We discussed Lila's furcut, what I wanted for her. The grooming area looks like a salon. Clean and organized. They have these little gated spaces for pups to have their own chill out space while waiting to be picked up. Lila was so relaxed in her chill zone space when I walked in. She was ready to be picked up 2.5 hours later. Lila looks fantastic. She looks serious in the pictures but she was all smiles and wiggles, I was lucky to get her to sit still. Highly recommend. I booked our next appointment before I left. The facility is in a convenient location with plenty of parking.

Our dog was dropped off for services and 5-10 minutes later we received a call that there was an accident. Details were never made clear as to what happened in that 5-10 minute span. This accident ultimately cost over $10,000, months of challenges for our dog and something he may not fully recover from. Initially, the support from All About the Dog was positive and responsive, but in attempting to recover re-imbursement for final medical costs, I was unable to receive a response and am now being directed to an attorney. I will not recommend this location to anyone who values the safety of their animal.
