I have been seeing Dr C for about 4 months now and the constant pain that I had in my lower back/hips for over a decade has been significantly reduced. I have been to several chiropractors previously and would leave feeling more pain than relief. Dr C spends time to work on the areas needed, asking follow up questions and recommending different therapies as needed. The treatment changes based on what problem areas you have for that visit, so the amount of time varies, which can lead to appointment delays, however her staff is great about giving time estimates. The care here is incredible. Dr. C and Dr. Bill have taken care of me for the last few years . They know what they are doing and are highly experienced. They use special therapeutic guns to realign everything. I was skeptical at first of the therapy if it really worked till I got in a serious snowboarding accident. I came in again for a follow up visit to treat my back. 10 days ago my back was super stiff and my lower back was in considerable pain. I could barely walk. I have been in for 3 treatments for my back and I'm almost 100% now. The Traction table is a great device to help the spine and joints. It felt so good and you don't hang upside down. Doctor C was as friendly as ever and super caring. She takes her time to make sure you feel comfortable and you are important. Dr. C realigned my spine with her handheld device. It felt incredible. The front desk had Chery greeting people again. Chery was again super friendly, filled with smiles, and had a very caring tone. If you have joint pain, you should come here. This is a husband and wife team with helpful and friendly front desk staff. I would see both Dr. Bill & Dr. Claudette when I was 13 & 14 years old. Then life got in the way, I grew older, went to college, got my Master's, moved away, had kids. I came back to San Diego to visit my parents & they live close to their office again. I'm 33 now. My back NEEDED an adjustment from holding my baby who's 4 months old. I called the office, I was able to make an appointment quickly & they took my insurance over the phone. Of course they didn't have my records from almost 20 years ago so I needed to fill in new paperwork. When I was finished I was shown back to their adjusting area. Fantastic chiropractors. Both Dr Bill and Dr Claudette are equally fantastic. I was in constant pain from my sciatic nerve going down my leg to numbing in my foot. Not only that but I could not concentrate at work and could not get any rest let alone sleep. I was miserable to say the least. My mom came here for an acupuncture appointment. She was left behind and forgotten while the staff was closing up the office. She was left alone with needles in her body, screaming for help for almost 2 hours. The only reason she didn't get locked in for the night was because the receptionist came back to pick something up and saw her trying to open the front door. I was referred here through Kaiser & feeling hopeful that the two treatments they did today are going to help as 3 visits to the doctor have not done much of anything. The office is in need if a remodel for sure as everything is rather dated. However, the staff is so very kind & accommodating as I had a hard time walking or standing today & that was appreciated. Dr. Bill is a knowledgable and professional chiropractor who I will strongly recommend to treat for your neck/shoulder pain just like mine. He helped me with my neck pain whiplash problem recently. I got into a severe car accident over 15 years ago and did not get a proper treatment. So over the years it came back. I have tried different chiropractors here and there but no luck. Recently, I had a severe neck problem that prevented me from sleeping and driving, I came to his office. I had numbness in my leg and a shoulder pain problem for quite a while, as well as a severe tailbone injury from snowboarding. I had trouble sitting straight and walking due to the numbness and the tailbone pain. After Dr. Satnick treated me, the numbness in my leg went away, and the tailbone /shoulder pain felt a lot better. I can SIT again! Miracles do happen! Literally THE BEST chiropractors I have been to in my entire life. I have been to a dozen or so different chiropractors in the different cities I've lived in, and Dr. Bill and Dr. Claudette Satnick are, without a shadow of a doubt, the best. I fell while snowboarding and had a rib issue that made it difficult and painful to breathe, and they fixed me in a few minutes - no more pain at all. I have frequent low back pain, but they adjust my spine and hips, and the pain goes away immediately. I sometimes have trouble sitting up straight, which causes neck and back pain, and their adjustments have helped me sit up straight and be 100% comfortable right away. I had an issue where my neck felt like it had a painful "crink" when I turned to one side, and they found it themselves (I forgot to tell them about it) and they fixed it right away. They're also very gentle and wholistic, and I feel that my health and comfort has never been as good as when I'm being taken care of at Satnick Chiropractic. read more
