I like mochas and I believe they use Ghirardelli syrup for those. The mocha tends to skew sweet, which is fine with me. They're not very rich drinks. There are also a lot of other flavors, which I think are your standard syrups (they can be fine and so many cafes use them, but they sometimes are a bit artificial tasting.)
