They treated me and every other customer the same with integrity, professionalism and compassion. I drove over 2 hours to have them check my tires. I told the gentleman that waited on me that I think I need 4 tires. He said, "let's get it up on the rack and inspect and we can figure out what you need." I appreciate the honesty and lack of presumption. I ended up needing 4 tires and he gave me 2 options, 1 was less than the other but the higher had a rebate. I made my decision and I believe I received great value for the tires I bought. As I was waiting, the general manager was updating my address from Cuyahoga Falls to Toledo on his computer. We had a pleasant conversation and he even looked up the village I live in on Google Earth. He even told me about a border dispute between Ohio and Michigan that he saw on the History channel. Not only do you get good service but you'll probably learn something interesting. In conclusion, I've been going to Leipold for over 35 years. They are fair, trustworthy and will always treat you right!

I was sitting in thr lobby and monitoring thr two mechanics under my car on the hoist, they went from one side to the other with a power bar and socket yanking on the driver side control arm, then over to the passenger side, then back to the driver side and back to passenger side, were thry trying to break the rubber bushing? I had a one year old control arm on both sides and I am easy on my cars driving slow to avoid damaging the suspencion. He told me the driver side had a bad rubber bushing, he showed it to me, but that wasnt a bad bushing, it was left over rubber from the manufacturer molding process. It didnt click at the time and he replaced it at a part cost of 350$, the car dealer wanted 275$ I found out later! Catch this part, I live in Moncton and after mentined that I would be hiking in thr cold he offered to drive me, he never said he would charge me for the drive to Moncton. Some days later when my car was ready I was at his garage to pay the $1900 approximate dollar. In conversation before paying the bill he added "AND I CHARGED YOU FOR THE DRIVE!" Would you have a problem with that? I didnt ask How Much but How Much was the garage charging per hour Plus gas to Moncton and back to Shediac? I had also asked him to save the parts he was gonna remove but when I went to get my car he told me the parts had been throen out wnd the garbage truck had already picked up the dump bin. I had a 5 year warranty on the control arms AND HE THREW CONTROL ARM OUT. I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO TO HIM FOR WORK ON THEIR VEHICLE$$$$

I am a retired auto tech. I dropped my car off for an alignment. They called me a while later…read moretelling me there were bad parts and they would have to replace them before doing the alignment. They also told me I needed 4 new tires before they could do the alignment. Having checked everything before taking the car to them, I knew it didn't need any of the parts they claimed. I asked them to show me the bad parts. When I got there, the man doing the work tried to show me the bad parts using an incorrect method which made it look like the parts were bad when they were not. I took the car home, and subsequently made an appointment at the Alinement Shop, who checked the car out, found no bad parts, and aligned the car for me with no problems.
