I got to my appt 5 minutes early. When I walked in there was no one at the front desk. After about 5 minutes I decided to time it. It took someone 12 minutes to come out and another 7 to greet me. Finally the esthetician walked me into a cute little room and asked me about my skin. As she was cleansing my skin I couldn't help but hear the clicking of a kitchen timer on the counter. That was getting annoying. The facial felt great but it was definitely not worth the $109 for the Signature facial. read more

I absolutely love coming here and do so whenever I have the chance. I don't live close so it's not easy, but it's always worth it. I am someone who has chronic pain for many reasons and Miguel always treats me with professional care. Today I came after being quite sore from a surgery and as always Miguel took great care of me. He always says, "Don't worry about nothing, I got you." And believe me, you can trust him, he is sincere and means it and he doesn't disappoint! I've had many massages and Miguel is the absolute best for pain relief and relaxation. I live with pain but when I come here and get the massage with cupping afterwards I'm 100% pain free for at least 3 days afterwards. There isn't anywhere else or anything else I can go or do for this much pain relief, except here. If you are desperate for pain relief, make this your first and last stop, you won't regret it. Prepare yourselves, this one is going to be a long one lol I originally came to Healing therapy for a promotion on the cavitation treatment they were offering on Instagram. I decided to give them a call and schedule an appointment. Went to my appointment- Take note I live about an hour or so away (depending on traffic) from Healing Therapy but still decided to make the trip. So far every time I go they're always so courteous, nice, and helpful! I've gone 4 times total now and hands down they have the best customer service! The gentlemen in the front desk Edder (hopefully spelled his name correctly lol) is always greeting me with a smile and offering water/ tea. Violet and Iris have treated me and they're both great and funny they make me feel really comfortable! They do have a 24hr cancellation policy and due to my distance & traffic I was forced to cancel one of my appointments the same day. But Edder talked to them as this was my first time being a customer and he was able to help me keep my credit!! He didn't have to do that but I really do appreciate those efforts! I've been to locals spas, but i'd rather make the drive out to Healing Therapy and be a happy customer than stay local and not be pleased! Came here based on a recommendation on Instagram to get a facial. They were having a special for $69.99 regular price was $109. The suite is located in a medical plaza there's ample free parking. I was greeted upon entry checked in and waited no more than five minutes for my service. I was offered tea and water while I waited. I had Tony as my aesthetician, he was very gentle and informative as he completed my facial. He made sure to give me his recommendations which wasn't much he told me my skin was gorgeous but was dehydrated and suggested the rose mask which I'll try the next time. Healing Therapy as you may know they have so many followers on IG and the reason why I wanted to come here was because I been having back pains for a while and so they had a cupping treatment service that helps with back pain and other stuff as well. On their website you pay for the service you're getting at full price, they don't ask for a deposit as some other places do in order to book ur appointment but Healing tHerapy you have to pay for the full service and then book an app with them which is strange. I paid for my service and I got an email from them asking for my phone # and said someone was going to give me a call for an app, a month later went by and I didn't get any call I dm them as you may see and due to the protest that was happening at that time they weren't able to book then I messaged them again after that and that's when they asked for my name and #, again, no call no appointment.. on the 3rd attempt I noticed that they seen my message 18hrs ago and didn't have the audacity to at least reply. I had to dispute the charge through my bank I feel like they stole my money without providing the service. I just want to say to the business owner from Healing Therapy to know how to run ur business you guys charge ppl the whole service fee first without promising an appointment and second of all who ever is behind the IG account needs to be more professional and not ignore ppl's messages and last I forgot to mention that I even called to the two diff #'s on their page and no one answered. Omg... I can't even explain the Amount of love I have for this place. I came in looking for help since my acne was incredibly bad, they gave me tips and tricks on what to use and what to stop using. I got about 4 facials done and 1 chemical peel that saved my life The only thing I would recommend is people to get is there 6 month "plan. You should really ask questions, though. I myself got the 6 month plan. The only reason I'm giving them a 3 is because they don't tell you that anything besides the facial (high frequency , etc.) is extra. They never tell you when they're gonna charge you extra , sooo that's very disappointing. But the owner is literally the sweetest. They offer tea or wine and the peach tea is amazing. read more
