    Purchased a 2025 Honda CR-V in August of 2024. We were told and provided paperwork that we would receive Honda Service pass for 2 years or 24,000 miles. I took the car in for the second service and was told 2025 cars only receive one year of service pass. Spent one hour talking to all different departments of Hardin Honda and was only told that 2025 Hondas receive one year of Service Pass. Attached a photo for Eric from Sales/Finance since he did not believe I had the paperwork that listed the 2 year program. Didn't apologize for their error and now I will be getting serviced anywhere except a Honda dealership.

    Just an update on a different aspect of Hardin Honda, the express service oil change. This is the building on the left when you pull up to the complex, not the main showroom. Watch the arrows to see which lane you need to be in, as they're opposite what you would expect! I drove by on a Saturday afternoon expecting a good line of cars. To my surprise, there was only one! A far cry from what I've seen the few times I've been here, where there seems to be 10 or more cars waiting. If I had seen a line, I would have come back midweek, but I was thrilled I didn't have to. This was my first oil change on my 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid. I wasn't sure what to expect, but everything was great. It's just like any other service department: someone comes out, asks what service you're looking for, walks around the cars, marks any issues (I have one on my bumper, which makes me sad), and then you go to their desk for the paperwork. I was about 1-1/2 to 2 hours, but he put 90 minutes on the paperwork, as I was going to wait. And honestly, it took less than an hour. It helped that nothing was wrong; it was just a simple oil change and tire rotation. I sat in the "cell phone-free" waiting area, enjoying the free Wi-Fi. When my name was called to review the paperwork (maintenance is free for 2-years on my car) my car was already outside waiting for me--no need for someone to "pull my car up," which I again appreciated. When you leave the parking lot, pay attention to the arrows again. You drive on the left side of the driveway, so pretend you're in England for a couple of minutes.

    As I Pulled into the lot I was greeted by Alberto and he escorted me to his work station, his friendliness opened a seam for conversation about current and future Honda designs. He seemed sharp and knowledgeable when he broke down pricing and procedure. Coming from a different dealer where I experienced the opposite, I wont say any names but it rhymes with "form peeves auto snare" in perritos mamafornia. My 3 services were done in an appropriate time and when I went to pick up my car, it seemed like everybody I dealt with was in a good mood. I rarely ever leave reviews, but it's true what they say a smile goes a long way and this one is for the boys. Thank you and Till next time.

    I am writing this review because my experience at this dealership was very disappointing…read more When I walked in, no one greeted me or offered assistance. Since nobody was available to help, I spent some time looking at the vehicles on the lot myself. While doing so, I noticed several issues on multiple cars, including paint overspray, scratches that appeared to have been covered up with touch-up paint, and notes written on the windshields listing problems that still needed to be repaired. As a potential customer, I was surprised to see vehicles being shown for sale before those issues were addressed. It gave me the impression that quality control and customer service are not priorities at this dealership. If you are considering buying a vehicle here, I recommend inspecting it very carefully inside and out before signing any paperwork. Take your time, ask questions, and make sure any concerns are addressed in writing. Based on my visit, I would not feel comfortable purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Photos of what I observed will be posted soon. appreciate your response, but as a customer, I don't think it's acceptable for a salesperson to bring a vehicle out for a customer to inspect when it already has noticeable issues. To me, that reflects a lack of attention from the departments responsible for preparing vehicles before they are shown to potential buyers. It does not take much effort to notice problems with some of the vehicles on the lot. I've seen cars with dirty interiors, missing plates, and tires that appeared to be low on air pressure. About two months ago, I saw an all-gray Range Rover with black wheels parked in front next to some trucks. Whoever detailed that vehicle did an excellent job--it looked showroom-ready and was the kind of vehicle I would seriously consider purchasing. This leads me to a question: Do the vehicles on the lot get started and inspected regularly? Based on some of the conditions I've observed, it makes me wonder how closely they are being maintained while they are waiting to be sold. As a customer, I expect vehicles to be presented in clean, properly maintained condition, and I hope these concerns can be addressed. I would advise everyone to read there 1 star reviews. Because those be the situations where people lose money time and vehicles that are not ready to be sold . And also all these add on fees : when purchasing a vehicle from here please demand from these managers that you would like copies and breakdowns for what they are trying to charge you for .
