Very friendly service, the gentleman working the counter helped me find all of my items so I was inside less than 5 minutes total. There's a private lot next door, which is nice to have downtown, but there were a lot of folks just milling around there and near the entrance which was awkward getting in and out. Outside of that, great experience and I'd come here again.

TERRIBLE STAFF!!!…read more Incredibly rude experience at checkout. My husband (30) and I (25) stopped in to pick up a bottle, and I had forgotten my ID at home. They refused to sell to my husband, even though he was the one making the purchase and had his ID. We went all the way home to get mine, only to return and see a child who looked to be about 12 carrying three bottles of wine up to the counter for his parents to purchase. Apparently that wasn't an issue, yet me simply being with my 30-year-old husband without my ID was. I understand stores have policies and employees have to follow them, but there is a polite and professional way to handle situations like this. This employee at checkout was unnecessarily rude from the start, which made an already frustrating situation much worse. Consistency and basic courtesy go a long way. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

Once you order they send the driver and send items $300 under what you paid so they con you into accepting it. We are not stupid we know how much certain bottle run for. So now they have told Drizly after 3 calls and speaking to a fake "owner" that we never answered the door and they tried to deliver "the items we ordered" when they lied and sent the wrong item. This is BS and disgusting. I'm posting 1 stars and all of our friends and family will be since they have stolen $600 from us. This is horrible and they need their license pulled!
