I definitely craved a Coke or a beer while eating this because that salt kicks your taste buds' *ss. The caramelized onions paired with the crunchy onions were a double whammy that could topple a few hot dog title holders. The real winner, though, was the sauce--definitely something Asian-inspired. Still, I'd recommend giving it a try if you're visiting Houston, especially since it's such an iconic late night Houston eat.

For drinks we tried the Moscow mule and peach mimosas. The peach mimosa was a little medicinal tasting, so I'd recommend the original mimosa.
