The chicken my wife ordered was filled with grease, the two boxes were so heavy due to all the grease in the chicken. I am assuming they put it in the box straight from the fryer full of oil. The cook she be remineded to drain the chicken first. the bag weighed more than 5lbs lol Do better people, we spoend good money to have to throw most of it away. The best part about this visit to hartz is the wait. It wasn't long and I see why. I Ordered the chicken tenders and when I took them out the bag I was so dissapointed. The tenders were soft like mush and not fresh at all no crispy crunchy anything here. The gravy was luke warm like they pulled it from the fridge and warmed it. The cleanliness of the dining area and restrooms makes it worth patronizing. The food is always hot and fresh. The staff is friendly. I really feel that they take great pride in the restaurant. I'm still impressed with this Hartz chicken. I've only ever had the buffet. It is always clean and we'll stocked. They were out of rolls, and the girl behind the counter brought a container full of rolls to our table when they finished baking. Great customer service.
