The appointment was scheduled for 5:40pm, we arrived at 5:37. We were greeted and checked in immediately, copayment was taken and by 5:48 my family member was taken in for imaging. No wait was necessary and it was fast. The front desk staff were very friendly. The radiologist was very helpful and informative, the care quality was great. UMD has radiology facilities in Temecula and Murrieta. I had a MRI and X-ray done at their Temecula location. It was for an appointment with an orthopedic doctor I was seeing there. Staff was friendly, helpful, organized, no hassles--what a breath of fresh air compared to Radnet! They have recently opened up for outside referrals. So, I scheduled an appointment with them for an annual preventative CT scan at this location in Murrieta. This location has been opened since November. It's brand spanking new with a state of the art CT machine. They are working to build up a clientele. Please check them out!

The images were loaded to the portal on day 2, but 15 days later I still don't have the radiologist's report, nor does my pulmonologist! I have made 5 phone calls, 2 messages, a site maintenance request, and have been told by 3 people in Medical Records that they would email the report to me. It is still not available to me, nor to my doctor, who has also called and requested it. When treatment plans depend on diagnostic tests, those results are critical. Shame on everyone involved with the mistreatment of this information. I will never use the Cal Oaks office again and would advise anyone else to steer clear. Just a horrible, frustrating experience.

We started with a 2D scan, but as soon as we experienced the 3D/4D scans, we knew there was no going back. Seeing our baby in such detail felt like we were really meeting him even before birth, every little kick, movement, and even facial expression! Week by week, we watched him grow. I'd heard that after 34 weeks, it's hard to see much, but we kept coming at 35, 36, 37, 38, and 39 weeks and every visit was magical. When he was finally born at 39 weeks and 4 days, I couldn't believe how perfectly he matched the ultrasound images, his hands, his movements, his little expressions...everything! I feel so thankful for the memories we captured even before our son arrived. Now that I am holding my baby in my arms, I feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude. I want to say a big, heartfelt thank you to Esperanza for showing us the best moments of our baby and making this journey unforgettable. Been to a few of their other locations and they are always very quick and professional. Had my paperwork from my doctors to get the xrays done. I like that they don't require an appointment. I walked right in on a Friday, mid day and they had staff at the front desk masked and ready to assist me. Some medical offices close for lunch, so it was nice to see this place doesn't do that. The lady who helped me asked for my ID and paperwork, then had me fill out a few forms. I sat in the lobby after returning the forms to her. About 5 minutes after that, I was called to the back room by one of the techs. Once I was in the room, she was fast and positioned me where I needed to be, moved me a few times and got what she needed. I was in and out of that room within 4 minutes! I recommend California Imaging & Diagnostics for sure. They have always been great to work with, never had any hiccups here. Will keep returning if I need them again!
