This used to be a good shop. I needed to get a line and taper as my regular barber was out of town and not available so I went back to this shoo. I was a walk in and it was 3pm on a Saturday. I was quickly ushered by the barbers in the front of the shop to go to the back, this I felt was a bad idea but you never know. I waited for an hour and unfortunately the basic taper and line was not executed properly. My attempts to have the mistakes corrected only resulted in further "damage". A taper and line are the basics in cutting hair and no new customer should be subjected to being serviced by an inexperienced barber especially when the others in the shop know that his/her work is subpar. The barber should have asked for help to fix his mistakes but that never happened. I erred by not requesting for another more experienced barber to fix my hair as I was now short on time and needed to be at a charity event that evening. I witnesrealized that all of the other barbers up front had the capability of doing exactly what I had requested and their work was phenomenal but I was utterly disappointed and embarrassed by my cut which lI paid for only as a courtesy. I was not a satisfied customer and with that, I will never return to this business in the future. My uncut hair looked better than my post hair cut and now I have to pay someone else to fix my hair. Remember, good loyal Customers are hard to find and keep in this competitive market and inexperience should never be an excuse for piss poor performance. read more

My barber Chris is always cutting my hair exactly how I want it, this is the first barber shop I've ever gone to so it took lots of communication between me and him to figure out exactly what I want, ever since I've been loving every haircut. This is for Barber Mike worse hair cut I have ever received. Only got cut by him because he was the only barber in the shop. I'm never going back. He seriously needs to step up his game. He gave me this promotion card to go back and get $3 off my next haircut. I think he has that because he knows how terrible he is. Headliners needs to replace this guy or send him back to barber school because he fucked my shit up. I asked Mike to give me a simple fade and lineup 3 on top and a 1 1/2 on the sides.My line up was crooked my beard was uneven one side of my face was higher than the other. I literally got a haircut the next day from another spot told that barber what happen and he agreed. He didn't even cut behind my ears. The other barber said he used a "long" 2 on my sides and a 4 on top. If you go to this headliners don't get cut by barber Mike. Ive got cut by all the other barbers they were good but Mike was by far the worse haircut I've ever payed for in my whole life. read more

Guys up the stairs are good... But the two guys near front door i have many complaints i am a walk in so i never care who cuts untill now they are so busy talking rather then cutting left dark spots on my sideburns i dident notice tell i left long strands of hair around the ears and on my top line! I couldent believe it and due to the dark spots on my side burns i had to shave my whole chin strap i couldent fix it i dont got cutters just a razor very displeased! Also heard from many people and remember getting a bad cut from the other guy my advice is go up the 3 steps to the right and wait there dont talk to the other guys and if u two ever read this.... Great shop w/ TV's for watching the games - that's where the good stuff stops... I stopped in for a trim and the guy shaved me!!! I was shocked - he said I should have asked to "leave it longer on top"!!! This was a "Twilight Zone" experience - when I looked around 'everyone' was shaved... I had just started a sales job and this debacle set me back big time... The cut was not even technically correct as I was finding & cutting small long strands of my hair afterwards... He even thinned it out so I looked like a "Chia Pet" as it grew out and I went to Super Cuts to get it 1/2 way back together... If you want a "Kojak" this is your heaven - sooo weird... So the first time I took my son here to get a fade/line up John took care of him. First chair on the left when you come in he did a good job. Second time, it was so packed that I didn't want to wait and my son ended up getting faded up by this old man in the "other room" I wasn't happy about the cut... after we left I noticed his fade wasn't even and he missed spots around the back of his neck and behind his ear. So I took him back right away and asked someone else *Julius* to fix his hair. We waited 5 minutes for him to finish up who he was working on and took my son right away. He cleaned him up and was able to LINE HIM UP CORRECTLY. My advice.. don't go in the second room! Stick to the three in the first room. oh.. I heard the Mexican dude in the second room is good though. I take my son every other week and I always have a good laugh when I'm here. They are very friendly and be prepared for the normal Barber shop convos and male testosterone jokes. I would give 5 stars if it wasnt for who the other barbers call "dinosaur bones" messed up my sons fade. Prepare to wait 20 min. or more if you're coming on a Saturday. Come early! I never been to the place so I thought why don't I give it a shot plus my son really needed a haircut. I requested to simply trim my son's hair just to show his face and ears. He was cool and left everything to him since I thought his the expert. I was so shocked when he started buzzing away also what annoys me is that his cellular phone kept ringing. I was really disappointed with the outcome, the cut was uneven and it was a joke. I can't believe when he started lecturing me about the haircut and told me it's the haircut I wanted. And they got this chick up there, sho do womens hair too, but she cut hella good, black people n straight hair. Its all good. She hella pretty too.
