Then we were charged $300 to disconnect and connect then they say we needed a new doorbell for $389. When they installed at the new address, the first time the tech was totally half a**ed so they had to send another guy out. We had NO sensors, so we had to buy new sensors for $100 to replace the ones left at the house we were told we don't need. After the second guy came out to fix everything the first guy didn't do. Now, OUR DOORBELL ONLY RINGS OUTSIDE!!!!!!! WHAT GOOD IS A DOORBELL THAT DOESN'T RING INSIDE THE HOUSE. He showed me it worked but I was outside looking at it when he pushed the button. They've ripped me off for all I can afford already, I can't afford for them to come out a third time to fix it again. Our original bill was $67 per month, now were told it's $145 and it will go up. I don't know what to do to get rid of these crooks.
