    Crab & Stracciatella Dip
    Rebecca C.

After our tour ended early, we decided to jump into our lunch reservation. We were seated right away, maybe 3 other tables seated. Space is absolutely beautiful. I really enjoyed the cozy corner with the dual fireplaces (tv and wall). We started with the Crab & Stracciatella Dip/ roasted yellow tomatoes (I'm assuming) on top really sold the dish. This dish took about 15m to come out. We noticed a table sat after us received their started first so we inquired about ours. Was informed by the server that the owner had a party of 22 downstairs and they apologize....... Lamb Burger and Chix Caesar salad were ordered as mains, pretty tasty. Ordered a bottle of the red blend.

Wild Boar Pappardelle with Shaved Pecorino and Grilled Carrots. Wow. So tender and flavorful.

My husband and I found our new favorite restaurant today, in Chesapeake City, MD. Harvest and Tide just opened at Bohemia Manor Farm, with Chef Ron Milburn and his wife, Angie, both formerly of The Vineyard Wine Bar in Havre de Grace, at the helm. The moment we arrived, we were awestruck at the beautiful setting on the river, grape vines lining the property, and lots of cozy outdoor spaces for happy hour or dining. I regret not taking any photos of the outside, but we were so speechless at the sunset beauty on the river that I didn't even think of it. From the moment we were greeted at the door, the service was impeccable. The decor and seating was warm and comfortable, especially the chairs, very relaxing. The space is large and open, but cozy, with gentle ceiling fans and lots of greenery. The entire vibe of Harvest and Tide put us in mind of restaurants in Palm Springs, CA. Our server, Dylan, was a charming young lady, very efficient and friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The food. Wow. We shared two appetizers, a Beet Salad and a Crab Dip (but it wasn't all gooey, just straight up crab, *enough* cheese, garlic and spinach), with grilled naan bread. Each of these appetizers was 5 stars. The entrees were even more special, and we attacked them with a vengeance. So much so that I got no photos of them until back home, with my dish in the take-out box. Mark had the Lamb Burger, perfectly cooked to medium temperature, served with Truffle Fries, and he gave this dish 5 stars. I ordered the Wild Boar Pappardelle, which was delicious and bold, but not too spicy. The boar was tender and juicy while the grilled carrots atop gave it a hearty, fall flavor. This dish got 5 stars from the moment it was plated. For dessert, we shared Tiramisu, which was lighter than most, but bursting with rich coffee notes and yummy, creamy marscapone. The blueberries and chocolate drizzle were a nice touch. This place is a bit of a trek, even from HdG, but do yourself a favor, book a table (they're on Open Table), take a leisurely drive there, and spend a special evening enjoying this fabulous new restaurant. Arrive at sunset and have a cocktail on the patio before dinner, or even earlier in the day to tool around Chesapeake City before dinner. Chef Ron, Angie, and the whole crew, you're off and running, keep up the good work. This place is special. Atmosphere Service Menu Selection Beer & Wine List Food

We went to Harvest & Tide last weekend and are absolutely thrilled with our experience! For years we've loved Chef Ron's amazing food combinations, and discovering he's now Executive Chef at one of our favorite wineries in the area feels like a real win-win. The setting at Bohemia Manor Farm has always been perfect -- stunning views, a beautiful building, and a welcoming atmosphere. While we came looking forward to wine, we started the night with amazing cocktails, including a Peanut Butter White Russian that was to die for! With dinner, we enjoyed a bottle of Stagecoach Cabernet -- rich, smooth, and every bit as good as some of the best Cabernets we've had anywhere in the world. It paired beautifully with everything that followed. For appetizers, we had the mushroom soup, crab dip, and tempura shrimp -- so delicious we almost forgot about dinner! My husband had the crab cake -- large, perfectly seasoned, and with no filler at all. I had the Berkshire pork chop, which was juicy, flavorful, and so good I nearly finished all 10 ounces! For dessert, we shared the lemon dessert -- light, bright, and the perfect finish to a wonderful meal. From the atmosphere to the drinks, the food, and the service, every detail was flawless. Congratulations to Chef Ron and Angie on creating what is now our new favorite restaurant! We already have reservations to return with friends soon!

One of the first restaurants you come to when coming in from I-95 is Water Street seafood, a restaurant that provides a great relaxed vibe, consistent with the area. They have an outdoor patio which was far too hot on the 4th of July weekend, so we sat right inside the dining room. There was a great energy in the place coming from both staff and other patrons. There's a decent view from the restaurant itself, but certainly head to the lighthouse area just about a mile away for the best views and pictures - it's definitely a cute town to explore. We had the tuna nachos, steamed shrimp, and a couple of soft drinks. Many of the other tables were ordering the crabs. Pricing averaged about $30 per person, including drinks, tip and tax. All of the servers carried similar high energy and efficiency, Samantha served our table and she was great. If you're even close to Havre de Grace, you owe it to yourself to stop by Water Street Seafood.

The restaurant is a few miles from the freeway in a small town. It sits by the water next to a pier with small boats. It was Trivia Night so the bar was loud with locals enjoying the game. What we really enjoyed more than the delicious food was the chat with our server. She explained the special thoroughly so we could make good decisions. Every-time she checked in on us, she initiated conversation. It was so comforting & friendly. It made our dining experience a happy one. After that we were energized for the 2.5 hours to NJ.
