I had such an amazing experience today! I saw Jesse for a 90 minute Waikiki custom coconut massage. It was wonderful! She did such a great job getting all of my problem areas. The Waikiki massage is so relaxing. Like you're being massaged by ocean waves. She was very methodical, which I love. She did my whole body, a foot scrub and scalp massage. It was all amazing. She knows her stuff. I will definitely be back to see her. I loved the shower. I used the other shower (the one with the bench in it) and I liked it even better than the other shower. I love how my skin feels and the smell of the coconut oil. I would recommend you ask for an experienced massage therapist when you book. We are treated like royalty every time we go. They give you a robe and slippers. You get to take a shower after your massage to get the oil off. It is a spa experience. I need a simple accommodation to be able to use the gift certificates that i have purchased and they refuse to make a small accommodation for me. I feel that the gift certificates that I purchased were sold under false pretenses. There is no consideration of ADA at all and I am trying to find a lawyer to represent me. The owner of the spa took days to reply to my email and basically said that there was no way they could do what I suggested so that I could access the environment. A cheaper service was offered rather than providing what I had purchased. I have lost hundreds of dollars with no acknowledgement that they owe me anything. read more

I got a groupon and decided to try this place. I got a lomi lomi message with a coconut touch. The front staff was super friendly and helpful. I got undressed and chilled out in the wait area that was stocked with drink, hot tea, snacks, etc. Place was very clean and nice. The showers are awesome. I love getting a spa massage, so when I found this local place, I was thrilled! They are very professional and the prices are very reasonable. The Lomi Lomi massage was like butter! The therapist works all over your body, not just one area at a time like traditional massage. There is a waiting area with snacks and a shower too. The staff are very friendly and the facility was very clean. You can sign up for the member prices, pay like $59 a month or let it build up for other services. I might be able to find the time to reward myself for a monthly massage. The member pricing is optional or you can pay the regular price when you visit without the membership commitment. If I could give more stars I would. I called in the morning hoping to get in for a massage because I was in a lot of pain. I opted for a 90 minute therapeutic massage and was able to get in that evening. When I arrived I was shown to the dressing room where I was given a locker to put my clothes and personal items in. There was a robe and slippers waiting for me. Then I went to the waiting area where they had a tiki bar set up with snacks and water. I didn't have to wait long until my therapist came to get me. She took me to the treatment room where we had a short consultation and went over my paperwork. Before starting the massage she asked me if I wanted lotion or oil and I also had a choice of music. She was attentive through the entire massage. I am always concerned when I go somewhere new for a massage but all my fears were quickly gone. This was hands down the best massage I have had in years. Afterwards I took advantage of the amazing shower with multiple shower heads that just added to my relaxation. I also loved the products they had in the shower as well. I think I want one of each! I will definitely be back and can't wait to try out some of the other services they offer. read more

"Excellent Lomi Massage from Becca" I recently visited Hawaiian Experience Spa and had a 90 minute Waikiki Massage from Rebecca (Becca). A Lomi Massage is a unique experience in itself, with long, flowing massage strokes and coconut oil. I received the "Waikiki Massage", which is a deep tissue Lomi. Becca did an amazing job! I have chronic lower back pain from sitting in an office all day. She worked not only my lower back but also my leg and stomach muscles that contribute to lower back pain, along with stretching. I feel 100% better and look forward to returning each week! read more

I thought this was another nail salon and not a hidden gem! If you haven't tried this place, please do so. Your body will love you. Their website is poorly laid out and it's hard to understand. If you're coming for a basic massage, you can have any massage they offer and you pay for the time. Your first visit is a big discount and you can join their membership which gives you $59 to spend on a service a month (or accumulate the monthly amount to buy a bigger package.) The lomi lomi is the Hawaiian massage and it's much nicer than Swedish. I did a therapeutic massage and the therapist was very well trained to work out those shoulder kinks. You can sign up and book a massage on line, too. They are open Wed-Sun from 8am to 10pm. Packages are reasonably priced - lot of couple stuff if you're into that. Not sure why you'd want to hold someone's hand during a massage, but if it floats your boat woot for you. Massages are the FULL time. So a 60 minute massage is 60 minutes working on you and not 10 minutes gone undressing and 10 minutes gone letting you dress again. You have to finish your massage with a trip to one of their showers. They have some great products for you to try. There was no high pressure sales for products or anything. Very laid back but professional environment. You'll enjoy your time! read more

I went here for my birthday last year and it was amazing. It was one of the best massages I've had. This massage was way better than all the Swedish ones I've had. Lots of long, deep strokes. The facility was clean, they provided lockers, robes, slippers, and had a refreshment/snack area. They even provided showers for after your massages. This place was a great treat for myself! This is my second time coming here and my experience was just as amazing as the last! I signed up for the 90 min Waikiki massage and it did not disappoint! It was a wonderful mix of the long strokes of Lomi Lomi technique with deep tissue and some stretching. My massage therapist Shay did an AMAZING job! I told her where I thought I needed extra love and she devoted time to those areas and those I didn't realize needed extra love. Her pressure was great and she made me feel comfortable being covered at minimal for the massage. Plus the Hawaiian music during the treatment help me ease into a relaxing state. The free water and snacks are a nice welcome to the beginning of your treatment and the giant shower(s) with the waterfall shower head is amazing to have afterwards. I love the scents of their soaps and lotions, especially since they are made from their natural ingredients. I hope you enjoy this place as much as I have! read more

Had my first facial ever at 30 years of age and was really looking forward to it! My experience however was just very average and I could have given myself a better face massage that actually lifts the face and sculpts the face however since I'm pregnant I was excited to be able to have someone else do that for me so I can relax and finally enjoy something for once. The aesthetician whom I will not name out of respect was nice but she also cut my facial by about 5 minutes. I paid for a 60 minute facial not a 55 minute facial, however I wasn't gonna bitch for just five minutes. There was a lot of cleaning, a few minutes of massage on both arms. A very short scalp massage and a very short neck massage which felt amazing but wish it had lasted longer. Overall just wasn't impressed at all by this experience. It was 79.99 for the facial plus I tipped 15 so overall it came out to 95 dollars in total and I could have given myself a much better face/scalp massage for free. I won't be returning back here at least not for facials. read more
