Went to the salt cave for the first time tonight and it was nothing but amazing! I did a 45 min salt cave session. It was peaceful, serene and so cozy! The owner provided bottled water and also the warmest marble salt balls to massage your body with. I actually feel asleep on the floor of the cave with a comfy blanket right next to the waterfall. The owner was so nice, welcoming and knowledgable. I will definitely be back to try other services provided!! read more

I recently moved into the area and ran across this business on my way to the hardware store. I popped in to pick up a brochure and was greeted by a very friendly gentleman who offered me a tour. I was really impressed because the place is spotless and they consciously made smart choices by opting for upgraded versions on everything to make the experience so much better for the visitor. Today I went in for a session in the salt cave and really enjoyed my time there. Incredible!! I had the most relaxing pampering experience here and felt treated like royalty. The 90 minutes deep tissue massage from John was great! Then I went into the salt bed, which was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep. After that I went into the salt cave where I entered an even more deep state of relaxation! The cave was beautiful and they offered a blanket to cover up with because it is a little chilly. The owner was so kind and I was offered tea and snacks, which were delicious. What an incredible experience. I went with a friend without an appointment and they were so welcoming and accommodating despite being fully booked. They give you slippers so that you aren't walking around the place or wearing dirty street shoes. We opted for the hand and foot detox. We were offered water or tea and they made sure that the temperature on the domes and foot pad were comfortable. The ambience is so calming. We both fell asleep during the session! At the end, they offer grapes and cookies, I will definitely be going back to try the cozy salt cave, which was fully booked at the time, so we didn't wait. I came in to Harmony Salt Cave for the first time with some tension in my neck and shoulders and an Autoimmune Disorder that was troubling me. The owner and the young lady at the front desk were so kind and helpful to me in every aspect of my trip and time there! I tried the beautiful salt cave for the first time as well and immediately felt more clear in my mind and respiratory system. I then did the infrared sauna and had an amazing detox that aided in improving my energy and body over the course of the next 2 days. The rooms and shower area was exceptionally clean and they did a fantastic job with the decorations and ambiance as well! I even got a complimentary salt package gift on my way out!
