Worst customer service ever! Jerry oleson is terrible with helping the customers. Will never come back to this store. His condescending attitude will make all customers walk away. Havana Auto Parts - Will never recommend this store - Auto Parts & Supplies Near Me - Aurora, Colorado

I have been to this Advance Auto parts a couple of times, and did not have great service, until today. A gentleman named Charles went out of his way to help me with my battery when he didn't have to. He explained what he was doing the entire time, showed me what parts they had at the store to use and how I could purchase them for future times. He also checked other things to make sure they were working as well to ensure my car was the safest possible on the road! He is such a good worker, and deserves a raise! read more

Not sure why the military discount amounts to almost nothing, now. It used to be nice not to have to shop around. This last time bought $130 worth of parts and literally could have cut in half the amount spend by going to Amazon. read more

In a way this place is missnamed. I know it is locally owned, but it really should be NAPA brought to you by Havana Auto Parts. This is a standard NAPA store. I haven't been in one in the past . .but its not really different from AutoZone or other stores. Consumer reports consistently notes that NAPA batteries are among the best. . .so I went here. The price seemed reasonable (and it was easy to replace the battery on my own). I will be back when I need miscenalous auto parts. Keep in mind - it is non-descript back off of Arapahoe Road. . .in the shopping center. So you might not see it from Arapahoe, but its right there. read more

Warning! Not all Napa Auto stores are the same... Hampton states they are a Napa Auto store however they don't carry everything all the other stores carry. Go to the Parker location! Went in to buy Rev-X Oil Additive and the guy behind the front desk stated he had never heard of it! Kinda scary since he is supposed to be the specialist... Came in here the other day looking for the apparently special windshield wipers required by both our cars. They didn't have either one in stock at the store we went to, but they were able to see that they were in stock at a different store and said that if we came back in an hour they'd have them for us. This place is crazy busy and while the wait wasn't long, the outcome wasn't as expected. If I'm paying a premium for a part ($25 Napa price versus AZ $10 , then I expect a premium service and this was not the case. This isn't a true NAPA store. It's a franchised location so any returns, or exchanges that were purchased at a "real" NAPA store have little weight. Why then call yourself NAPA if your not under the NAPA umbrella? Lame read more

I have not written a review on Yelp for a while. But I have decided to come out of my review-writing retirement, not for an outstanding restaurant review to my dismay, but to give my first ever one star review of a business. Allow me to explain how Havana Auto Parts (NAPA Auto Parts) on Hampden and Tower royally pissed me off enough to do what I am doing. I am trying to sell my '96 Honda Accord and needed to get a right side front power window regulator/motor - $89. In order to avoid having to pay a shop for labor, I decided to do it myself. Other than being a bit time-consuming, it looked easy enough on YouTube. So I walk over to the store, because I live close by and I order the part - a power window regulator for a '96 Honda Accord EX 4D Sedan. The manager, as it turns out, place the order for the wrong part. Instead of ordering the right side front, he ordered the left side front (for the driver's window). We I came back to the store to pick up the part, they handed me the box and I caught the mistake on the order form. They did not confirm whether or not it was the right part. THEY WERE GOING TO LET ME WALK OUT WITH THE WRONG PART! So I brought it to their attention. Another gentlemen took care of it and ordered the "right" part from the warehouse. I picked up the part later that afternoon and walked back to my house. When I tried to install it, it didn't have the right plugin. IT STILL WASN'T THE RIGHT PART! So I walked back to the shop in the morning and a explained the situation to the manager. I even brought in the old part that was in my car to prove it to him that the one they gave me was not the right one. After some investigation, he realized that the other employee handed me the wrong part when I came to pick it up. He called it, "an honest mistake." Okay. At this point, I was frustrated because they wasted my time due to their negligence. I hate cliches, but since I own my own business, time for me really is money. So I requested that they give me a discount or a gift card or something in the name customer satisfaction and make reparation for wasting my time. The manager said that he apologized for the inconvenience, but there was nothing they could do. Since that was the case, I decided to leave and sharply said that I no longer plan on doing business at their establishment and I left my old car part on the counter. He asked me if I wanted it and I responded that,"It's trash." The least they could do is dispose of my trash for my inconvenience. I proceeded to walk out of the store clearly upset and planning to bring my business to the O'Rielly Auto Parts across the street from now on. Good riddance? Nope, there's more. As I was walking home with the part in hand, a Havana Auto Parts truck, pulled up next to me and the guy in the passenger seat yelled really loud with the purpose of startling me, which he succeeded to do, and then drove off. What they didn't realize is that they had also just made it personal. I was ready to just get back home with no further complaint and be about my business. But the staff at Havana Auto Parts at Hampden and Tower has been nothing but unhelpful and disrespectful to me as a customer. And though I dislike being vengeful, they also punched me in my pride - unfortunately for them, I have a large pride that will punch back big in return. I may not know much about cars, but I do know social media and how to run a business - customer satisfaction is paramount. They clearly do not know how to treat their customer's correctly at this location. After this review, I will be sending an email explaining the whole situation and demanding reparation. If I fail to receive a response from them by the end of the week, I will file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I hope someone in with authority reads this review or the email I will send, for the sake of their business license. Customer service, satisfaction and general human decency - learn it, Havana Auto Parts on Tower and Hampden, one way or another. That is all. I've gotten a lot of auto parts from this location from oil caps to timing belts. I never enjoy my experience when I go in there.. Some of the guys at the desk are very auto-snobby and make you feel kinda dumb for asking a question. If you're not here to help me, why are you here? That's why I come to an auto shop. To get questions answered, not belittled for not knowing what kind of belt I need on my car. Other visits are better than Others but these guys have fallen to the bottom of my list, despite their close location to me. read more

Got there shortly after closing time, which I understand and had no expectation of them opening for me. I knocked on the door and gestured "I need to buy one thing". There were two men in the store. One looked up towards me, then looked at his co-worker and nodded his head no. Its not the fact that they didn't open up for me after hours, it was the sheer disrespect of nodding at me. You could have politely said we were closed. Instead they chose to be immature. I took a short drive to Walmart and they had the 20A fuse I needed, and most likely for a lower price. I love Havana Auto Parts. Karl at the Hampden and Tower store is super helpful and knowledgable. They seem to have the best prices and service in town. They were particularly helpful with my recent starting problem on my Tacoma. I will continue to go here over the others and I have tried them all (Oreilys, Auto Zone Advanced...). read more
