I repeated why I was calling then asked when a good time for me is. I said afternoons and weekends. He then proceeded to say, afternoons don't work as no one is there to look at brakes past 4pm unless it's like a Saturday. I then said that was fine. They asked what type of car and if I had the size of the tire which I did not. He then said they would need this info. and I asked if I should call back with the info and he said yes, then we ended the call. Like I'm literally calling you to spend my money at your business but you let me go without securing the appointment. Make it make sense.

I had asked them to just take a look at my brakes since the tires would be off. I get a call that I need new pads and rotors. I was surprised since my brakes did not grind at all. Then he proceeds to tell me that my rear shocks are shot and they cannot align with the new tires until the shocks are replaced. I told them I did not want any of that extra work done. Ended up taking my car to my Ford dealer and it was confirmed that I do not need brakes or shocks. Be very careful of these guys, bit shady to me.
