(5/5): Appetizer: One night in Bangkok Spicy Shrimp Highly recommend if you love seafood. Not to spicy just perfect enough spices on the shrimp Margherita Flatbread: another good choice for a meal. My mom had this as her entree. Entree (5/5): Steak Fajitas: I wasnt able to taste this but my moms husband enjoyed it very much. Swiss Mushroom burger: I ordered this burger and I finished every single bit of it. This burger was really good and was cooked right. For the first time, I've been to a hard rock cafe that actually has great food and great service. One thing I also enjoyed is they encourage you to walk around and check out their memorabilia's and my god they have plenty of them all over their walls. All in all an amazing experience.

We had a group of five and Jessica handled everyone with ease, even one of the members of the group that is rude and obnoxious, she handled him without hesitation. She knew his impatience and served him first and quickly. If I was to come back to PF I would ask for Jessica to wait on me. The food was delicious. My husband had The Classic Smashburger and I had The Southwestern Salad.

The service was great! The food was fast. I had a steak with mashed potatoes. The ambiance is always great at Hard Rock Cafe, they always say take a walk while you're waiting on your food which makes the wait well worth it for the food. Sad this was the first time that I was distracted by the scenery and forgot to take pictures of my food. Best part is that there was not much of a wait when we stopped in for lunch. Our server was very nice and very attentive. But don't take my word for it stop in and try the food for yourself.

Early evening in March. Very few patrons. We were only ones sitting at bar. Bartender was good. Wine was on expensive side for short pour.

This used to be our omg we have to go to all of them back in the day :P now we're old and practically food snobs but we were in the area and wanted to do something fun, touristy and our son would enjoy it. Service was great, hard rock is always cool and the gift shop was fun. Food was pretty good. Whatever mocktail I had was delicious.

Hard Rock Cafe Pigeon Forge is a beautifully designed and spacious restaurant, and worth taking in a meal when visiting the Great Smoky Mountains and Pigeon Forge area. I absolutely love the artist murals up on the walls along with the memorabilia that Hard Rock Cafe is known for. For food, we went with the HRC nachos, southwest chicken bowl, fried chicken sandwich, and impossible burger. We all agreed the food was delicious. I was quite impressed with a few of the new menu items. The fried chicken was a generous filet cooked to perfection with a little bit of a kick in the seasoning almost along the lines of the Tupelo chicken tenders. The southwest chicken bowl was also a great new option, hitting all the right flavor notes. Service by Brandy was friendly and perfectly paced. The manager, Hillary, stopped by and made sure we had a great rocking time, and definitely made us feel special considering we were celebrating a birthday, and had 2 globetrotting Hard Rock visitors in the house. All things considered with the great atmosphere and delicious food, this Hard Rock Cafe is one I'd recommend a visit to.

Why are they having a promotion with a soccer player? How about a musician or band??

Not worth the price. Asain shrimp is down right inedible, but the pretzel and cheese sauce was good but very pricy!

They do sell their merchandise at the checkout, but what do you expect, this is pigeon Forge for goodness sake! Everyone is Hawking their stuff . We are definitely planning on coming back and trying something different. Their menu is diverse and I think that we could come back for years and never have the same thing twice.

Maybe "pet tolerant", but not "friendly": - hostess was visibly & audibly afraid of dogs. We have two sweet chocolate labs, not exactly menacing creatures. Why in the world would you send a dog-fearing employee to get us seated? - we expected an offer of a water bowl for our pups. Nope. Had to find a server and ask for one. - the outdoor area we sat at is enclosed & gated. A door separates this outdoor area from the inside dining room. In spite of this, 10 minutes after being seated, a separate employee came out and simply said "do yall have leashes?" 1- of course we do, you saw us walk them in. 2- no greeting or "hey, I'm blah blah"... cold & impersonal. 3- why bother with the cost of a gated enclosure if pets have to be leashed anyway? We've been to many pet-friendly restaurants. You are NOT pet-friendly. You happily took our money for the meal, and added a 20% gratuity yourselves (which was not earned btw), but you barely did enough to accommodate our pups, let alone be considered "friendly". We didn't feel they were welcome, and certainly no "friendly" environment experienced. We won't be back. See how Calhouns defines "pet friendly". Y'all might learn something.
