We stayed here for an April weekend for a country music concert that was in town. I made the reservation in December. The price was very reasonable for one of the newly remodeled king suites in the North Tower. I was able to pay half at booking and the other half at check-in. I got an email the morning of check-in allowing me to bypass the regular check-in process and check in online. I was very disappointed when I arrived to the hotel realizing I had to get in a long line and do the check-in process again even though I already did it and put my credit card down online. What is the point of offering early check-in? The second disappointment was the elevator situation. There are six elevators in the north tower. It appears that all of them are working. However, it was always a long line of people to go up and down. We got to our room, which was spacious and nicely decorated. However, it was not very clean. I had to use Clorox wipes and go over all the surfaces which still had unknown substances on them as well as a buildup of dust. For just being renovated, the room is still very dated. It was mostly cosmetic changes not a true renovation. On the plus side of the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, and the water pressure in the shopper was fantastic. The biggest issue I had during my stay was the lack of maid service. We called down on Saturday morning to advise that we were leaving for the afternoon and would like some fresh towels and our room serviced. When we got back Saturday evening, the only thing that had been done was some new towels were thrown on the couch. The garbage was not removed. Neither was the old towels, and the bed was not made. When I did the online check-in and specifically asked if I would like the room cleaned while I was there and I checked, yes. While we were here, we tried Guy Fieri's Mexican restaurant. It was fantastic. The service was great. It was probably the best guacamole I have ever had. I highly recommend making a reservation. We had reservations at the range steakhouse the next night. It is a nice restaurant but very dated. There are nice views of the river. The stakes were very overpriced for what we were given. The lobster mac & cheese was pretty terrible. Our waitress was very nice and quick though. Check out was easy since I was actually able to do that online and not have to wait in line again. Parking was easy and free. read more

Stayed at Harrah's Laughlin recently and honestly the place feels very outdated. The elevator lines were absolutely ridiculous almost every time we tried to go up or down, especially during busy hours. We spent more time waiting for elevators than expected. The casino and hallways also feel old, dirty, and overdue for renovations. The carpet looks worn out, the overall atmosphere feels dated, and the property just doesn't feel very well maintained compared to other casinos in Laughlin. The location and river access are nice, but the hotel seriously needs updates and better crowd management for the elevators. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We've been staying here for years and have never had an experience like this. Day 1: We checked in and were given the wrong date and room type. Day 2: After a long drive, we went to shower, only to find the drain wouldn't work. The front desk said engineering wouldn't be available for 2 hours, so we moved rooms--only to end up in a room where the A/C didn't work at all. Later, we ordered room service and received a confirmation it would arrive within 45 minutes. After waiting over 1.5 hours, we called and were told, "Oops, we forgot your order." We were promised delivery shortly, but after another 45 minutes, nothing arrived. When we finally spoke to a manager (after waiting again), we were told the food had been thrown out because it had been sitting too long. Day 3: In the morning, we discovered a booger on the sheet right where my head had been. We contacted housekeeping and asked for fresh sheets so we could change them ourselves due to lack of trust. After waiting an hour, nothing arrived. When we followed up, we were told housekeeping had already come--but it turned out they were sent to the wrong room. The housekeeping manager dismissed it as "people make mistakes," and the director said we could change the sheets ourselves due to "safety issues." Day 4: At Smashburger, they only had Pepsi and Starry to drink, were almost out of meat, and would only sell single patties. They had only one water left. Day 5: At Cinnabon, the employee didn't ask what we wanted--just said, "You want a Cinnabon?" with no effort at customer service. Day 6: On our last day, my boyfriend developed a severe rash on his legs that has continued to worsen. Throughout the entire stay, every employee we encountered seemed unhappy and rude, as if they didn't want to be there. Customer service was completely nonexistent. We requested multiple times for a manager to call us--every single day--and never received a call back. On our last day, after waiting 45 minutes, we finally spoke to an assistant manager who simply asked, "What would you like me to do about it?" We again requested a call from the hotel manager and still have not received one. This was an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. We will never return. Don't waste your money staying here. read more

If you are going to take advantage of the jetski rental this hotel is totally worth it. The accessibility and service was great and they get 5 Stars *****!! But the rest omgoodness this will be my second review for a bad hotel stay. Other review delayed because honestly I cannot find the words for the horror we experienced but here we go for this stay.. I had a nightmare of an experience at Harrah's Hotel. Elevator flow was chaotic and inefficient, and customer service was very poor. The rooms because we had 2 for our family and 7 with all families are described as remodel but nothing seems upgraded. The only mirror available is in restrooms and with no fan the mirror stayed foggy. Ac was pretty loud. Restrooms are equipped with Shampoo/conditioner and body wash. We kept finding pincher bugs in our room! We waited 15 minutes for elevator. Wtf how diabolical is that?. The only option depending on who you ask.!!! If you are trying to frequent places out of hotel make sure you have a plan to not return to your room in a hurry because there will be a line pass the pizza place. No structure. The crowd is rude because everyone is pissed about elevators. The lake oh so beautiful but disgustingly infested with flies. By 5pm we were getting attacked by flies of all sizes and $15 16oz pina coladas. Wowzers!! My Goodness the place is terrible and severely needs an upgrade. The first room we were put in looked like a crime scene. Blood on the walls and the smell was unbearable. So we were put in another room that a Lil better but smelled awful and broken furniture I could not believe this was a Caesars property i was shocked. I will absolutely not stay there again. Came here with the Caesers Rewards Air program. Check in was a little frustrating, was offered a room with a view as an upgrade only to be told it wasn't ready but would be in an hour. Came back over 2 hours later and it still wasn't ready. I waited around for about 15 min until the front desk agent put me in a different room. We were in North Tower. Quite a hike from the tables. The room def could use an upgrade and more outlets. I will say the bed was extremely comfortable though and the mountain view was beautiful. The property itself gets the job done. Several restaurants and nice gaming options. I would def come back at the discounted air program rate but would not choose it otherwise. The hotel is also at the end of the strip, we rented a car so we were able to move around but I can't imagine being stuck at Harrahs without transportation. I believe they have a shuttle but it only goes to Tropicana. read more

Went down the road to Aquarius and won some of it back. Smash Burger was good inside the hotel and open all night! Friendly staff. read more

What a bummer! Harrah's used to be so nice! And the supervisor of the housekeeping finally took care of our dirty room. This was the second room. Once we were grossed out about the tooth paste on the back wall backsplash area it was hard to unsee! And we felt the room was dirty. The first room was gross. Not even sure what to say was on the dresser nightstand! Desk top dirty. The walls in bathroom is painted purple so the white spit toothpaste is easy to see! Maybe paint it white! But also should be cleaned! We thought it was missing paint but we were able to wash it off ourselves. The room was supposed to be an upgraded room but it still seemed old a the furniture was all scratched up. The concert was excellent but the rest of the area needs improvement. The supervisor did comp one night of the resort fee and my friend asked for both nights and she got testy with her saying she was already doing us a favor. She could have just said sorry this is all I am Able to do instead of snapping. At my friend. We were at the ick stage from The first room And removing a fee that already sucked and we weren't going to use any of the "amenities" that resort fees include anyways. To start off, upon arriving the hotel only had 1-2 valet drivers for the entire hotel leaving people outside for more than half an hour to get their vehicle , then to check in was only ONE lady doing all the booking. Charged me an upgrade fee because I wanted two beds instead of just the one king bed.. This hotel was disgustingly dirty. The first room had dirt, mold and stains on the ceiling along with holes on blankets and cabinets breaking off and falling off yet this was their "renovated new side building" I complained gave me a new room after charging me the upgrade fee and taking 2 hours for the entire process, just to get into another room just as dirty. At this point my mother in law started cleaning it herself because the kids were exhausted and just wanted to go swimming there was stains on the blankets , holes , pillows were dirty and inside out , glass behind the bed was greasy and dirty from someone else prior, shelves and cabinets were falling off as well. The pool was so dirty, not enough chairs I'm Seven months pregnant and had to sit in the floor with all our things because there isn't enough room, along with a smell that lingers like a gas leak or sewer water and the view you get from the family view is trash and what looks like homeless people property in the back. In the adults pool is a little better but still needs maintenance and idk more life. The jacuzzi is gated up. Overall my stay was a disaster and horrible I will never stay there again, even their own staff advised me to stay at the Aquarius! SMH read more

How hard is it to fix and maintain things. At check in, 3 of the 4 self check terminals weren't working. 4 of 6 elevators in the North Tower wasn't working. This was a weekend. EVERY TIME I wanted to go up to my room, it's a 20 min wait for the elevators. The hot tub was fenced off. When we got our room, there in one drawer was some baby clothes probably from the last guest. Doesn't give great confidence how well room cleaning between guests is. read more

STILL A LAUGHLIN FAV! It's no shock that Harrah's has a huge following by both young and old. It's got an assortment of unique dining experiences like Guy Fieri's restaurant and Smashburger. It's also very convenient, having an in-house Starbucks and a private beach for a family-friendly day at the Colorado River. Harrah's has loads of parking and it always feels lively. Parking is free, so don't worry about fees like the ones found in Vegas! My only complaint was that the staff were a little dismissive during this visit. We pulled in when a shuttle bus full of old folks were arriving and they only greeted the old patrons. I felt like they looked right through us and ignored us. read more

We had to go to an event in Lake Havasu since all the hotels around there were all 3stars so I decided to make the drive and stay here. What a mistake, I booked the room on their website because I am there and I was getting a better rate. I am a travel agent and I have been to a lot of 4 star hotels. We haven't been to Laughlin in a long time. Came here for a family reunion getaway. The hotel needs a major remodel. The room has the old country type old furniture. The front staff couldn't tell us where to go to check in except for the fact to go downstairs by the pool. We were walking everywhere. We finally found our guy to check us in. The assigned us to a tent. The refrigerator was grossly dirty inside and the floor wasn't clean either. The floor has pebbles and direct in our tent. Not a great way of presentation especially when money is spent for this service. The day before The family pool was closed so all the kids were in the adult pool for the day. Most of the restaurants were closed during the week. No time for relaxation. I'm sad my experience was below average. read more

This resort needs to be closed for safety and health violations and dropped to the ground. Bottom line. It's horrible. If you're trying to do a 1970s mafia movie perhaps it might make sense. But it's hard-core over the top ridiculously dated. They claimed to have some newly renovated rooms, I didn't see them. Our room was disgusting. I'd complete hodgepodge through multiple styles trying to make something work and it absolutely does not. Everything from multiple different color types of wood to formica, even a 40 year-old broken TV hanging above the sink in the bathroom. Wallpaper peeling, carpet that is stained, anything that could be bad was bad. And this was from a suite where you would've expected a little bit more. Not to mention for the central tower, which had 4 elevators. None of the elevators if working ever had an inspection report not to mention that out of the four elevators, you were lucky if one or two were working. This added very long cues in line waiting for the elevator. Talk about fire hazard if anybody was stuck on a high level. Take a look at the photos that I've uploaded below of our room and the corridor and elevator areas. The staff and maintenance and cleaning crews should be fired and this hotel should be demolished. This is an absolute embarrassment to the Cesar's name. I will never stay here again. If I can give it a lower rating experience I would. read more

Room was super dusty, no one ever came to change our sheets or give us towels, if you used a luggage cart they require for them to bring your items up to you, fully enter your room, and unload. Stayed at Harrah's Laughlin and honestly it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The AC didn't work at all the room felt like a sauna all night. Me, my girlfriend, and our son were all miserable. Our kid kept waking up covered in sweat, couldn't sleep at all... it was honestly hard to watch. Maintenance took forever, and when someone finally showed up, the filter they pulled out was completely black... and the AC STILL didn't get fixed. The room itself was supposed to be "renovated" but it was falling apart. Dust everywhere, bathroom fan didn't work, mattress was sinking, and the pillows were tiny and uncomfortable. Elevators took forever every single time. The non-smoking area smelled like smoke, and random people were coming down to the beach who weren't even staying at the hotel. Food options were bad, and the service didn't help at all. We were told someone would come fix things, waited over an hour and a half, nothing happened. Went back down and were told there wasn't even a work order put in. Overall just a terrible experience. Definitely would not recommend staying here. read more

Oh my. We ensured we would be in a newly remodeled room in a remodeled tower. Nope. The paint and other things on the way to the room told a different story. Scuffed, worn, and definitely not new. Even the door to the room looked beat up. The room (indeed the hotel) smelled musty and smoky. The room was okay clean, but certainly not sparkling. And the reviews for other places in town made this place sound like a palace, so there wasn't much choice when arriving late at night. And the casino has pretty bad odds. Lost a big chunk of bills very quickly and far faster than most of the Vegas places I've stayed at in the past. Overall, not a great place. But I think that might just be true of Laughlin in its entirety. We were passing through and chose to stop here for the night to check it out, even though it added 40 minutes to our trip. Certainly would not return--not to this hotel and not to Laughlin. read more

This is for attending an event at Harrahs Theatre for the Kane Brown concert. It was absolute chaos and mayhem. The line was around the building through the parking lot down the street no organization they're letting bus loads of people out in the middle of the line. This time, there was a nasty mess in the sink that had backed up, the room smelled like it had been smoked in, and there were trip hazards in the carpeting due to it needing to be re-stretched or replaced. The sink was fixed fairly quickly, but there was a smell of sewer gas my whole visit. I stuffed a wet washcloth in the sink drain & that helped. I love the area, but would definitely ask for a different tower next time! Central was awful! read more

I made reservation for this hotel a couple of months prior to our arrival. somehow my reservation was canceled a week prior to arrival. I double checked to make sure everything's in place and found it canceled. Luckily, I was able to reserve it again. When we checked in the rugs were filthy and the chair that's in the room had a white stain. On the day we're supposed to check out at 1 PM. At 11 AM, water was shut off due to some kind of issue and front desk was trying to get us to leave on time but told them soon as the water is on, we'll take our showers and get out. Stopped by the Harrahs Laughlin NV casino last week on our trip home from Arizona. Had a great meal at the Guy Fieri's El Burro Boracho. Food was great. Service was super and the drinks were fantastic. Did a little gambling after and really enjoyed ourselves. We'll stop by again when we're in the area. read more

We checked in to our room and were hit with the pungent smell of cigarettes. I mean it was thick. We called Guests services and let them know we booked a "nonsmoking" room. We were told (in a very dry, matter of fact manner) "that room is nonsmoking". We couldn't stay there because the smell was so bad, so we requested a different room. Here we go, lugging our stuff back down to reception. We were told we could upgrade but opted not to, we just wanted another room. Rooms are basically clean, but super outdated. Talk about flask back in time! The carpets are dingy and the furniture needs to be replaced. The whole place needs gutted and redone. Food choices include about 5 different restaurants. The beach and water taxi are right outside the back door. Adult pool is nice if you're kid free. Overall a medicore experience. Likely wouldn't ever stay again. read more

Just completed a four night stay with my wife. We had an excellent river view from the middle tower. These rooms are in somewhat desperate need of renovation and improvements. They are rather worn and tired. The air conditioning system did not work so well in our unit. I did have maintenance service it, to no significant difference. This critically impacted our enjoyment considerably with temperatures reaching up to 118 on one day. As well, the bed was not very comfortable. The sheets aren't far off from being sandpaper. I'm not exaggerating! As well, the mattress and its padding generate and exacerbates the heat. So poorly designed for comfort. At least the shower has decent water pressure. read more

The first room they gave me was not ready, walked into unmade beds and dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom. Second room you didn't even need a key to enter. Just push the door open. The towel rack in tje bathroom was barely hanging on. Hole in the wall where the door handle is. Sinks in the casino bathroom were out of order. WiFi is ridiculously bad. So slow and unable to connect most times. Even though you get 2 device connections free, you get kicked out and have to pay extra to get back on. Only to be so slow it can't be used or even measured. See pics The bathroom sink was clogged and we won't even talk about the toilet. Ok yes we will. It so shallow and the water so high, a grown man cannot sit on it without floating his testicles in the water. The curtains won't close all the way, and no matter how low the A/C is set (it was set at 60 when we walked in), it never gets below 75 degrees in the room. Who needs blankets when it's 78 at night. Next time we come back, it won't be to Harrahs and we are big on Caesar's properties. read more

Stayed at Harrah's Laughlin and had one of the worst customer service experiences I've had at a hotel. Around 1:30 AM, we started having an issue with our room sink -- black debris was coming up from the drain and water was pooling underneath the sink. We placed a towel down to contain the leak and called for assistance. An engineering staff member named Daniel came up, but he didn't resolve the issue and simply said the drain was "slow." When we pointed out the water under the sink, he claimed it was from him working on it, even though it was clearly already there. After the problem continued, we had to call again. This time, an engineering supervisor named Ralph came up and told us the issue hadn't been fixed because Daniel had been using a broken plunger. Ralph said he fixed the problem, but after he left, the drain was still clogged. I even recorded video evidence showing it wasn't resolved. We then contacted the front desk asking to be moved rooms, given the ongoing plumbing issue in the middle of the night. Front desk staff Rachel and manager Marina refused to accommodate us and only offered a smoking room, despite my wife explaining she has allergies. We requested to escalate the situation to a 24-hour manager on duty or the hotel director since no one was willing to help us, but that request was denied. We were told that, in their view, this was "not an emergency," which made the situation even more frustrating given the conditions in our room. To make matters worse, when we initially called the front desk, Marina hung up on us. She later claimed the call "dropped," but made no effort to call us back, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. During our attempt to get help, staff even threatened to call security, claiming we were being hostile. This was surprising and upsetting, especially since we remained calm, recorded our interaction, and repeatedly asked politely to speak with a higher-level manager. Overall, the lack of urgency, poor communication, refusal to escalate, and unwillingness to reasonably accommodate us made this a very frustrating experience. For a hotel of this size, especially under the Caesars brand, this level of service is unacceptable. read more

Fire the Manager now! Hire a new Manager and have he/she fire the Housekeeping, the front desk personnel(s) and hire competent, professional Customer Representative, because Harrahs/Cesar's Hotel was once a creditable, clean, well operated. The Valet was okay, the Bell Hop department my grandmother can run circles around them. It took over 20 min to pack 3 mini suit cases on the roller and somehow he got lost in the elevator. I don't want to sound so harsh, it's just if your taking your partner or family on a vacation, it should be home away from home and in this case we should have saved our money and enjoyed our pool in my own backyard and sit my tush on a nice clean toilet, shower and bathe in my tub, that I know I wouldn't contract some hebbee jebbee gross disease. Stay down the road at Aquarius Hotel or The Edge Hotel in Laughlin, just don't stay at Harrahs, you will truly be sorry. Harrah's Laughlin: A Disappointing Return Visit ## Check-in Experience: I checked in on March 11th using the kiosk and was initially assigned room 10728 on the 7th floor of the South Tower. Upon arrival, I discovered the bathroom sink had a significant crack that leaked water during use. To their credit, when I reported this issue, the front desk agent apologized immediately, put the room out of service, and moved me to room 11136 on the 11th floor. Room Condition: Unfortunately, the second room presented numerous problems: - Furniture was noticeably beat up (similar to my previous stay in the North Tower) - Cleanliness was severely lacking throughout the room - Dust accumulated everywhere, particularly around the light fixture above both beds - Tables (under the TV and nightstand) were sticky to the touch - The area around the bed light appeared untouched for ages, containing dust, food particles, and even dead insects Housekeeping Issues: After discovering these issues, I texted Ivy (Harrah's messaging system) and was told housekeeping would service my room. After waiting an hour with no response, I went to the front desk, who called housekeeping again. When the housekeeper finally arrived, she only emptied the trash and ignored the dust, sticky surfaces, and other issues I pointed out before leaving. The next morning, I discovered long black hair throughout the shower (not mine, as I have short hair). Even after reporting this additional issue, subsequent housekeeping visits throughout my stay failed to address any of the cleanliness concerns - the same hair remained in the shower, and the sticky surfaces and dust were never properly cleaned. Customer Service: The front desk supervisor did attempt to make amends by removing the room tax for one night after my first complaint, and later offered to remove one night's stay entirely after the shower issue. However, the underlying problems were never properly addressed during my stay. Value: While the extended stay offer of $19 (including resort fee) seemed like a good deal, the poor room conditions and lack of cleanliness made this stay poor value at any price. We were only staying one night to visit family in Bullhead City. Had requested a non-smoking room that obviously hadn't been non-smoking for very long. There were towels still hanging up in the shower that were not ours. And there was the tip of a toothpaste tube in the shower, not sure what that is even about. So it was pretty obvious the room wasn't clean. I'll give them 1-star just because they did have cocktail waitresses in the casino unlike a lot of casinos these days. read more

I am a handicapped 79 year old senior! I asked for a handicapped This room is definitely not one! First bathroom has the most slippery tile the shower you had to step up a 5 inch lip. The shower head not adjustable and was so hard to handle. Hard to move around room I small and the beds were so high I had to use my suitcase just to get in and out of bed! I don't think I will be returning here!!! read more

I hate to write this, but I will never go to a concert at this venue ever again. When we first got there parking was a disaster with no direction whatsoever. It was a free for all. Once we parked and tried to figure out where the line was we were getting yelled at to move due to buses, so we lost our place in line and ended up even further than we were initially. This line wrapped around itself around the building, there was no designated area for it. If you guys are going to have big names, you need more staff and more organization. I got one jackpot on Thanksgiving and after that it was a complete disaster. Nothing paid I mean nothing! Lost that jackpot all back multipled by three. It's really BS that you can't even get any play on Tier Credit multiply days because the machines are so tight. I only give 2 stars because of the hand pay. read more
