Tried this new sushi spot and was not disappointed! We got gyozas and 3 rolls and everything was 10/10. Protein roll was our favorite !! The other two Erbi and Sushi jungle were sooo flavorful and made delicious. Service was really good and the restaurant itself was decorated so beautiful. It was definitely a cute lunch vibe.

Located in a strip mall, we noticed upon walking in the ambiance for this restaurant was fun and vibey. Fun cocktails, good app options, and many great options for sushi rolls. My sushi roll was so delicious and was high quality. The tuna tartare was plenty large enough to share. The pork gyoza was good, too--not dry at all. Buy one get one 50% off for happy hour.

Got 1 Mojito classic, 1 Veggie roll and 1 pork gyoza steamed.... Was roughly $73 for myself.. was a solo sunday situation..... Tiny and I mean TINY spot hidden in a doral strip mall.. don't let it fool you.. service was friendly and once seated inside I felt like I was in a brickell spot without the parking nightmare ...definitely going to take someone on a date here .. whenever I meet her . ‍‍‍‍ My new go to for sushi... noticed it gets packed after 6. I went by accident because I was going to get dinner next door at the healthy smoothie spot... but they ran out of food, lol. My first visit to this spot was kismet. The waitress as adorable and sweet. Why 4 stars instead of 5 ? The veggie roll took a lonnnnnnnng time to come out .... But still was tasty. For 5 stars everything needs to be perfect

I found this place randomly in Doral and I was happy to have found this little gem. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Very decent prices and loved that they had a lunch special. I got the sushi dynamite with steamed gyozas. My mom had miso soup with her sushi and she loved it too. The ambiance is nice as well I went on a Monday in the afternoon so it was empty but understand that it was a little empty but I'm sure during the happy hour it picks up. They have really great meals.

Good sushi spot the decorations inside look so classy and beautiful definitely gives Brickell vibes but in doral. We went at a perfect time before the rush and as we were leaving the place was packed with people waiting so definitely a trendy spot. The sushi was solid but not out of this world. Overall a good spot but doral is tough so much competition and other spots I prefer slightly for the size of the rolls and price but I would be open to going back for sure.

What a hidden gem! Hidden in a doral shopping center, seems fairly new. Went for dinner with a friend and we enjoyed cocktails, appetizers, and sushi rolls. We tried the monster salad and tuna tiradito, absolutely delicious! I ordered the Fuji roll and it was so flavorful. Fabiana was our server who was an absolute sweetheart and extremely attentive. The restaurant is not large, with no outside dining area but if you are craving sushi that is unique, full of flavor and super filling, then this is a must try!

I have to say, this is one of the best places I've been in a while. Inside it looks so nice, the vibe feels refreshing and they have a bit of music going on. Our waitress was very nice and answered all questions needed, she was also very attentive and patient with us. The food? Wow! So so delicious, couldn't ask for better. I love that the menu has pictures which is very pleasant while trying to choose what to have. They also have plenty of sushi rolls to choose from. Will be back.

Such a nice experience from the minute we walked in. The atmosphere in the restaurant set the tone to have a relaxing lunch with the girls. Absolutely loved the decorated wall in the restaurant and the seating. The chairs were very comfortable. As soon as i opened the menu all my attention went towards the vibrant colors of the pictures. The waitress came over and introduced herself and offered the different drinks that were available and decided to go for a coconut lemonade because the sound of it just sounded delicious and it definitely was. Ordered the tropical roll which was very different from the traditional i go for. The plantains on top gave it that extra sweet touch. It was delicious! Would definitely return!

I wanted sushi for lunch and my co worker suggested this spot. So we went during our lunch break. When we walked in I was impressed by the cleanliness and the decoration. Our waitress sat us down right away and handed us the menus. We were the only ones in the restaurant. She came back quickly with some water. We asked if they had lunch specials and she said yes and she mentioned them to us. I wish they would have had an actual menu but we were still able to order anyways. I went for the lunch combo of the jungle salad and the hawaii roll. The salad was delicious it is a mix of a seaweed salad and a crab salad. The sauce was delicious. I went with the Hawaii roll it was a mix of a dragon roll with salmon in it. I liked this take on the dragon roll. Everything came out quickly and fresh and we were able to have lunch for abour 22 bucks. Not too shabby for sushi in the Doral area.

Discovered this restaurant through Instagram and decided to give it a try for date night. Restaurant is located in plaza, with plenty of parking. Establishment is small and intimate, with the dark lighting and soft music. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and fresh. The drinks as well was good.

To start off our night we ordered Fried Gyoza as an appetizer along with the Dream Blue Martini which were both delicious! We then ordered a Tiger Roll, Macaw Roll, Jaguar Roll and Safari Roll. With every bite in each roll of sushi the flavor simply did not disappoint. It was fresh and well prepared presentation wise as well. We tried a wide variety of rolls as can be seen from the photos attached and every single one tasted amazing! The sweet plantain on the top of the Jaguar roll.. there's something about that warm and sweet combination combined with the shrimp tempura. It was like nothing I've had before. For the Safari roll, the sweet and sour sauce real ties the flavors all together for the sushi roll. The Tiger roll was delicious! Definitely a "go too" if you love crab. The Macaw Roll was one of the more "simpler" sushi rolls we ordered however it did not disappoint either! We also ordered Lychee Martini's and they tasted delicious. The presentation of the Martini itself was great and I really enjoyed the 2 Lychees that came in the Martini. I would definitely order this drink again along with the Dream Blue Martini! To end our evening we decided to indulge in some desert. We chose to order the Chocolate Roll. Not the best decision, it simply wasn't our favorite. The center of the roll has a rather "hard" cookie center so when bitten into its rather thick to chew. Overall, the service was great, the ambiance of the restaurant was very nice, it was perfect for an intimate date night and the food was delicious. We will definitely be coming back for more sushi!

We came in on a date night and it was empty, the service took a little long and we were the only two people in the restaurant but the server was very sweet It felt dim and sexy I highly recommend the sushi pizza it was perfectly crunchy and had a mix of sweet and savory The gyoza was soft and had good flavor Most of the items contained shellfish which my husband is allergic but they were able to accommodate

Menu-wise, don't expect a parade of rolls they're clearly nudging you toward the omakase experience. But if that's the goal, they're doing it right. The service was the bare minimum of hi, how are you, what do you want, and here you go. No pizzazz or anything memorable. Then the food. The food? Meh. I had actually arrived thinking that there was a happy hour or an all you can eat option, but neither existed, even after I researched online extensively, so that was a huge disappointment. I had to search hard to find rolls that weren't laid full of cream cheese, which, to me, essentially means "here is a roll with cream cheese to mask all of the icks flavors of the subpar fish that we are actually serving you and do not want you to be aware!" I ordered some nigiri, which tasted old, not fresh and on rice not treated correctly. Need I remind the YELP! Community??? Sushi is actually referring to the treatment of the sushi RICE and NOT the fish or ingredients on the nigiri or roll! So in this sense, Miyako Doral FAILED. I will admit, that this was one of the first sushi places that I had gone to when I first moved to Miami, not knowing the abysmal notion of what sushi is interpreted to mean here in south Florida. YUCK. Thank you for letting me know. SUSHI HERE SUCKS! Unless you want to pay an arm and a leg for true, pure and traditional types like at Omakai, ELYU or Shingo. Just. YUCK. I am from MN, a land locked state, and yet I know better sushi than the majority of locals here in SoFlo. I am really, and truly sorry for those of you who think good sushi means "cream cheese cream cheese cream cheese!"

It's wonderful because their entire digital menu has pictures which I appreciate SO much! We ordered the sampler for 2 (sushi pizza and croquettes), the 101 roll and the volcano roll. So, even though we ordered the sampler for 2, they brought us the sampler for 4 (which is $56). Because they already brought it to our table, we didnt want to waste anything and chose not to correct them. I'm not entirely sure how they got this wrong. However, everything was delicious. I was leery about the Asian crunch, but the walnuts added a nice mild earthy flavor to the tender salmon. The coquitos were very unique. I've never had fish and curry mustard before. The sushi pizza was fresh and crispy and the croquettes were tasty. While I won't complain about the flavors because everything was delicious, I will complain about the price point we didnt intend on spending. The 101 roll was unlike anything we've had before. A wonderful option for someone who doesnt want to go too heavy on carbs. I dont know how a plantain pairs with salmon and tempura shrimp, but it just works. A little salty, a little sweet, and a decent sized roll. The volcano roll is quite the attention grabber! Piled high with krab salad it turns a basic volcano roll into an extraordinary one. The Kani is fried which doesn't usually happen with volcano rolls and avocado is added to the top. Its a great twist on a classic and the textures are wonderful. Unfortunately, no one came to check on us during the duration of this meal, so it's a good thing we didn't need anything else. For an app, two rolls and 2 cans of diet coke, the total came to over $100. The price point is the only thing keeping me from giving this establishment 5 stars. I would give it 4.5 if Yelp allowed me because the quality is great as are the portion sizes. I'll definitely come back to try other options and probably do a better job of speaking up next time if my order is wrong.

I went to OMAKAI sushi in wynwood back in March of 2025 and it was a wonderful experience so I'm not sure if the Doral location just isn't as good or if the quality has just gone down. I had the Oma Deluxe experience in Doral and the nigiri was not as good as I expected (however, my dining companion was very happy with everything). For example, the hotate nigiri was pretty bitter and a lot of the fish wasn't melt-in-your-mouth buttery (it was chewier than I would like). Something was just off about the flavor overall and I'm not sure if it's the fish, the rice, or what. There were some okay pieces but nothing was wow either. The yuzu burnt cheesecake dessert was good though! Nice ambience (although some of the songs can be a little too loud and chaotic for the restaurant). The service was good. Comfortable seating. I would like to go back and order a la carte to see if I have a better experience next time.
