Harrah's Laughlin, this is the second time staying here but the first time experiencing a busy weekend. The elevators in tower 3 are crazy busy. Such a big line , it's like Disneyland. the Room is clean , no bad smell, and clean restrooms. The best part about here is the private beach. love it!

Our stay at Harrah's was okay overall, but there were a few disappointments. The room itself was decent, but I was expecting a better view of the river. It was a little confusing when booking because I thought I had selected a river view, but apparently there's a difference between a "river view" and a "riverfront" room. That was frustrating, and the view we ended up with wasn't what we had hoped for. They do advertise the private beach like access to the river but the renting of chairs is pricey, as well as other Hotels have access too so they aren't unique for it. Another downside was that the room didn't have a refrigerator, which was pretty inconvenient. On top of that, there were times when only one elevator was working, leading to longer waits than expected. The hotel has potential, but a few improvements and clearer room descriptions would make for a much better guest experience.

Special check-in vomit ! Vomit on the floor. They still have not cleaned it up. This was here when we checked in.

The room is hotter than hell. There's a little bit of dried up vomit to the left of the toilet seat. I called housekeeping earlier. I just said I just need a little bit of Windex and a paper towel. Six hours later the dried vomit is still sitting there this place is !ucking ridiculous.! Sh!t show from Hades

If you are going to take advantage of the jetski rental this hotel is totally worth it. The accessibility and service was great and they get 5 Stars *****!! But the rest omgoodness this will be my second review for a bad hotel stay. Other review delayed because honestly I cannot find the words for the horror we experienced but here we go for this stay.. I had a nightmare of an experience at Harrah's Hotel. Elevator flow was chaotic and inefficient, and customer service was very poor. The rooms because we had 2 for our family and 7 with all families are described as remodel but nothing seems upgraded. The only mirror available is in restrooms and with no fan the mirror stayed foggy. Ac was pretty loud. Restrooms are equipped with Shampoo/conditioner and body wash. We kept finding pincher bugs in our room! We waited 15 minutes for elevator. Wtf how diabolical is that?. The only option depending on who you ask.!!! If you are trying to frequent places out of hotel make sure you have a plan to not return to your room in a hurry because there will be a line pass the pizza place. No structure. The crowd is rude because everyone is pissed about elevators. The lake oh so beautiful but disgustingly infested with flies. By 5pm we were getting attacked by flies of all sizes and $15 16oz pina coladas. Wowzers!! We did check out a day in advance due to the stress this place was causing and I didn't even gamble!

Nice Vibes hopping through the Cadinos.. Great employees and variety of Card Tables and lots of New Slots..come and stop by.

Came here with the Caesers Rewards Air program. Check in was a little frustrating, was offered a room with a view as an upgrade only to be told it wasn't ready but would be in an hour. Came back over 2 hours later and it still wasn't ready. I waited around for about 15 min until the front desk agent put me in a different room. We were in North Tower. Quite a hike from the tables. The room def could use an upgrade and more outlets. I will say the bed was extremely comfortable though and the mountain view was beautiful. The property itself gets the job done. Several restaurants and nice gaming options. I would def come back at the discounted air program rate but would not choose it otherwise. The hotel is also at the end of the strip, we rented a car so we were able to move around but I can't imagine being stuck at Harrahs without transportation. I believe they have a shuttle but it only goes to Tropicana.

Don't even want to know what that is!

What a bummer! Harrah's used to be so nice! And the supervisor of the housekeeping finally took care of our dirty room. This was the second room. Once we were grossed out about the tooth paste on the back wall backsplash area it was hard to unsee! And we felt the room was dirty. The first room was gross. Not even sure what to say was on the dresser nightstand! Desk top dirty. The walls in bathroom is painted purple so the white spit toothpaste is easy to see! Maybe paint it white! But also should be cleaned! We thought it was missing paint but we were able to wash it off ourselves. The room was supposed to be an upgraded room but it still seemed old a the furniture was all scratched up. The concert was excellent but the rest of the area needs improvement. The supervisor did comp one night of the resort fee and my friend asked for both nights and she got testy with her saying she was already doing us a favor. She could have just said sorry this is all I am Able to do instead of snapping. At my friend. We were at the ick stage from The first room And removing a fee that already sucked and we weren't going to use any of the "amenities" that resort fees include anyways. I will be back for concert venue for sure but will stay somewhere else.

We haven't been to Laughlin in a long time. Came here for a family reunion getaway. The hotel needs a major remodel. The room has the old country type old furniture. The front staff couldn't tell us where to go to check in except for the fact to go downstairs by the pool. We were walking everywhere. We finally found our guy to check us in. The assigned us to a tent. The refrigerator was grossly dirty inside and the floor wasn't clean either. The floor has pebbles and direct in our tent. Not a great way of presentation especially when money is spent for this service. The day before The family pool was closed so all the kids were in the adult pool for the day. Most of the restaurants were closed during the week. No time for relaxation. I'm sad my experience was below average.

Hi, can I bring my own chair to the beach?

No and the one's they have are rented at a high price

Hi, just wondering if the beach is opened in October?

I believe it is but not 100% sure. I been to Laughlin late September and they have the beach and river open

Is there any band or nightclub entertainment?

No. They do not have a club. They sometimes have concerts on the beach during the warmer months though.

I assume that The Caesar’s air reward booking for Harrahs when it says BullHead City is the same place?

Yes, the airport is across the river from Laughlin.

Is there food at the Beach?

    No there isn't. Only drinks.

Can you bring an Easy Up to the beach?

No, but you can rent a spot where they have tents, not sure how much they charge.

We're bringing our jet skis. Are we able to beach or anchor them at the hotel while we sit at the beach during the day?

Yes you can beach them but you have to launch from across the way at the park.

    Do they offer yetski rental?

Yes but it's a separate company they are by the beach area

Is there a poker room here?

    Not just yet

Does the hotel have a gym?

Yes they do. It's next to the Adult Pool.

    Is the pool open?

    Yes

Can you launch your own water craft at Harrahs?

Nope, the Riverside has a free launch.

Are they still charging for the umbrellas at beach?

Is there anywhere to get a drink without having to gamble on those machines. Sometimes i just want to stop and have a drink?

Yes there are plenty of places to drink. There's a bar out by the pool too.

    North tower or central tower?

    Center tower is better.

Wow, yelpers, you've officially freaked me out. Has anyone been to the diamond lounge there, how is it?

It sucks, Never again and very pricey.

Can you dock your personal seadoos at Harrahs beach?

The River Lodge shows it age, 42 years (I think). No ice machines on any level, no pool, dated decor, carpet & curtains. With this mind we weren't sure what to expect of our room but it was clean, even though the water in the bathroom sink drained slowly, bedding was very comfy and it was quiet throughout the night. Also, there might be 7 television channels available but we had a great river view. We stuck to eating at the different themed casinos within the Lodge. We went to Red Dragon and tried the pot stickers & pork char siu with rice; sadly no sauces were available & the staff seemed very frustrated not having the necessary supplies. By the way, they will not pour a drink in a paper cup for you in case you want to take it outside for some reason. Still it was cheap with a total of $10.80 for both dishes. We also tried a personal pepperoni pizza at Dotty's, which wasn't bad just not very hot/ warm. I believe that cost was $7.00. The last thing we tried was a pot roast dip sandwich at U1 that included fries & au jus. The flavor was good but the sandwich had no cheese at all; cost $7.00. U1 has great affordable food, slots, staff & atmosphere. I would recommend the Lodge to anyone traveling; it's unique, comfy & affordable with no resort fees

If you are planning a wedding here read on : My daughter was married at this establishment on June…read more19th, and as the person who paid for the event, I would like to share my feedback regarding our experience. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with several aspects of the wedding. First, the photographer who was recommended by the venue did not meet our expectations. For a cost of $600, we expected much better quality. The lighting in many of the photos was poor, several special moments were missed, and there were very few photographs taken during the ceremony itself. This was especially disappointing because those moments cannot be recreated. The food was another major concern. While I did not hear many complaints about the Prime Rib, the Chicken Piccata was completely bland, barely warm, and the asparagus was overcooked to the point of being mush. Many of our guests, myself included, left most of the chicken plate untouched. It honestly resembled a microwaved frozen dinner rather than a freshly prepared wedding meal. Considering our reception consisted of only 28 adults and approximately 11 children, there is no reason the food should have been served in that condition. There was also confusion regarding dessert. We were never informed that dessert was included for the adult guests. Had we known, we would not have purchased a three-tier wedding cake. Unfortunately, the cake sat out for several hours, causing the layers to begin collapsing. Staff repeatedly attempted to repair it with additional icing as the topper sank into the top layer. I requested multiple times that the cake be refrigerated, but those requests were never acted upon. Although we did receive a small compensation for this issue, it did not make up for the loss of a significant and expensive part of the reception. The service overall was also disappointing. The only staff member who stood out positively was the waitress handling the bar orders. She was attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout the evening. In contrast, the rest of the staff appeared disengaged and made us feel as though we were inconveniencing them whenever we needed assistance. Overall, I paid approximately $2,500 for this event, and I do not feel that the quality of the food, service, or overall experience reflected that investment. While the wedding itself was a special day for our family, many aspects of the reception fell well below our expectations. I did voice my concerns with management and I was pretty much told too bad so sad.

(6 months preggo…read moreand 3 very opinionated teens) When we walked into the lobby it was very clean, of course it smelled like smoke, its a casino for gods sake! Not super overwhelming like others had mentioned. The room and bathroom were surprisingly clean and very roomy! There was no hair left laying around in the bathroom as previously mentioned in other posts. The water pressure in the shower was great, however the shower head was very low. My husband had to squat just to get wet. The toilet was also very low which was a little weird to me. The room came with an iron, ironing board and a blow dryer. Our end table did have an issue with the drawer, it kept opening but it wasn't a deal breaker!! I just so happened to have tape and that did the trick. The temperature knob in our mini fridge was missing so it took us a while to figure out how to make it cooler. The ac kept the room nice and cool but it was very loud, sounded like it was struggling big time. They had a smart TV, we were able to access netflix, amazin prime and another service (i cant remember) The arcade was decent but was prob better for smaller kids. Our kids still enjoyed it. The family pool was beautiful with plenty of sitting areas. It was about 90 something degrees when we went but the water was too cold for me! The kids and my husband had fun on the slides they had. They don't allow outside food or drinks but they had a little bar/snack shack. We did have to pay an additional 15$ for an extra pool wristband. 4 were given for a double bed room. The private beach was very cute but we didn't really spend any time there unfortunately. The ice machine was working and was a short distance from our room. We got panda express pretty late in the day, the food was a little sad but it was expected. We were located in the central tower, maybe all the terrible reviews werw from different areas of the hotel? Who knows. Oh, there only seemed to be luggage carts for those who were parking in valet, that part kinda sucked. We were also a ahirt distance from a gas station, Mc donalds, Starbucks and a few grocery markets. Overall we really enjoyed our time there and will def be visiting again.

The only positive experience we had was with the bell and valet staff. They were friendly, professional, and incredibly fast every time we needed them. They were easily the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the room itself was another story. The carpet throughout the room had numerous stains, including what appeared to be a large red stain near the bed. The room felt so dirty that I didn't even want my bare feet touching the floor. We ended up sleeping on top of the blankets because we weren't comfortable enough to sleep in the bedding. The bathroom was in poor condition. The bathtub barely drained, leaving standing water while showering. The bathroom exhaust fan was caked with dust, there was visible mildew or mold-like staining near the toilet plumbing, chipped paint and cracks around the bathroom door frame, and gaps around the shower fixture where it wasn't properly sealed. The cleanliness throughout the room was disappointing. The TV remote was covered in dust, the furniture had a noticeable layer of dust, there was dirt and debris behind the furniture, and even the ice bucket had visible residue inside. Overall, it felt like the room hadn't received a thorough cleaning in quite some time. For what this resort charges, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance. The property has a great location and friendly valet staff, but management really needs to invest more in housekeeping and room upkeep. Based on this experience, I would not stay here again.
