Hayward Alignments is one of the best alignment shops I've been to. This is not a generic chain shop. If you have a lowered car, modified suspension, or you're picky about how your car drives, this is the place to go. Professional, honest, and fast. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending them to anyone who wants a proper alignment done right.

Another A+ job from Quang. I brought my Supra to him after another shop goofed, and he got it dialed into the exact specs I asked for. Very happy with his work. Car has more grip than ever. He was even willing to loosen and retorque my sway bar end links I wasn't sure I had torqued them down properly, so I let him know and he took care of it.

Took my son in laws van this morning for a wheel alignment- I was greeted by the gentleman there- he mentioned he was waiting on a customer who had an appointment at 10am and he would give them at least 10-15 minutes before he can actually give me their spot- that showed me that customer service was a priority! Luckily the appointment customer called and wasn't able to make it so Q was able to start on my SIL's vehicle right away- I was impressed that the shop itself was very clean and alignment is done digitally. I'm from Orange County, California and recently had my vehicles aligned and it wasn't done this high tech. Q was extremely honest and explained to me the vehicle didn't need an alignment. 2nd time coming back here but this time with a different car. Came in for an alignment and also mentioned a popping noise I was hearing in the front. Ryan and Quang took the time to check it out, helped me figure out what was going on, and made sure everything was right before finishing everything. One of THE best places to get your alignment done! Quang was very nice and his customer service was great. He showed great professionalism with a nice clean shop with a very comfortable waiting area. I initially came in after just lowering my car. He found that one of my axles were leaking, so he fixed the toe a bit and told me to come back whenever I'm ready. He was nice enough not to charge me for anything on my first visit! Came back 2 days later and the alignment is good! Great work with reasonable pricing. I reached out to Quang for an alignment and about one of my wheels sticking out causing it to damage my rear quarter panel. He even pulled out the quarter panel and got my alignment back to what I needed it to be and fixed that problem with my wheel sticking out. Pricing was fair and good work for what he charged. Quang at Hayward Alignments was super professional and helpful squeezing me in for a last minute alignment on a Saturday nonetheless! The shop is clean and well maintained which is a plus for me. By far the best alignment shop in the Bay! Quang is very professional, friendly, and takes pride in his work. His attention to detail is superb. Problem: 2002 540i steering wheel vibrates between 45-55 MPH. Analysis: Quang recommended tire balancing when I requested a quote regarding the problem via Yelp. Resolution: Went to another shop to balance the tires. After balancing tires, problem persisted. Made an appointment with Quang. He verified alignment was within tolerance. Noted that the tires were old and the symptoms described are consistent with unbalanced tires. He recommended a tire balancing shop. This time I followed his recommendation and made an appointment with Calderon Tires. Solution: Problem solved after installation of new tires. Quang didn't charge for an alignment; minor fee for his time and experience. Great value! read more

I'm very picky when it comes to my car. But Quang was very professional and answer all my questions. He was able to get all my camber to match and toe to factory specs. Other performance alignment shop said they couldn't do it and left my steering wheel off center. Now the car drives straight and is way more stable. With the in ground rack this is the go to shop for all slammed cars! read more

Took my 3rd Gen 4Runner on 33's here and experienced excellent service. Friendly staff and they got straight to working on the issue. Other spots take forever and bs you. This place is quick and efficient and they even have street fighter arcade for those waiting lol overall recommend! read more

I'm thrilled to find an shop in Hayward that is mod friendly and can do custom alignments. The shop is relatively new to the area, but don't let that fool you. The alignment techs here are really friendly and knowledgeable on all things suspension. As you may know, it can be painful trying to find a shop that can do custom alignments and cater to lowered cars. They were able to accommodate me same day and get my alignment specs right where I wanted it to be. The tech I worked with was super friendly and great with communication. Every step he asked where I would like my alignment spec'd to, and offered great advice on different measurements, and how it would affect handling and performance. He got it right to spec when other alignment shops in the area couldn't. On top of that, I was out in under an hour. My car drives better than ever read more

Highly recommend Hayward Alignments and the owner, Quang. Many shops cannot align my car due to not having an inground rack - which this shop does! Went here to get a full alignment for my show car. He took the time to make sure everything was on point and even tightened loose bolts for some liner under my car. Quang also went over the alignment sheet with me to go over what he did. Pricing for everything done was within normal price. Definitely taking my all my cars here from now on. read more

I came in because they gave me a reasonable quote for a custom alignment and I'm glad I did. These guys are awesome, they're happy to talk you through the process and answer any questions. Brought my lifted 2017 GMC Sierra 4x4 in for an alignment after I took it off roading and Quang got me straight. No one else was able to align my truck because of the aftermarket suspension but he was able to do it at a very reasonable rate. I will follow Quang to whichever shop he goes because of the amazing work he does! My car started getting wobbly when going over bumps so I scheduled an appointment and he was able to get my car all aligned and ready for a long drive to Sacramento. My air tank also wasn't filling quick so I suspected one of my compressors wasn't turning on. After the alignment, he helped me take a look at the compressors and found out it was the relay. He was able to help me get the relay working and I was ready to go! He is extremely hard working and super responsive. Everyone definitely needs to come here! read more

My steering wheel was crooked for months and it bothered me so much. I was refered by a friend to come here and get an alignment for my car. This shop is very clean and the people here are very friendly and did not try to upsell anything. They just fixed my steering wheel and inspected my car and told me everything looked good and I was on my way. Thanh responded quickly to my calls and promptly diagnosed the issues. He is communicative, knowledgeable, and friendly! I felt my car was in good hands, which was very reassuring. I was already impressed by the online reviews, and seeing another customer in the office give him the highest compliments only reinforced that. I even nodded in agreement. The shop is located in a plaza with several other auto repair spots. It can get very busy, especially on weekends, so I'd recommend calling ahead or making an appointment.

Unfortunately, they were unable to even move the car, and they couldn't get it into neutral. They did not fix it on the same day and even asked me to come and move the car myself. To make matters worse, they warned me that if I didn't retrieve the car, they would leave it on the side of the road with the keys inside and refuse to take responsibility. Overall, a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend them at all.

It was a Saturday, and they said they could look at my problem. When I arrived, the place was packed with cars getting serviced in bays and in the parking lot. But I didn't have to wait! The mechanic took my truck out for a test drive and then put it on the lift. They identified the problem and gave me an estimate. During the week, they kept me informed on the status of parts and said they would keep the promised repair appointment. They also kept the estimated price. So today I got my truck fixed. While I was there, I got my brakes done too. Overall, an excellent experience. A+ in customer service! Located in downtown Hayward.

This guy really knows his sh*t! I stopped getting my truck aligned cuz no one ever did it right. I had to get an alignment after changing my suspension. I found this place and was surprised at how meticulous the work was. They helped me adjust the height before aligning and helped suggest appropriate camber. Will come back here for future alignments! read more
