I went to this Hardees for breakfast and used the drive thru. I ordered a ham, egg and cheese croissant. I pulled to the large parking lot across the street to eat. I noticed there was no egg on the sandwich. Mistakes happen so I went back and by that time there was a line at the drive thru that was around the building. So I parked and went inside and told the cashier what I ordered. She opened the bag unwrapped the sandwich I guess to verify there was no egg then she took it back to the cook and he put egg on it. She was not wearing gloves and handling my sandwich after running the register and handling money. Yuk. I though there was a rule about taking food back after it had left the area. Rather than argue I left. There was no trash can on the way to my car so I left it in the parking lot. I won't be going back there. I should have went to Pendleton. read more

On a 16 hour family road trip; we decided to get fast food to save time. I'm not sure what's typical at this location but this was the worst Hardee's experience I've ever had. Service was meh; food was lousy, as if they ran out and had to buy cheap substitutes. Definitely below typical Hardee's quality. Angela at the counter was great. They forgot the pickles and onions for my husbands hot ham and cheese and she fixed it quickly. Very efficient and friendly. The onion rings were really great. For fast food, this was good, economical, and the service was better than most. read more

Fries were cold inside not cooked , hamburger was cold with wilted lettuce. Unbelievable that such awful food is constantly served at this Anderson Indiana location. Told my husband to go to the Hardee's in Pendleton but having to get to work he chanced the Anderson location. Nasty asked for ketchup of course open ketchup packets in my nasty fries funny this place is still open. read more

We've eaten here many times over the last year and can't believe how bad the reviews are. Service is good for a fast food burger joint, an the food always comes out hot. We love coming here for the lettuce wrap burgers, and the employees know not to put ketchup on them. Will come again and recommend everyone give it a try. read more

This place is a circus! Went to drive thru truck ahead of me must of had large order, however they kept him at window causing cars to wrap around building, i shut my car off waited 12 minutes watching other cars drive off, i pulled into parking spot went in and watched total chaos. Terrible service, no manager on duty or we didn't care for customer service. They gave us our table number and we sit down . 15 minutes later I go to see what's going on and clearly no one wanted to bring the food out . The food is horrible!!! The people they put in the drive thru act like they are listening but they do not pay attention to what the customer orders. We have had good food at other Hardee's in Pendleton and Elwood Indiana. The buns are always stale in Anderson. No matter what kind of sandwich you order. The hot ham and cheese sandwich w/o the seeded bun has always had a steamed bun or maybe they use fresh ones in Pendleton and Elwood but not in Anderson. For a city that all of the businesses are leaving you would think that the service businesses that are here would step up their customer service but no that is not the case!!! read more

My son and I went to the Hardees location on Scatterfield Rd. in Anderson. We got better service today. I wish I had got the name of our server/cashier. She was very polite and when she brought our meal to us she asked if she could do anything else for us. I noticed that she was in some pain with her foot or leg but never heard her complaining and then we had another employee asked how our food was and both asked again before we left and then she greeted us as we were leaving and told us to have a great day. Food was good to. I will say I was pleasantly surprised as the last two times I got poor service. I hope someone recognizes our server and the staff that was there today. read more

Just ordered a number 1 $5.00 box when i got to my car i opened it it was a number 4 i bought it back inside she cashier made sure to show me a number 4 on the receipt i told her she must have hit the wrong number . She had them re make it and that was fine till the person running the table was rude and shouted at me that here is your food AGAIN !!!! i find this behavior unacceptable read more
