I noticed a QR code on the door for online ordering, scanned it, grabbed an outdoor table and figured I'd give that a try. I ordered the Smoked Salmon and Bacon sandwich, the Apple Pecan Salad with balsamic dressing, and a large cold brew. I paid online and sat outside for maybe 15-20 minutes. I never did figure out whether I was supposed to get a notification that my order was ready, so eventually I just went inside to check. Sure enough, it was ready. Fresh, generously filled and absolutely delicious. I ate half the sandwich and some of the salad and was completely satisfied. I think what impressed me most was simply the level of care. A sandwich and a salad aren't complicated foods, but doing simple food really well takes effort. Overall, the lack of attention to cleanliness and service made the experience less enjoyable. We've visited Mango Mango many times in the past and have generally enjoyed it, which made this visit particularly disappointing. Hopefully, the food quality, cleanliness, and service improve.
