Clean up frequently. Serve FRESH popcorn- not stale, leftover from hours, if not Day before. Smelly, sticky floors. Very expensive.

Watched The Devil Wears Prada and the whole experience was just great. Staff was friendly and accommodating from start to finish. The food and drinks were a highlight too -- I had the pear infused ginger mule which I highly recommend: well balanced, not too sweet, just right. We also got sweet potato fries and chicken nachos for sharing. The nacho portion was generous -- we couldn't finish it. IPic already sets a high bar for the movie theater experience, but this location clears it. Looking forward to many more movies here. Also, there is a parking lot across the street. It was my first time visiting both this mall and this theater--in fact, it had been ages since I last stepped into a regular movie theater! I was blown away by how massive this place is; it has so many screens. Everything--the restrooms, the auditoriums, the hallways, and the concession stand--was absolutely spotless. The customer service was exceptional right from the entrance. I had pre-ordered some popcorn and a soda through the app, and they were ready the exact moment I arrived. I give this theater a solid 10/10. Kudos to the owners and the entire team! Blessings to you all, and I will definitely be back soon.

But since I gave the nearby AMC Riverside a 5 rating, I unfortunately have to give this a 3 since rating it just a star below wouldn't be fair to Riverside. The seats here are old and just the standard upright chairs--doesn't compare to the leather recliners at Riverside. Also, if you're just here for the movie and it's a Friday or Saturday night, prepare to come like an hour early to find parking and walk. It's not like AMC Riverside where you can show up 10 minutes before anytime and make it to the show on time.

First of all... you simply cannot beat the pricing!!! All movies beginning before 3pm are just $8! After 3pm, adults are $10 and children (under 12) + senior citizens are $9. Unbeatable prices. You can buy your ticket(s) online and they'll email you the QR code. Note that there's a 50 cent fee. It's located on a busy main street, so street parking can be tough. Luckily there's a free municipal lot around the corner. So if you don't mind walking a block or so, park there! Yes, it's outdated and a little dingy. But I think it adds to the nostalgic charm. Carpets and wallpapers with funky patterns, retro arcade games, antique artifacts, vintage photos... such a throwback! They have a concessions station with your favorite snacks like popcorn, nachos, and candy. Not a lot of food options like the big name theaters, but the prices are a lot lower. You can even get free refills on popcorn and fountain drinks when you purchase the largest size. They only show four movies at a time with limited showtimes, so that can be a drawback. But they do have a good selection of first-run films for both children and adults. Of course, you get what you pay for. This isn't AMC Theatres lol. The theaters are small, so I would suggest coming early during popular times, especially if you're watching a newly released film. There aren't reserved seats, so first come first serve. No stadium seating. The chairs are leather and were comfortable with enough leg room. No recliner. There's a small table with a cup holder for each seat. I didn't experience any technical issues during the movie. Visual and audio quality were clear. They have a surround sound system and the screens were the perfect size. I watched a 6pm showing on a Thursday and had the whole theater to myself. I loved it. You can even book a private event or birthday party. I'll be coming here more often. Keep supporting your local movie theaters :')

The chairs aren't the nice leather recliners you'll find at other theaters but they're fine. The concession line was also pretty long. My husband had a free popcorn for his birthday, and the attendant and cashier must have noticed which code was used. She said, "Happy birthday, I guess." We had a little chuckle over it, but jokes aside, the cost of tickets and food at this theater is getting unreasonable. It honestly makes me sad that going to the movies as a family could easily cost over $100 between tickets and concessions. Despite AMC Wayne in need of a refresh or update, it looked to us like the theater still is well maintained and kept clean. The only negative thing that happened involved the lights not being lowered/turned off. Wicked for Good started and the house lights were still 100% on. My husband ended up going downstairs to the ticket scanners to ask them to rectify the situation and shut off the lights. Things happen, but it was surprising it happened. The attendants at the concessions were very nice and quick with our order. The popcorn does sit there for a bit, which is different than with other movie theaters I have been to lately, but it's all about demand so if no one is getting it, I get that it makes no sense to continuously make it. The parking lot is a bit tight, I think it would be a good idea to expand into the lot behind as we had to sit for a bit and wait for someone to leave.

I've never eaten here, so I can't speak on the quality and value. The theatres have reclining seats, plenty of leg room, and large screens. Since it's a dine-in, they conveniently have a table and cup holder attached to your seat. The audio and visual quality of the movies are on point. They also offer Dolby Cinema and Laser. No IMAX.
