Had a craving For fresh pancakes and stopped into IHOP, only to be met with extremely slow service. I Wish they had more people to greet and seat the full lobby; it was a slow start and only ran into more inconveniences once seated. The server was very nice, but the orange juice tasted off, and silverware arrived after the food. We decided to give this IHOP another try. Our first visit to this location was subpar but I figured why not give it another go to see if anything has changed. The service was pretty lackluster. The place was pretty empty and yet the food still took a fairly long time to come out. Even with the long wait for the food, both of our plates had cold food on it. Don't expect your drink to get refilled until you're done with your food because we didn't see our server until it was time to pay. Reaching out to another server to ask for a refill is pretty sad. Second and last time we will visit this location. You can get your moneys worth elsewhere! Check out the other reviews on this location. I needed a breakfast fix and what better place than the International House of Pancakes. This particular location was a few miles from our hotel so we chose it. When we got there at 7:30PM there was 1 person in the whole restaurant eating. The staff of one was super attentive, they better be, and our food came out quickly. Even after 5 more tables got seated, she still made sure we had what we needed. The place was clean too, not a normal IHOP. This IHOP used to be so great. Now, not so much. They literally had 1 person taking take out orders, seating people, and waiting tables. It was only 6:15pm on a Saturday. To top it off, they finally sat us after waiting about 5 minutes in a completely empty restaurant. My first try at IHOP went totally far beyond my expectation! It was so good. It was the first day of the new year. Most other restaurants were closed, but they still here waited for you! Food was yummy and the size was really big. We just ordered two dishes but they most occupied the whole table. The staff was cute too! Worst fucking place to come ! Slow as hell , no host in the front ! No one picks up the phone?

I come here quite a bit and I have to admit this is one of my favorite places. The employees here are very nice and have been here awhile so its like visiting family. Food is really good, restrooms are clean however they could use some updating. The booths are well kept and clean and the silverware came out clean and wrapped in a paper napkin. Now I know we do not eat off the ceilings, but someone really needs to clean them. Starting with the filter. Dust blown out of the vents are collecting on the tiles. Gives the place a dingy look. I ordered the 2x2x2, which is Two eggs, Two pancakes, and your choice of 2 Bacon o Sausage. Now I have always been told a true test of how good the kitchen is is the eggs. I ordered them over medium which is how they came out. Over Medium... just right. The syrup trays were clean and free of any drippings that would make them sticky. This is absolutely the worst IHOP that I have ever eating at. The eggs were served half cooked when cutting the eggs the uncooked whites ran all over the plate. When this happened the potatoes and bacon were covered in uncooked egg whites. The manager said that the most they would discount would be $4.00 off a $24.check. Breakfast is one of my favorite meals of the day. On this trip we stopped at IHOP for some standard fare. After being seated, we had a long wait...a realllllly long wait. :/ Then Jen, our server appeared, and she was a SUPERSTAR server!!! She was friendly, accurate and got us our order quickly. The food was good. They made the hash browns the perfect level of crispy, just the way I ordered them. I wish my over medium eggs would have been a bit more over medium and less runny...but overall the food was fine. This location just needs to work on better host - server communication. read more

On a Saturday morning, around 10 am, I took my son and his girlfriend to this Ihop. Huge mistake. I've been to IHOPs all over the state and country, this location is by far the worst. They were not very busy, there was plenty of seating which is why we were seated right away as we walked in. After seated we waited for someone to take our drink order, which we already knew what we wanted for food, just to cut down on time. After 10 mins of waiting and watching other customers come in, seated and drink orders taken, I spoke up. Great start.. So, coffee and orange juices come out. At that time she said to give her a minute and shed come back to take our order. She leaves our table, walks to a table that was sat AFTER we arrived and took their order. Ok... Our waitress disappears in the back, 10 mins later she comes over and takes our order... We see other people who were there before us had not had their food yet... so this is when I started to worry. Im a patient person and know that things take time, so Im always giving restaurants the benefit of the doubt. After 30 mins pass... my worry increases. But, i saw food for other tables come out. However, the place isn't that busy, so im wondering what was going on. 15 more minutes pass and so I go to a manager. I show her where I was seated and she goes to look for our server. I see our server emerge from the kitchen with the manager a few minutes later, they're chatting. The manager comes over to our table, says that it will be just a few more minutes. They had to re-make our food because of a mistake. Um.. right.. I nod and she wonders off. We sit a few more minutes and I think what could have happened that some pancakes and eggs needed to be remade or took so long. I go to another manager and tell him, thanks but no thanks. I left money on the table for the drinks and said I'd never come back. We were given no information by the server, the manager clearly lied when she could have just admitted their fault. I watched people who were sat after us, with greater numbers get their food. We were not offered anything to compensate the mistake or our time. No thanks. read more

They were so hard, I couldn't cut through my pancake with my fork, so after waiting over 20 minutes to get them, I had to send them back. My re-order arrived in 30 seconds, so, our quite possibly drunken server quite probably snatched someone else's pancakes (sorry) BUT, they were fluffy and edible. Also ordered the chicken florentine crepes which were quite tasty. Mushrooms, spinach, cheddar cheese, and chicken filling with some sort of faux hollandaise sauce on top. Like a cheeseandaise. When we arrived, instead of holding the door for us, the owner is standing just inside STARING at my husband trying to push me in the wheelchair and open the door at the same time. The owner has ALWAYS done this. Just stared. Even when his employees scramble, instead of helping, he stares at them, too. Then he (the owner), takes us to our table, but does not give us menus. Our server gives us food, but not silverware. Sloppy from the top down. Including their dirty ceiling. P.S. If you are going to IHOP for National Pancake Day, don't forget to donate to charity. I ordered a breakfast sampler on June 8 & asked for it to be prepared a certain way. When I received the food curbside one part of the order was not prepared how I requested and the server had the cook remake what was incorrect. After the second attempt the food still didn't look good and the amount of grease the food was swimming in made my stomach turn. I requested a refund & was given a managers personal # to call the next morning to request a refund since there are no night managers at this location. I called & the voicemail had a different name (a guys voicemail) & I wasn't sure if I had the right number, so I hung up & called the restaurant. Spoke with Sonya who advised Theo, the manager, would call me back in 5 minutes since he was cooking. After 2 hours and no call, I called back 3 times & no one answered. Went to the store & the manager never came out but a server, Vicky, called Val another manager and Val advised her to take a picture of my receipt to send to the owner to have him refund the money. That didn't sit right with me so I called corporate and they also advised this didn't sound right and opened a case. I spoke with Val on 6/14 and she advised the owner wanted her to call to find out what happened so he could see if he would give a refund. I advised they had all of the information and all I need is my money back since I returned the food to them the same day. As of today I have not received a refund & Val has not answered or returned any of my calls. My bank advised it only takes 5 business days on their end and there are no pending transactions. This is bad business and very poor customer service and I want my money back ASAP. Also, this owner and his management team needs to be re-trained on how to handle refund situations and how to provide great customer service. read more
