I really appreciate the time he took with me in going over options for cosmetic work I wanted done on my eyes. He was up front about what was possible - and what was not. The injections were not painful at all and it helped that he used plenty of ice both before and after the procedure. The cryotherapy stung a little but I expected that to remove some brown spots and skin tags. The price for all three procedures was far less than I thought (like less than a thousand). I wanted to add to my review about this amazing office! I had two prp procedures this year. I cannot believe the amazing results. Dr Diaz threads the plasma with a needle under the skin and focused on a few areas where I had quite a bit of acne scaring. After the second prp I was able to add a touch of filler to those areas because the scar tissue was broken up enough for him to precisely inject the problem areas. I cannot express my gratitude towards him and his practice for their masterful work. After this last procedure, I've had multiple people commenting on how great my skin looks and my scars are practically visually gone!! I'm still in disbelief. Came in to have Dr. Venice look at my sprained ankle that has been an inconvenience for the past 3 weeks. He applied heat therapy and numbing shots but by far the best part was his post visit treatment recommendations. He didn't give me the standard doctor's orders to "stay off of it" but reassured me that i can eventually resume my normal activities with icing and stretching. Dr. Diaz saved my life. Literally! He knows internal medicine, endocrine medicine and saved my life bc he also knows tropical medicine. I returned to Chicago from Bali very sick with 2 deadly food poisoning bacteria in my system. I wasn't able to get necessary care in Bali due to overcrowding at the local ER, I'd been sent away with anti nausea meds to get me on a flight out of Bali. I left a phone message with HD MedSpa about my symptoms. When I landed in Chicago my phone had an urgent text asking me to call Dr Diaz. Dr Harold Diaz stayed late that evening to fit me into his schedule. He told me I was lucky to be alive and started me immediately on antibiotics and sent me for labs immediately too.
