We arrived early evening so there was plenty of seating. Our server was Megan. She was excellent. We started off with the sidewinders - shrimp and cheese stuffed in a jalapeno and fried. They were tasty. We also ordered the steak tip salad and went old school with the chopped steak. All were delicious. I even enjoyed one of their home brews - Windmill Wheat. We were too stuffed for dessert, so we ordered a bread pudding to go... Oh, my deliciousness - I had the bread pudding later that night, I wish we had ordered two. Highly recommend it!!! I always order the filet mignon, with steamed broccoli AND ask for NO BUTTER (IBS-can't tolerate well...)... well again, everything came out swimming in butter - luckily our waiter noticed and took the plate right away (without me saying anything)- came back within 60 seconds (obviously just re-plated it)- I asked about the butter and he said " everything is cooked on the flattop in butter"--- uhhhhh?? What? The steamed broccoli?? (And since I asked for broccoli INSTEAD of the truffle potatoes, I was uncharged - & unfortunately didn't eat any of the vegetables). I like my ribeye cooked rare, but with the fat properly rendered, so I ordered it rare+, and it was executed perfectly.
