Jagr was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable from the beginning. During the estimate, he took the time to thoroughly inspect the shower and clearly explain what work he would be doing. I really appreciated that he was straightforward and took the time to answer questions rather than simply giving me a price and rushing through the appointment. The pricing was also very reasonable, especially compared with some of the larger companies I contacted. Being a family-owned business, it seems he is able to provide excellent service and personal attention without the overhead and pricing of some of the larger restoration companies. Jagr was also extremely efficient while completing the work. After everything was finished, I noticed a couple of areas where the grout didn't look quite as good as the surrounding areas. I contacted him, and he came back promptly and corrected the issues without hesitation. To me, that says a lot about a company. Nobody is perfect, but what really matters is whether a company stands behind its work and makes things right--and Jagr absolutely did.
