After 2yrs of epidural steroid injections that did no good, I found my way to Dr. Hayes. I am so incredibly grateful for the work he's done to get my back/hip to stop hurting. I feel like I have a shot at snowboarding again after missing 2 seasons due to this darn back. Dr Hayes is the best chiropractor I have used. I been beaten up a couple of times with other chiropractors by trying to adjust my neck and spine without warming up the body. But not Dr. Hayes. Before any session, he warms up the body by a few combination of methods: 1. 10-15mins on a rolling table 2. heat and sonic massager 3. massaging the neck and back I've been using his services for 2 months after a car accident. The neck and back is feeling a lot stronger and flexible. If it wasn't for working behind a computer 10 hours a day, I'd recover a lot faster.
