No one answered the door and they then loitered by my front gate and started walking in my grass. I confronted them on my camera and asked why they told my dog to shut up while there was a posted no soliciting sign. They tried to deny it and I said I have it on my camera recorded. I then told them to get off my property and off my grass. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called to report their behavior to customer service who was not helpful and when I asked for a manager they said they do not have managers.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I would not use this business. If I could give a zero, I would. They have shady business practices, the sales person who comes to your door....do not trust! The customer service line is an absolute joke and the pest control is not effective....and that's if they even show up....but don't worry, they will still charge you the service fees!! Buyer beware!! We paid $1400 in November 2024 for two spot treatments and 17 externally placed bait traps. We then entered into a service contract for $25 per month. Now it's December 2025. They were supposed to visit us again after one year, but we never heard from them after the initial visit last year. So we've paid them an additional $300 over the course of 2025 and gotten nothing in return.
