HD (Hao Diep) is professional, courteous, trusting and reliable. They re-finished the hardwood floors upstairs and downstairs, including re-paving the kitchen which had water damage and hence black rusty nail marks that will not go away by refinishing. The whole process took 7 days. Hao's crew was accommodating so that we can live in the house while the work was ongoing. I had HD flooring to refinish our house wood floor. Hal was very responsive, friendly and hard working and pricing was also reasonable. They did sanding, filling or maintaining, then two coats of stain sealers, Finally buffing and final coat. Our floor wasn't in a great shape at all, we were living in this house as a tenant for over 7 years and no maintenance was done while we were living. Then we recently purchased the house we were already living in, so we started renovations. The flooring is one of our first remodeling processes. The floor was looking very dull, had some visible gaps and a hole for tv cable. The kitchen area had warping. Also, the bathroom had some water damage. After they work for 3 days, all the gaps and the hole were nicely filled, the warping in the kitchen is now flattened again, the water damage is gone. The floor looks great and smooth. We are very happy about their job. The only thing I'd recommend to anyone doing the floor anything including staining is to remove shoe moldings. No sanding damage they caused, but we had some shoe moldings that ended up with stains. But this is a little enough of the inconvenience compare to overall work that they provided. We ended up not being able to go with HD Flooring due to tight timelines, but Hao was able to give us a good estimate for what it took to change the floors from laminate to SPC, and for leveling the floors. We had significant warping and damage to our kitchen hardwood floor from a disposal line leak. After inspection, Hao provided what seemed like a reasonable estimate to fix damage hardwood floor (replace with new white oak floor boards) and repolish the other areas to a stain of our choice. Hao was very flexible in accommodating our requests for scheduling as well as provide suggestions on what type of polish would be a better alternative since we have an infant at home. After 3 other contractors told us it couldn't be done HD flooring got the job done. We moved into a home with original oak wood floors that were pretty beat up. We wanted to keep the wood look but it would have been too expensive to repair. We decided to go with laminate flooring.
