A cute and fun coffee shop in West Palm Beach. MENU There are limited options of hot and iced coffee drinks and pastries. We tried the lattes, and they were good. LOCATION & PARKING Located in a nice and centrally located strip with vintage stores. There is plenty of free street parking. VIVE In addition to the space inside, there are three outdoor spaces (front, back and side hallway). The barista that served us was friendly and profesisonal. He had boleros (romantic Latin music) in the background, and that made the ambience amazing! 100% recommended.

Such a relaxing place to spend the day! A friend and I hung out here just playing cards and board games. I ordered hand pressed coffee and a hearty blueberry muffin that sustained me through the entire morning. There are multiple zones indoor and out, so you really feel like you have a defined space to yourself.

Myself, my husband and my stepdaughter stopped at this place at around 10 o'clock on a Sunday morning. We went in and were greeted promptly by a nice young man named Dane. I wasn't sure on what to order but they had a QR code for the menu. Between looking at the menu and asking Dane questions I wound up going with Cafe au lait. It was a combination of cold brew and steamed milk and it was the perfect amount of frothy-ness and caffeine that I needed. They also offer Kumbacha, a large selection of all different types of teas, a bunch of CBD products, some pastries, some cakes and some pies, and soda in a real glass bottle. My stepdaughter got something that was an iced cold brew with mocha and milk. My husband got a regular cold brew. We went outside to drink our drinks and it was such a beautiful serene area that I took tons of pictures. I finished my coffee and went back inside for a caramel latte which I was pleasantly surprised had a pretty heart made out of the milk foam on top of it. Upon reading the description of Harolds it states that they have open mic night, drum circle nights , poetry nights, art events etc I went inside and asked the young man if there was a calendar where I could find these events because it was such a cute, quaint and hidden place and I really wanted to go back for one of these events. I was sad to be informed that they no longer do these events. Five stars for the coffee, five stars for the service, five stars for the knowledge of the barista and him being patient with me throughout all of my questions, four stars for the atmosphere because the back needs some tending to, and 2 stars for all the events the advertise that they no longer have. I am still giving at five star review because I'm hoping that after Covid these events will start back up again If I'm in the area I would definitely stop back in again but these events would definitely encourage me to drive out of my way for the coffee, the atmosphere, as well as the events listed that they no longer do.

This is one of the best coffee shops in the area. They have very personalized service. The coffee is amazing and the decorations is ver hipster which I loved.

Very cool spot to grab a coffee and a treat or pre made sandwich. The attendant was very friendly and accommodating we had coffees and croissants. Just wanted to check the place out, will be back for some of their events. The decor outside is colorful and inviting good place to meet up with friends, read a book or go on a coffee date!

It's been a year. Still fine coffees for me. Anthony doesn't work here anymore. The new dude is more laid back.

Super cute little place, met the owners they seemed pretty great too. Coffee and wine they have some great snacks, cakes, pastries, cookies they even have some Coke products, monster etc. Everything's fairly reasonably priced. We had it on the day where the two servers it was their first day but they made some pretty great drinks so we were happy about that. The owner said that there is live bands and lots going on in the evening. The menu looked really great it's just so early in the morning we weren't quite up for anything. Lol I would say the breakfast items were from six dollars to $11 and included bagels and cream cheese all the way up to a three egg omelette. Great outside seating and inside with AC. The parking was really reasonable and the street was super cute and felt very homie.

Really cool spot. Serves coffee, beer, wine, cigars, soda, energy drinks, deserts with a bar in the back. Also free wifi. It has lots of seating for lounging. It was empty around 9am on Sunday.

Who is Harold ?! Because we need to tell him how amazing his Coffee Lounge is... I was suppose to meet up some friends for coffee and our intimate friends book club. We decided on this particular place because it was open late compared to other coffee places. I had been here a few years ago, but let's just say they improved in taste and presentation even more from my previous visit of Harold's excellent service. The employee was so nice, in making sure I was doing ok while my friends were running late. I didn't order right away and was able to wait for my friends. Our drinks: I ordered a deliciously comforting mocha latte, my one friend ordered a iced espresso mixed in drink, not exactly sure because I was sipping on my latte. My other friend came later and I heard she ordered a macchiato. We loved the chill factor of this place. We were able to diccuss our monthly read : The Alchemist :) and had a awesome time here in the comfy artsy atmosphere. Side Note- Located in North Wood Rd, there is street parking on either side and a few parking lots.

    Funky coffee bar.

Harold's is a killer coffee bar, serving supreme coffee beverages in hip and arty lounge that's great for chilling out, hanging with friends, or doing a little work on the side. Situated in Northwood Village, Harold's Coffee Lounge is what you envision a stylish coffee house would and should be -- framed artwork and photography, retro furniture, clean layout, great coffee, and some various baked goods to order and nosh. Having only about 15 to 20 minutes before going to my dentist appointment -- yes, I'm aware coffee is not apropos before getting my teeth clean, but hey, I had time to kill and needed to be caffeinated. I ordered a large nitro iced coffee, which was glorious and good. Smooth, creamy, nice character, and full of life and essence. I was giddy. I felt life was going to get better. Apparently, it did because my dentist didn't criticize my coffee drink of choice as I came through with flying colors. Plus the good energy of the bar must have been evident in my receiving a job offer. Well, maybe not the latter, but hey, Harold's is awesome. You should check them out. They may change your life.

All the urban feels!!!! Walking into Harold's was like a small slice of home! This place is uber cute!! Nestled in the heart of Northwood Village, this place is a treasure once you uncover it!!! On my quest of local coffee shops to visit, I found Harold's!!! I was immediately drawn to the the interior and the feel that the place provides. It as an artsy feel to it and it immediately speaks to any level or creativity within you. I am so mad at myself that I neglected to take a picture of my actual coffee. I was short on time so I was not able to take in the creative space of the outdoor area out back but from what I could see form the counter, it calls for another visit. The gentleman who helped me was very helpful as he waited for me to not only decide what I wanted but asked if there were any additions I wanted to add such as a flavor and I opted for caramel. It was freaking fantastic!!! The taste was amazing that I almost thought about turning around to go back and get another one!! I liked the smooth texture of the Cafe Latte and creatively enough he folded a napkin and placed it over the lid of my drink and hand shook it before placing it on the counter for my enjoyment. Such a simple concept that probably brought the flavor full circle. Street parking is limited if you are able to grab a spot on the main road and the do take Apple Pay!!! I see you Harold's, I see you!!

    Terrible coffee, bad services. Disappointed!

Terrible golden latte, bad customer service! The server does not seem care when we are not happy about the coffees, and walked away!

Quaint little spot in a cute area. It seems LGBT friendly and like they'd have a more bustling crowd at night. Art is scattered throughout and if my pup was with me, I'm sure they'd welcome him with open arms. I wasn't a huge fan of their food selection but it was cute enough to return to.

nice place to hone a craft

Had a couple glasses of red wine- since ordering a bottle was out of the question because they were SO expensive. We ordered the San Danielle pizza (prosciutto, mozzarella, and arugula), and the lobster pasta. The pizza was more of a flatbread, VERY thin and airy crust. Order as an APP, not an entree. The lobster pasta had "homemade shells"- they tasted no different from a box pasta- and the pasta itself was VERY fishy. I only ate half and had a stomachache after. Would NOT return here for dinner; overpriced for sub-par food.

With working overnight and getting back in the early morning, I would be craving "dinner" at 7am versus a breakfast spread. I found a lot of places selling breakfast at these early hours, but Johan's Joe was the only place I found that sold lunch items. On my first visit here, I got their Swedish meatballs platter and a lavender cardamom lemonade. I instantly fell in love. In fact, out of the 15 days of staying in West Palm Beach, I ate at Johan's Joe 11 times. Every single time I'd get a plate of Swedish meatballs. I also began to try out other items, like their waffles on the weekend, scrambled eggs, bacon, and soup. All fantastic. For beverages, I always got their lavender cardamom lemonade and later discovered the orange juice to be really good, too. How did I manage to eat Swedish meatballs 11 times in 2 weeks? I was curious, too. Upon reflecting, I realized how perfect the platter really is. It offers perfect balance. Let me explain: Texturally, there's a crispness from the pickled cucumbers, a slight pop from the whole lingonberries, a bounce from the meatballs, and creaminess from the mashed potatoes and gravy. The dish also has a mix of sweetness (lingonberries), tartness (pickled cucumbers), and salt (meatballs). There's even a mix of temperatures with the main platter being hot, while the lingonberries and cucumbers are cold. With only time to eat one meal a day, this turned out to have everything on one plate. Exactly what I craved and needed. The service here was very friendly, all the employees were polite and offered great service. It was also nice to see that there were also a handful of local regulars who I'd see every time. They definitely know how to create a welcoming and cozy spot. After leaving the area, I found myself actually missing this spot quite a bit. I will be back again for work soon, so I'll be able to get my meatball fix again. Thanks, Johan's Joe!
