    Buying my new car was such a great experience from start to finish! The staff Miguel was friendly, patient, and never made me feel pressured into making a decision. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. The paperwork was smooth, and they worked hard to help me find a vehicle that fit my needs and budget. I drove away feeling confident in my purchase and appreciated how professional and respectful everyone was. If you're looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers and makes buying a car stress-free, I highly recommend giving them a visit.     In all my years of experience purchasing vehicles, if there's one thing I can say that is more important than just numbers alone, is that you also need the right sales associate helping you. If there's no willingness or the person is straight out lazy, the frustration is not even worth it trying to wheel and deal. If you know numbers and your credit, how to calculate payments and interest then you're solid. You'll just need the right rep to assist you in finding the car and setting up the paperwork. Everything should be laid out in the contract. I ended up looking online for a specific car and color before calling Anaheim Hyundai. The guy who originally answered the phone said they had the car, but when I asked for specific details on a program they had, the answers me was providing me was not accurate. I'm mean I'm literally reading the corporate website on the program. When I explained the answer he was giving me was incorrect, he had attitude and was just trying to rush me off the phone. I mean the proper customer service would've been to say that he didn't know, which would've been ok. Nothing wrong with not knowing something. But then either ask someone else or pass the phone so we can get the correct assistance. But we hung up and let it end there since he was so rude. My brother was really adamant though about getting a specific color, model and trim, and Anaheim Hyundai was the only one in the area who had it. So, I said let's drive down and see the car first, then see if someone else could help us out who would take the time to make the transaction right. Thank God that we met Tam. He was nice, helpful and straight-up honest about what he was able to do and not able to do. I let him know we did our homework and based on credit and down payment, our monthly should be around X$. We asked if he could do it, and if not what the best he was able to do so we can compare. After a few minutes of speaking to his finance department, he gave us the green light. We actually spent more time signing papers than the test drive and waiting for approval. Tam let the process be easy and simple. If you are ever in the need for a Hyundai, I highly recommend visiting Anaheim Hyundai and asking for Tam Nguyen. If there's something he can do for you, he'll tell you up front and no bs given or bait and switch. He's up front and honest which we appreciated. He wants to make his commission, we want the car and both wanted no wasted time.. and we got just that. Thank you again Tam for your professional courtesy and help. We'll definitely be back when in the market for another Hyundai and will refer our friends and family to you.

    I wasn't planning on purchasing my dream car (2023 Ford Bronco) when I met Anthony Cruz at this dealership last month, but I'm glad I did. With 15+ years in sales myself, I can spot a skilled rep immediately. Anthony knew exactly how to handle someone like me. Though neither of us said it out loud, we both knew the negotiating leverage wasn't in my favor yet he never once made me feel that way. He made me feel like he was genuinely in my corner, fighting for the best deal he could get me, without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. My benchmark for a truly great salesperson is simple: would I feel comfortable sending my grandmother to them? With Anthony Cruz, the answer is absolutely yes. Anaheim Hyundai, keep a close eye on this one. I'd hire him in a heartbeat.

    HORRIBLE PLACE NEVER BUY FROM ANAHEIM HYUNDAI ESPECIALLY JAIME, completely disgusting human being and disrespectful. . . Jaime has been avoiding my phone calls and text messages. He also had another sales person reject me when he saw me arrive. He was very unprofessional he sent the other person fronting as his brother. I am fully aware that my situation was unique and a very tough one but under no circumstances should he be allowed to conduct business that way. His lack of communication or follow up is what made me never want to conduct business with you guys again. It was a waste of my time when all he could've done was reject my business the very same day I showed up. I wasn't the only client he was going to receive if all went well my brother was going to purchase the same exact car. Then they proceeded to block my number. So much for professionalism

Gino who took care of my intake was very friendly and made me feel welcome. They also had a comfy waiting area stocked with complimentary coffee and snacks, but I didn't need to wait long because I was out of there within an hour, oil changed and tires rotated. Their prices are fair and they accept both credit card and cash/Zelle (if you want to avoid the 3% credit card surcharge). During the oil change they also noted some things that will need repair, but weren't pushy with their recommendations. For that I am very appreciative, and will most definitely come back for their continued services.

After that repair, my check engine light suddenly came on--even though it wasn't on before. The first shop told me it was a problem with the mass air flow sensor and tried to charge me to fix it, which didn't feel right to me. So I decided to come here for a second opinion, and I'm really glad I did. The mechanic took the time to properly diagnose the issue and walked me through everything step by step. Within about an hour, he figured out that it wasn't the air flow sensor at all--it was just a blown fuse. That alone saved me a lot of money and potentially from being overcharged elsewhere. What really stood out was the honesty and communication. He explained clearly what went wrong, didn't try to upsell anything, and made sure I understood the situation. On top of that, he even aired up my tires for free, which was a nice touch. Fast, honest, and affordable service like this is hard to find. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this shop to others.

My experience was called to book on Monday morning, quoted the price based on easy to describe work and an appointment for Wednesday at 8AM. So I adjust my schedule and am ready. No show, no answer calls or texts until a call at 930 - where he apologizes for issues on Tuesday and will show up at 5PM. Fine. I'll adjust my evening plans too. An organized person would have adjusted plans and communicated Wednesday if they had issues/delays Tuesday. Then, at 2PM calls back and says looking more like 530PM. And then he says... oh? Did I give you a price already? Oh that's actually a lot of work and says it'll actually cost 60% more. That was enough to call it quits. While I can't speak to his mechanic abilities, he fell short on: 1) being able to accurately understand and estimate work before quoting, or worse, stick to his quote when he gets busy 2) ability to plan his schedule and communicate reasonably. I hope he learns from this and other experiences and reaches his potential through better consistency.

It was not. He was wedged in there for 12 hours with no food, no water, and zero litter box access. He was absolutely losing it. I ran through every option. Fire department? Busy with the actual chemical explosion rattling all of OC, fair. Animal control? Ghosted me. My cousin, currently out of the country, tried Tesla Roadside Assistance through the app. Tesla's answer: their technicians are not trained to rescue animals. Noted, but deeply unhelpful in the moment. Two other mechanics passed too. Jesse was my third Yelp attempt and my last real option. He showed up within two hours, no fuss, and got straight to work. He tried everything - the frunk, underneath, removing the right wheel - methodically working different angles for an hour and a half because my cat had chosen the most inconvenient possible position to be chonky in. Jesse stayed patient the entire time and got him out safely. My cat is home. He is fine. He is completely unbothered, as cats are. Jesse showed up when nobody else could. That is not something I will forget. Oh, and his prices are insanely reasonable. If you need a mechanic who will actually show up and problem-solve, Jesse is your guy.
