I made this appointment six months in advance and arrived on the day of my scheduled visit, but they were treating another patient during my appointment time. I waited an additional 25 minutes past my scheduled time, and when I said I didn't feel comfortable waiting any longer, they asked the patient who was being treated during my time slot to wait and then saw me. Because of that, it felt like my treatment was rushed. They didn't even do flossing at the end. I waited 25 minutes, and the treatment itself lasted only 11 minutes. When I got home, my gums were hurting, so I checked in the mirror and saw that the gum around my front tooth was torn and even bruised. Dr. Jung is the best dentist ever! He is kind, compassionate, and conscientious about doing an excellent job. I could relax instead of being nervous. Dr. Jung is also gentle, highly skilled, and does exquisite work. Before I was lucky enough to find him, I saw a number of dentists as we moved a lot for my husband's work. None of them even came close to Dr. Jung's quality. I also had other crowns, which feel different than my tooth, aren't the right shade to match my other teeth, and have a gap at the gumline. First of all, I have been in need of dental implant surgery for such a long time, but being such a VERY expensive procedure, I was praying I'd be able to find the perfect place. In my searching, I believe I was led to find this place--from AFFORDABILITY to how well my needs were taken care of, this place couldn't have been any more perfect. I want to share how great my entire experience was with my recent dental implant surgery under Dr. Jung. After being led to Dr. Jung, he began consulting me about the necessities of this procedure--he communicated every detail from the start, so we were always on the same page. He even communicated pricing as well, and it clearly shows that he was not trying to make money off of me, and he even gave me the best price. Being someone who pays very close attention to detail and takes pride in their work, Dr. Jung's approach clearly showed that he wasn't the type to take the shorter, faster, "easy fix" route, but instead does everything meticulously, precisely, and properly no matter what. From consultation to surgeries, my procedure was a 2 year-long journey that could have been done much faster for Dr. Jung's convenience, but wasn't because he always chose to do everything properly for the sake of his patients, he embarked on this journey with me, and I can't thank him enough for that. As for the surgeries, every time I underwent another surgery to continue with my procedure, Dr. Jung always made sure I was the most comfortable. I have seen at least a dozen different dentists over the decades, including in different countries. Some caused more damage to my teeth and others performed unnecessary work to charge more. I avoided dentist as long as I could until I had to do something about the agonizing pain I was very skeptical and scared at first. Appointment was very easy to make and flexible to change. The office was very clean, equipped with all the latest technology and the front desk lady was very polite. Dr. Jung took lots of xrays to exam my mouth and gave me a suggestion to try a simple treatment first. I agreed. It costs almost nothing (including all the xrays), and no pain. Dr. Jung recommended deep cleaning since I haven't done it for more than 20 years. He spent more than an hour to to scrape all the build ups and lots mess left behind by the other dentists. It felt soooooo good afterwards. His price is unbelievably low, lower than going to Mexico for a crown and other treatment. I will be recommending Dr. Jung to all of my family and friends. read more

I have to say that this place by far is the best dental office I have been to. I called them on a Friday morning, and they fit me in that same day. I have gone to a lot of shady dentist in my past. This place is such an honest place. They do not try to oversell you on any service. I was expecting to pay a lot of money thinking I had to do a deep clean. But to my surprise, I didn't need it, and my insurance covered everything for my X-rays and cleaning. The Dr. Jung here are so professional and very nice. They even fit my mother in while I was getting my teeth cleaned. The front staff also is awesome. They are very friendly and kind. I look forward to getting my teeth cleaned again here. I normally do not write reviews unless it is a bad place. But having such a great experience here I had to give them props. I really don't like to go to dental clinic. But I was so satisfied with Dr. Jae that I am writing this review! (And this is my first Yelp review!) I had a bad pain on one of my teeth. My previous dentist recommended to do root canal. But I was not satisfied with him (his clinic was so outdated and I could not fully trust him) So I searched dentists my area and found Harmony dental. At first, I was skeptical since there were not many reviews. But the first review was very good. So I gave it a try. And I am more than satisfied!! So first visit.. it was last January. Since they opened the clinic in last November, everything was really new. All the brand new equipment, new technology. And the office was super clean. And the receptionist was very friendly, too. In my first visit, Dr. Jae was very attentive and listened to my problem very well. He looked at my tooth very thoroughly. And then, he recommended me to see a root canal specialist because my problem was serious. He said he could do it but it would be better to see a specialist. He was very honest and I was glad to hear that!! So according to his advice, I went to see a root canal specialist. After the root canal treatment, I needed to do a crown on the tooth. Who did I go for it? You can guess.. Since Dr. Jae was very honest and more importantly, he said he iss a prosthodontics specialist. So I went to see Dr. Jae again for my crown and finally got it done yesterday. Boy... he was a really specialist! I had literally no pain at all. It was so comfortable and he did a great job. I did a gold crown since I know the gold is the best material for crown. It looks really nice and feel very comfortable. I am very happy with the results and I will send my husband to this clinic when he needs to do cleaning. I would highly recommend Dr. Jae to everyone! read more
