Harvest Bistro was pretty decent for lunch! I went with the Country Grilled Cheese, which came with a bit of their Tomato Bisque. It was pretty solid, although a bit on the bitter side in case that's not your flavor profile, which was probably from the roasted tomatoes. Perfect continental breakfast. A great value for a resort hotel. The bagels felt like they came from New York. The fresh fruit was high quality, not what you get in a fruit bowl, you know what I mean, honey dew and cantaloupe. Beside that the food is wonderful, the best thing about the Harvest Bistro is the staff, they are very warm and friendly. But your French Toast sounded amazing, and that's my go-to post-workout splurge when I'm celebrating something and need to get some protein on board too. Eggs and milk, amIright? Visited for breakfast buffet while staying at the attached Signia hotel. For $30 this was an amazing deal. Included juice, coffee, tea and soft drinks with nearly a dozen different stations. Fresh made to order omelettes, pancakes, waffles, an amazing selection of fresh fruit, fresh pressed juices and a great selection of meats and cheeses, plus way more. Service was fast and friendly, and the dining area was clean and bright. It was a bit loud but that's to be expected for a hotel buffet in the Disney area. Would return without hesitation. read more

So, I rarely leave anything but rave reviews, but this wasn't great. I feel like if I'm paying $24 for a basic breakfast it should be pretty stellar. Maybe I'm cheap ‍. But ordered eggs over medium (they came over easy). Ordered bacon and it was clearly burnt, but they served it anyway. I let my server know it was bad, he did bring me new bacon, but kinda seemed bothered. The new bacon was still pretty over cooked, but at least 2 of the 3 it didn't have the bitter flavor. We are long time repeat customers when we start at the hotel. Harvest is great for breakfast and lunch. I have dined in and also ordered room service with them. Their location near the pool is nice for eating outside if it's not too hot. I have never ordered lunch straight off the menu, so always get the grilled shrimp and rice combo because they do a great job with it and it's so delicious. For breakfast they made me a great ham and cheese omelet with cheese grits. It was one of the best omelettes I have had in a hotel. The open buffet for breakfast was also good especially if you are on a high people diet. Breakfast was complimentary and lunch was pretty inexpensive given we just had shrimp and rice. read more

So I was incredibly surprised by this spot. The service was super friendly and accommodating for kids, and the food was shockingly good. The salmon grain bowl was the stand out: with tons of fresh veggies. The fish burger was also great... and the family loved the beef burgers as well. It's not fancy. This has to be the best breakfast I've had at any of the Hilton's Ive ever stayed at. It's a breakfast, lunch, and dinner restaurant inside the Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek hotel. I am a Hilton honors member and have stayed at Hilton's all over the world so when I say this has to be the best hotel breakfast I've had it says something. It's a buffet style and they bring the drinks to your table but the food you go and get. When I say they have everything, they truly have everything. Besides your typical eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, and omelette bar what makes this place different is all the different types of breakfast food they offer. They have a charcuterie station with different meats, cheeses, bread and olives. A bagel station with different jelly's, jams, chocolates, and peanut butter spreads. An artisan yogurt, avocado and lox bar which was so fresh. Fruit bar with not only the regular fruit but raspberry's and black berries. And so so much more. The dessert station has made to order mini pancakes and a s'mores bread puddings, plus confections. You just have to try this place if your ever are in town. You will not be disappointed, a bit pricey for a buffet but definitely worth it so I didn't mind. read more

This place came highly recommended for a lunch alternative when staying at the Waldorf Astoria or the Hilton. I decided to give it a try as opposed to paying for the extremely overpriced room service at the Waldorf. I must say that the service was impeccable and that my server was truly One of the nicest servers I've ever encountered. The shrimp cocktail was really good and reasonably priced for the size of the shrimp and the amount of shrimp that you receive with the order. The Caesar salad was also pretty large, however I ordered it with grilled chicken and the chicken was served to me on the side. That was a little different and made eating the salad A bit challenging. The salad was the least favorite of my lunch and ultimately what contributed to the rating only being three stars. Lastly the place itself doesn't really have a true personality if that makes any sense, it's sort of like Robert Irvine from restaurant impossible the TV show needs to come in and give it one lol . read more

I was staying here for a conference and tried the breakfast buffet. It was delicious! There was a good variety of breakfast items, my favorites had to be the potatoes, pancakes, and smoked salmon. The food was tasty for a hotel breakfast buffet. I also ate here for lunch and had the lobster sandwich and berry bubbles drink. The sandwich was tasty with fresh lobster meat but I wish they would have kept it as chunks of meat instead of tiny bits (it was turned into lobster salad). The drink was awesome--fruity and bubbly! Harvest Bistro at the Bonnet Creek Hilton Orlando offers stellar service and fantastic selection for breakfast. (They serve Lunch and Dinner as well but I only went for breakfast, twice.) HH Gold members enjoy free Continental breakfast (all the cold food plus hot oatmeal) but for only $7 you may upgrade to the full buffet which includes bacon, sausage, eggs, egg & omelet station, and charcuterie station. The setup is similar to Las Vegas buffets, which are always beautiful and elaborate. They've put a lot of care into the setup and decor of the buffet stations. It had a rustic farmhouse feel to it. Very cute. Pretty sad - even for hotel food. I ate here for breakfast & lunch and was not at all impressed. For breakfast, they have a large buffet but we ordered off the menu. I ordered fruit - for $12. What I received was a bowl of cheap melon (watermelon, cantelope, honeydew) that was slimy and looked like it had been cut at least a day before. It was supposed to be served with banana bread and "lime scented honey" but wasn't. If you told me that the server had just scooped some cheap crap off the buffet I would not be surprised. Lunch wasn't much better. I had a hummus plate which offered 3 kinds of hummus - the kinds weren't stated in the menu but 2 tasted the same (bland) and one was beyond vile. To add insult to injury, I was upcharged to sub veggies for pita - and received exactly 5 celery and carrot sticks. Service - pleasant, but painfully slow. I get it - hotels, especially resort hotels, offer low quality at a premium price due to the captive audience. Even in that context, Harvest pretty much sucks it. Avoid. read more

The food here and at the restaurant outside by the pool is very good. The chicken sandwich had plump, tender chicken breast with a flavorful sauce. The roll was soft and the sandwich wasn't bready tasting. The homemade potato chips are also really good (and fresh made). The pickle was large and delicious. My pepperoni pizza was good too, more for 2 or 3 people (I ordered one for just me and it was more than I could eat). Best of all they serve filtered water which is $4 a bottle if you buy it at the hotel. -------- Start Florida water rant! ------ The water in Florida tastes like sulfur water and I really appreciated that they're this is the only place we've had filtered water. Good water is like liquid gold here and we've spent a lot more than I wanted to on it. It ruins the taste of anything from a soda fountain. We're here for a conference and I wish they had bottled water available instead of just soda. I guess it's at a premium though. So if you're coming from out of state you may want to BYW - bring your own water. I wanted to use Amazon Prime Now to have water delivered to the hotel but my SO said no. So we drank the 2 bottles in the room ($3 each). There's no Aquafina at this hotel, either. It's a Florida brand, which honestly messes with me because I can't help but be afraid it's going to taste like swamp water. I get flashbacks to the time I was so thirsty I drank the water by some hot springs. Tasted awful and I worried I'd get giardia. ------- End water rant! ------ My biggest complaint is that it's so slow. There was a wait for lunch though many tables were full of people just chatting after eating. Food took a long time. They apologized (I was starving) but it seems to be the norm. I noticed the same thing with the beach restaurant. Even if it's not full. There's a slow beat everything moves to. Also, warning, I spent over $10 on a bag of candy after lunch. It's more than Vegas (on strip) prices. Priced by the pound with no scale. This is dangerous. Just a warning because if your kids want some like my kid did, it won't be cheap. Would I eat here again? Yes. The food is pretty good. Nice selection, flavors are wonderful and not clique or too out there. As long as I plan for a slower pace and avoid buying the candy, I would be happy. Although I prefer the pool restaurant by a little, but sometimes it's raining or you want something more formal, and this restaurant fits. It's better than a lot of hotel restaurants. Staying at the Waldorf for the weekend and checked out the Harvest Bistro which is at the Hilton next door. The restaurant is on the bottom floor next to the pool. The menu isn't that extensive. I was indecisive between the burger and the fish sandwich but after consulting with the waiter, I opted for the fish sandwich. It was swordfish and prepare grilled not fried. It was actually pretty good. Pretty juicy and moist. It came with fries on the side. You can sit outside on the patio which is nice. The food was pretty similar to the food at Aquamarine, which is the poolside restaurant at the Waldorf Astoria. So if you're deciding between the two places, there's not much difference. They restaurants have different items on the menu but they menus are similar. The difference is that Aquamarine is poolside and Harvest is just outside the pool area. read more
