The shredded cheese added a lot to this dish, I'll double it on my next order, and ask for double the 4 saltines I received. The Chili Bean Soup, while flavorful, is mild. I added the contents of a packet of Texas Pete at various times as I ate. Between this soup and the Brunswick Stew at Honky Tonk, this is setting up to be a toasty fall and winter!

During the short wait I saw that the staff jumped on a table to clean as soon as the guests walked away from the table.
