Angela uses positive reinforcement, and Vesuvius absolutely loves seeing her -- his tail starts wagging the second she arrives. The staff went above and beyond 4 years prior to the 2024 visit we had this February. Our baby had a rare disorder called ITP which caused him to bleed out. We tried all that we could but in the end decided our baby needed to be given rest. He beat diabetes in 2023 only had it for a year. 2023 was the best year of his life till Feb 2024 took him away. REST IN PEACE OUR ORANGE MAIN COON/TABBY MIX The staff told use he was in shock from all the blood lost. We had thought he was getting better. The room they take you to euthanize is so relaxed. They have a calming effect with a little water fountain with pebbles. The rugs reminded me of when I used to do meditation as a child. Its sad but this place really felt special. We were treated with respect. I held my baby until they did the injects for him to pass. Blue pearl did a great follow up with me and offered some grief counseling. Thank you so much for helping us with our boy. They offer a great price for the services and the cremation.

Kiki is always excited when we enter the building, loves everyone she encounters (other dogs and all the trainers), and comes home exhausted from the playtime and mental stimulation.
