I've told them to cancel for reason that I don't even live in the house and they never canceled and charged my car multiple time $20,30,40,50,85 a total of 250 and wouldn't transfer to a supervisor because my account was closed but they were still charging my card. After over 2 years with Hawx I found myself unemployed and struggling to make ends meet. I called Hawx and requested to cancel my service. I was persuaded to take a 6-month pause in service instead, and told they could reduce my payments by reducing the frequency of treatments. I agreed after they assured me that if I called back before the pause period ended, and had not obtained a job, I could still cancel service. I signed what I thought was a pause in service and reduction in frequency document, but found out later was another 2-year contract that I could not cancel without paying a cancellation fee. When I called back to cancel at first I was at first refused. Then I was told about the $199 cancellation fee. I explained to the rep that I had $0 in my bank account, and could not afford the fee at this time. He promised to bill me later for the fee, but I found out he processed the fee while we were talking and overdrew my bank account $199. I called back moments later, but was not allowed to speak with the same rep, and they refused to reverse the fee transaction or let me speak to a supervisor, claiming that I could only wait for a return phone call in 2-3 weeks. Not only was I lied to, but also forced into a 2 year contract I did not want, then lied to again and treated like trash. I will never do business with this company again. read more

Josh, a solicitor from this company knocked on my door after seeing my no soliciting sign. When asked to leave for trespassing he refused and then proceeded to insult me and my family. I've sent the video proof to local police and they'll be following up on the trespassing charge. Definitely will never work with this company. They've continued to come back on my property numerous times after being told I was removed from their list. read more

We had a representative approach our home several times trying to get us to switch to Hawx. He sent information to us via email which we never responded too. This week we received an email which stated we had "service scheduled" and gave us an account number and a first bill. WE NEVER AUTHORIZED OR REQUESTED AN ACCOUNT BE CREATED. They fraudulently authorized an account be created in our name and then proceeded to "have issues closing the fraudulent account in question. So much so that they stated "there might be pushback or a penalty fee" for canceling the fraudulent account that they created in our name. I would most definitely recommend you go with any other pest control company in the valley read more

Found a couple scorpions in my house and contacted hawx, Devin got us all set up and had a tech out the very next day to spray! A week later found 3 more scorpions dead. They said I would see them pop up dead for about 2-4 weeks until they were gone! Just cause my girl is a paranoid one I hit up he in again and he sent a tech out to spray again with no additional charge! It's all covered in the monthly plan! Very satisfied with the service to say the least! read more

Hawx Pest Control products are absolutely the worst. Used these products on the outside and my cat was poisoned from these toxic chemicals. She developed toxicity in her blood and myocarditis. She almost died and the last life saving measure was a $4k blood transfusion. It took her 7 months to recover from the pesticide poisoning. These pesticides are highly toxic and are dangerous for humans and animals. I'm disappointed, angry and disgusted that Hawx is allowed to do this to unsuspecting families. I almost lost a member of my family because of their negligence. And there is also the issue with their deceptive business practices. The sales people go into Spanish speaking neighborhoods and trick the customers into signing a monthly contract and threaten to send them to collections. All of this is illegal as contracts signed under false premises are void. One last thing there is no collections for pest control. This sounds like class action lawsuit to me. Note to Hawx Pest Control do not bother contacting me about removing this review. Other people with pets and children need to know how dangerous your products really are!!!!!! read more

Just another business that will swindle you into a monthly service and when you want to cancel keep charging you. I canceled with them 6 months ago in March and they keep trying to charge me. No one has been out to service my house for 6 months and they just charge my card for 6 months worth of services. I've talked to at least 8 different employees and they can never find "notes" about my canceling from the dozen of phone calls I've had with them. I'm having to dispute the claim with my bank. Save yourself months of stress and go with a company with some integrity. read more

I called Hawx because my 91 yr old mom had roaches and ants really bad. They told me it would be $600.00 for 6 months, and I thought okay, that is $100.00 a month not too bad. After the first visit I kept receiving text messages that my mom's card did not go through. That was impossible because she has $19,000.00 in her checking account, but needless to say there was a problem with the bank approving it, because prior to them running it through someone was trying to get money out of her account, so they watch her account very closely. I called the bank, it was resolved they got paid and they took the whole $600.00. When I saw they took the whole amount I called them and come to find out it was $600.00 for one time, but guaranteed for 6 months. They have come out twice and even thought they promised they would spray outside for the ants they have failed to do so. On top of that I am still seeing roaches and tons of ants. So now I have to call and complain to them and try to get my moms money back, there spray doesn't work at all. They took advantage of a 91 yr old lady. read more

I am currently with them and they are the worst service ever! They spray every three months and they somehow don't remember when to spray my place again. So I have to call and even try their online chat service, they are slow and really terrible! I was trying to schedule two months in a row to spray my place and it took me and an hour to talk with some person that keeps putting me on hold on the chat?DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE. read more

Offered a free termite inspection but who they sent was a rep to sell termite service, offered a deal that later on his manager said he was not authorized to offer. Since then they refuse to come spray the property and now they refuse to answer my calls, emails, texts. I have left a bad review on BBB where i found alot of recent bad reviews of the same issue no one answering calls and people trying to cancel their membership. They do not care about their clients they just want your money, next step will be to involve my lawyer. read more

I have received a phone call every hour from them harassing about signing up, all from which have been made from different phone numbers. Would not recommend to anyone. read more
