This place seemed a little too chaotic for my 15 month old. The toddler area is pretty crammed and…read moreit was annoying that older kids past 3 years old were in the area. Another parent with a child the same age as mines felt the same way as well. The intercom kept going on about anyone being older than 3 should not be in the area but the kids weren't really listening until a staff came by. I honestly think the parents in some way should be notified/aware to keep their kids in check. The place isn't well kept IMO and I found debris in the toddler area that could easily be a choking hazard. The play house area was a mess and you could hear stomping and running from the kids playing above the first floor. There is a tv in the seating area for adults to keep an eye on their kid which is nice. They do have food and drink options too which is more extensive than most indoor play areas in Cedar Park/Leander. I think this place is great for kids older than baby/toddler age but not for my child who is younger.

I even asked nicely to just give her small heart paint maybe on her hand to make her happy, but she said no. It's heartbreaking. If you want to make it private, do it inside the party room. Don't do it in open area where all kids see it, of course they would want it too but get rejected. They should do this on every weekends or just let other young kids have it even tho they're not on the party. Just a small paint, 1-2 fingers nail paint or small balloons jus to make them happy. You already making $500-$800 for 2 hours from the party (2-5 parties a day) just let kids be happy getting their face pain, nail paint or balloon, I'm sure it's probably only few kids.

They have dozens of picnic tables that you can have a snack on, and for only four bucks for a ten minute train, maybe fifteen minute train ride, it is a steal. I love the fact that they're trained their playground and their picnic tables are all on their trees. So you're not in the sun at all during the summer, when you come out next to a park that has soccer about basketballs, tennis goals. All kinds of stuff to do around you. After you're done, there is a playground for the kids and a nice "western town" area for photos. There are more attractions like a little train for kids but it was shut down so I don't know if they're working on it or what. Don't get your expectations up for the sights on the train ride - it's not much. A soccer field and then it's just dry brush / trees. One of the most disappointing elements was that there was no info given on the ride (saw speakers so the conductor could have talked). According to their website, the train takes you through the hideout of Sam Bass (outlaw that died in Round Rock) so that would have been cool to hear about. Overall, kids love trains so this is a good way to entertain them.

Service: 5 Facility: 5, Products: TBD…read more Our group of 5 came to try out making pottery during the Valentine's Day promotion, which is now sold out. Rakhi and her staff, including Maya and Karis, were fantastic. Our ability to follow directions and create the initial form varied among our group, and some had to restart from the beginning more than once. Maya was very patient with us and adjusted how much she assisted by each person's ability. Knowing we were first timers, the staff were very encouraging and helpful as we selected our shapes and attempted to create them. They also helped us personalize each piece with additional designs, and we're very excited to see how everything turns out. There are two parts to this class, creating a piece for baking and in a few weeks we'll return to paint and glaze the pieces so they're food safe. I think we're going to take a longer course the next time!

The event post noted one price and when we got to the event, we were told it would cost extra to glaze the bowl which was a necessary step make the clay piece food-safe. We were making dog bowls so of course we wanted them to be food-safe but it was a bummer that we would have to pay an additional fee on top of what we had already paid. I was charged more than others in my group! We were instructed to make our bowls outside on the picnic tables which weren't flat surfaces. The event poster also stated that we could shape our clay by hand or use the spinning wheel. The spinning wheels weren't even offered to us. Overall, I attended this event to make new friends and create something nice for my dog. I accomplished both so that was a win! While I most likely won't come back, this business is a fun concept that is great for groups of young children and I even saw a mother bring in her young daughter with her to glaze pottery together which was so sweet but the pricing and timing to pick up your artwork could be clearer. Also parking is very limited so park next door at the gymnasium.

Fantastic staff, happy animals, well-kept facilities...what an incredible day we had. It feels like a dream. Easy day trip outing with the family or as a date- book your animal experiences online like we did at https://www.bluehillsranch.com . The staff was flexible to shift timing of the experiences so we didn't have to wait long in between- they were extremely accommodating and we never felt rushed either. The otter swim/playtime experience was originally what drew us, and it was even better than I'd imagined. Worth every penny! Then we got to feed and pet the capybaras, which were way friendlier than I thought they would be! The babies enjoyed some extra belly rubs too. Bottle feeding the kangaroo was so fun too- little Dundee was SO soft and loved all the pets, even gave us kisses! The giraffes were super friendly and greeted us every time we were nearby; feeding and getting quality time with them was an extra treat. The safari ride tour was also amazing- 5 of us fit comfortably and got to feed/see lots of animals that we wouldn't normally get to experience. We were surprised at how this place wasn't crowded at all in the middle of July when it is peak vacation season, so it really felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. They also have a beautiful main lodge area that is comfortable and welcoming with additional animals to enjoy.

(If I could give it 10 stars, I would!)…read more Catch Air Austin was hands down one of the best indoor playgrounds we've ever visited. The space is incredibly clean, colorful, and packed with activities that kept the kids entertained the entire time. From the climbing structures and slides to the interactive games and themed play areas, there was never a dull moment. What really stood out was how well everything was maintained. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everyone had a great experience. As a parent, I appreciated the comfortable seating areas where I could relax while still keeping an eye on the kids. This is the perfect spot for birthdays, family outings, or just letting the little ones burn off some energy. We made amazing memories here, and it was absolutely worth the visit. If you're in the Austin area and have kids, Catch Air is a must-visit. We'll definitely be back!

May 30, 2026 review ---…read moreI've been there two times in month of May for my friend's kiddos birthday party and both of them were similar age. This place is huge, tons of play activity inside. Upon entering, they ask you for showing signed waiver, which is valid for an year. We showed it during first entry but we're needed to tell phone number the second time. They stamp on your hand, very light, more like just a formality and let you enter inside a small door. Pretty big play area with tons of slides and other games for all kids. There were rounds table as well in one zone where families or adults were hanging out. At the back, they have 4-5 rooms for birthday party. It's little bit small size but ok for birthday party. They have setup for kids size table and big table one side for other items like pizza (which is in House provided) and other stuff. I think they allow some outside food, not sure. At one of birthday, I saw chips and guac and salsa so thinking so. At the center of room, you can have big chair for your kid to sit/stand for cake cutting. They provide a cart as well for moving your stuff from room to car which I think is pretty helpful. Staff usually is there throughout the event and checking on food, serving cake and all. Bathroom are clean and spacious too. Location is good on 183 highway so I think that's why this place is always so busy. Consider this for your toddler fun day or an event.
