Wow. DATA BREACHI've had an 11 month battle with this HORRIBLE company. Screwed up my billing for 7 months Customer service is terrible, incompetent, unhelpful...and now it just went crazy pants. Once again today, my username and password dont work on the website (this happens every time I try to log in, 4x now)... so I call the service line, no answer (shocking). So I go online to send an online help desk message. They reply a short time later... AND THESE FOOLS REPLY BY SENDING ME ANOTHER PERSONS CONTRACT WITH THEIR PERSONAL INFORMATION holy crap! Violating the Privacy Act of 1974, releasing personally identifiable information?? Unbelievable. Nevermind my doorbell camera never works, my fire alarm goes off from boiling water, cant activate the alarm from my mobile app, and I pay $60 per month. But now they have zero security over my personal data? WTF?? I'm such a sucker...at $60 per month over the last 11 months, I could have purchased 3 Ring doorbells, having 100% connectivity and functionality all year. Hell, I could have purchased the whole Ring security system and actually had protection on my home when traveling 200+ days per year. This company is fraudulent in all their dealings. And when I call to complain, they have the nerve to argue and say that its MY fault because it must be my poor internet connection. Ummm... yea, so why do all the Wyze cameras I have installed INSIDE my home have a connection on demand with s clear picture?? Stay far, far, far away from this business. read more

i stayed at a hotel where i had to pay extra for parking, parked right out in front of the hotel and asked their employee (from war hawk security) if my truck was safe where i was. he looked at me and said "yeah you're good." came out the next morning my truck was broken into with 3k worth of damage. another person staying at the hotel said i was the fourth truck that week that was broken into and hotel staff was told they believed the security guard is in on it. i called war hawk and spoke to a manager and their response through text was "our responsibility and insurance covers damages caused by out officer directly." so apparently, they are not held liable for not doing their job. do not hire this company!!!!!! read more

I was served by Hawk Security for many years, possibly 7 or 8. They railroaded me, without my knowing I was signing a 3 year contract. received very poor service. I do not recommend them because even though each time I called I would ask when I could quit? it was 11/2019. I wrote the letter mailed it but first, copied it and FAXED it to the company. Do you believe, they still used my auto payment in December 28, 2019 and January 28, 2020! I am writing this because it shows how disorganized and untrustworthy this company is. John Thaxton came by my home back in August shortly after I had closed on and moved into my new home. He educated me on the company that he works for and told me what he had to offer. I shared some of my concerns with getting a new alarm system and he 100% made sure that my concerns were wiped off the table. We were going to start service with Hawk but changed our minds. Everything was cancelled and I was assured by Izzy that I would not be charged. The installation was cancelled but they STILL withdrew $268 from my bank account!! When I called the corporate office to get a refund, I was told that their systems were down and I would have to wait until next week. The agent was VERY rude and cut me off when I tried to explain what happened. I am so glad that we decided against going with this company. They are shady! read more

Technician Vicente Sancho came out and fixed my Alarm. Very professional, knowledgeable and responsible person. Took his time to explain everything he did and was very careful around things that were in his way. I feel confident I could have just give him the code to let him by himself. read more

The one good thing about this company is the installers. Vincent has been my installer a few times and he is always so helpful. As for the over the phone tech help they ARE NOT helpful. They can never seem to properly troubleshoot the issue and my calls always lead to an installer coming to my house for the simplest fixes that could have been done over the phone. They are one of the main reasons I remain with this company. read more

Awful!!! Don't bother getting them. Awful from customer service, wrong billing issues, sales man that lies, equipment never worked properly and then they want to charge you when their equipment fails. Don't get trapped!! I also am the initiator of the contract and they put my husband's name on it instead. They have no problem calling me at all hours of the night when my "signal" is failing on my alarm (which is all the time and they don't know why). I am buying out of the contract its that bad. read more
