Went in for a facial with Crystal, I had broken out on my face mainly my right cheek and i was able to talk to her and she explained to me what can help and what can make it worse and omg the next day i could already see a HUGE difference and my confidence was coming back and even today i can already see a big difference. I've been coming to Healing Therapy for about 2 months to receive lymphatic drainage massages with Marisol and my results have been amazing! I started my massages about 2 weeks post op and added radio frequency along with cavitation to help breakdown some scar tissues that had formed. Marisol is always very professional and attentive to my needs. I've also gotten a facial with Crystal and was very pleased with the outcome. Unfortunately after being a loyal client for YEARS, I will not be coming here ever again. They have created this crazy strict "policy" and if you have a membership with them and don't use it within 1-3 months your credits will EXPIRE, which means your hard earned money will go to the trash because they only want to give you so much time to use it. Even if you have a reason to why you can't come, they DO NOT CARE. I got pregnant and notified them to put my membership on hold because I was unable to get massages and even if I wanted to come get a facial I was seeing a dermatologist because I was having acne during my pregnancy so she advised to not use anything else or get facials until my skin resolved. Anyway they didn't care and continued to charge me $70/ month and my credits went to waste since I couldn't come in. I do not recommend and I will never be coming here again ! And now they want to respond saying I have "unpaid" invoices !!!! Hahahaa you guys are seriously HILARIOUS. Horrible establishment, never coming here anyway after being a loyal client for 4 years. I have a huge understanding on time and patience as my place of employment is one of the busiest in the state of California, but communication is always key in understanding. The screenshot is my multiple attempts at scheduling an appointment. Their message right above the August 14 2020 dateline is from September 2019. That was the first and last time I was ever able to get a hold of them. No one has ever picked up at the phone numbers provided on their website. I was sick and asked to reschedule and was charged 100% for services not rendered, nor would they apply it towards my rescheduled appointment. Is this legal? Why would I reschedule and pay full price ($150) again?? Despite being listed on their website, they may want to re-evaluate this policy.
