Within a couple minutes of parking, he called and said: "I don't think I'm the right fit for this job." He hadn't even entered the house or looked at the project. Not sure why he bothered to drive the 25 minutes to not even look at it give a final price on the job. Is it because I'm an Anglo and not Hispanic. If so...seems petty and racist. Had I known before, I would have tried to give business. After reviewing your response, I went back and checked the security camera. You were clearly on your phone...not "unloading levels and measuring equipment." You were also blocking the driveway. My wife's request that you not block the driveway was reasonable. Your response to that request feels like an overreaction. Regardless, I agree that your company is clearly not the one I should work with. I'm sure other potential customers would feel the same. Your actions and words do not support your statement that you "treat every customer equally." I don't feel treated equally. I feel discriminated against.

Of course no one told me that it Happened until I noticed it and Checked my Cameras and saw the Culprits !!!! Then add the Little Earthquakes we been having , my Picture Window looked like a Road Map of Cracks So I called 4 People for Estimates !!! I figured I might as well Upgrade the Window to a Nice One !!! Manor Window & Glass was one of the 4 Companies I Called!!! I liked that he was a Local Company and that they have been Serving San Leandro for Decades!!! He came out and we discussed my Options!!! I Chose a Custom Dual Slider Window!!! The Window is so large it was going to take 4 Weeks to Custom Fabricate !!! Mark the Owner came to my house to Verify the Measurements and the Type of Window I wanted and the Company!!! I then gave him a Deposit! To have the Window made and Installation when it arrived!!! The Window arrived 4 Weeks later and Mark Called to Schedule Installation!!!! The Installation Team Mark sent was Awesome!!! They were Friendly and Professional and Efficient!!! They put Drop Cloths In and Outside my House !!! They then they put Adhesive Tape on the Whole Broken Window Inside and Out then they Broke The Cracked Window out and Folded The Pieces and Removed Them to their Installation Truck for Disposal!!! They then removed the Last of the Existing Window !!! They cleaned the existing window frame and Vacuumed the Entire Window Opening and my Carpets and the Outside Window Frame!! They then Grabbed my New Window and Test Fitted it!!! They trimmed my new window and then Set it and Mounted it and Anchored it down with 4 Inch Screws!! They Then Caulked my New Window in and Sealed it up!!! They Even gave me a Wood Dowel Rod I could Set in the Window Track !! So a Burglar Couldn't pop the Slider open from outside!! The Installers left my house nice and clean!!! Then Mark came by and I paid the Balance Off on the Window and Installation!!! I will definitely use Mark and Manor Window & Glass again for my Window Needs!!! They are a Baller On A Budget Approved Establishment and Service!!! I keep my Pimp Hands Strong!!! I wanted to let you know about my experience with Lon's Glass…read more They installed a bathtub glass door that I had purchased from Lowe's, and from the moment the technicians arrived, the lead installer repeatedly complained that they normally don't install shower doors unless they come from their own showroom because they have to read the manufacturer's instructions. That immediately made me wonder why they accepted the job in the first place. Unfortunately, the finished installation reflects that attitude. The door functions, but the workmanship is very poor. One glass panel is visibly installed at an angle and sits much farther into the bathtub than it should, making the shower space noticeably smaller. The opposite panel is positioned differently, and the frame and guide look completely out of place. It simply doesn't look like a professional installation. The technicians told me their work was guaranteed for one year and suggested I contact the owner, Nick, if I wasn't satisfied. They even suggested replacing my brand-new shower door with one of theirs at a discount. That would mean writing off the $600 door I had already purchased, paying for another door, and paying for installation all over again after already spending about $500 on labor. I contacted Nick and asked him to come inspect the installation and bring brochures for the products they sell so we could discuss options. He scheduled appointments three separate times and cancelled every one of them at the last minute. The first time it was because of his anniversary, the second because of dinner plans with his wife, and this morning he cancelled again, saying there was no reason for him to come look at it at all. Considering he lives only a couple of minutes from my house, I found that especially disappointing. The owner finally messaged me and said I can pay $1,200 to install a window from his inventory but I found that product ugly and outdated. I emailed him and said I'm not interested. At this point, I've lost confidence in the company. Their workmanship was poor, they haven't stood behind their installation, and their warranty doesn't seem to have much value if the owner won't even inspect the work. It's impossible for me to trust them again and get messed up twice.
