Not impressed with the service department. Multiple directions to pull into service line. One direction where drivers got instance attention but the other direction got much less attention. We pulled in, watch a car come in from the other direction and got attention in a minute and a service member drove off with their car. In our lane, the car in front of us had not even gotten attention yet, nevermind us, one car behind them My second issue is when making an appointment for an oil change we we quoted 1 hour. Then getting here minutes before our appointment time, we were quoted at least 2 hours. Also, when we originally bought the car here new, we we told we'd get an additional free oil change because it took them 4 hours to get the car here when they said it was just down the street. That was a lie, the car was in the desert 2 hours away. That 4 hours was our salesman driving 2 hours out and two hours back. Even after we kept asking what it taking so long, the head salesman told us the car will be here soon. We'd ask when over and over again when will it be here, and we kept being lied to. I have zero trust in this dealership and I would would shop elsewhere and service elsewhere. You have many choices, be smart and go elsewhere. read more

Great Salesman, Atrocious Management If you are going to buy a car from Weir Canyon Honda, insist on working with Angel Gutierrez in sales and Kyle Gibson in finance. Both of them were fantastic, professional, and entirely pleasant to work with. I am only giving this dealership two stars--and I only returned to finish purchasing my 2024 Accord Hybrid--because I wanted to ensure Angel got his commission. The management team, however, is a completely different story. My experience with the sales desk was incredibly frustrating. After my initial test drive and credit application, a Sales Manager literally threw my file in the trash after just one day. They absolutely refused to negotiate on a vehicle that had been sitting on their lot for 26 days and had an open safety recall. I didn't have time to complete the deal the first day I test drove the car, so Angel arranged for his coworker to wrap things up with me the next day. When Iyman Imam and General Sales Manager Mike Youssef stepped in to close Angel's deal, their tactics felt incredibly slimy and dishonest. It was so off-putting that I actually walked out of the dealership that second day without buying the car. I returned the next week and closed the deal with Angel even though Sales Management refused to meet my pricing request. I later reached out directly to the General Manager, Mike Russell, to provide this feedback and see if they were willing to make things right for a customer. Instead of addressing his team's toxic sales culture, he was completely dismissive. We saw Weir's pricing, put a quote request online and Hooman called us to discuss. We told him we need to know the price out the door and not the bullsh*t other dealerships add on. We've bought a CRV in the last few years, and we know what MSRP is, then the dealership adds on their "protection package" which comes with a extra cost of $2-$3k. Hooman made sure he's going to sell us the car at the price that it shows online. We went and it took a total of 2 hours (versus the normal 4-6 hours). There was some negotiation as we had a trade in and the alarm system, but we liked that he was able to meet us half way. He was a busy man. It was a good buying experience from the Norm Reeves in Vista, CA. There was some yelling at Norm Reeves but not here at Weir. Eli did our paperwork and it was super fast! Friendly guy. Was in the market to buy a new or used car, couldn't really decide until I could see the car in person. Looked around at a few dealerships and made some appointments. Eli shook our hands, introduced himself and was very pleasant, down to earth and spoke slowly and clearly so I could understand everything he was saying. I even asked clarifying questions and Eli was great and explained everything perfectly. We signed everything, and had such a pleasant conversation with Eli about family, life, and just talking like we've been friends before. Everything was so seamless, effortless, and they really do care about you. After calling a number of Honda dealers to schedule service for my Honda, I chose Weir Canyon Honda. One of the other dealers said they would follow up with a call to schedule an appointment and they didn't bother. In addition, Weir Canyon had really good ratings. Upon arriving, the team did a visual check of my vehicle and then I was introduced to Joshua Martinez was my service advisor. Joshua was professional and friendly. He wrote up the service for my recall repairs and an oil change. Joshua even unexpectedly offered me a Lyft ride for my return home. I found the customer lounge to be clean and comfortable and enjoyed a cup of cappuccino while I waited for my ride. The little coffee machine does a great job mixing up coffee drinks. There is also bottled water available. A few hours later, I received a text message announcing my vehicle was complete. When I picked up my vehicle everything in the interior has been covered and protected and the recall had been completed with no issues. Took pictures of my tire before they took my car for service ( they can check their cameras, i was taking pictures of my tires. I have proof!). Checked my tires when I got home, guess what the tires are on the same spot. They basically lied. Who knows what other services they did not do and lied that they completed them I asked the names of the technicians who worked on my car but Jesus did not want to provide them. This review is about their service technician who serviced my 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid Sport Touring on Thursday October 2nd 2025.Your service technician forgot to put the engine cover and left it on the side. While I was driving home it started making weird sound from under the hood. I came home and opened the hood and guess what the black rubber piece was on the side almost getting to get caught by radiator. I am going to email your service director and your general manager as this could have damaged my vehicle. As I waited in the lounge, Brando kept me informed of the progress the technician was making. BTW the coffee available in lounge was good. Service was completed in under 2 hrs. This location used to be my go-to for service on my Honda Accord up until recently when they stopped honoring competitor service coupons. Staff is generally very friendly although on my last visit I was waiting for ten minutes for a consultant to come out even though there was no other customers. Lounge area is clean and nice. The coffee machine here is great and they also have water bottles in the small fridge. Hopefully they bring coupon-matching back one day for the service dept.
