They took X-rays, photos, and scans, and the dental assistant was incredibly patient and gentle with me since I tend to gag during dental procedures. She made the whole process much easier than I expected. The dentist took the time to review everything with me and let me know that my teeth are actually looking good. I left feeling relieved and even scheduled my deep cleaning appointment without hesitation. If you're putting off going to the dentist because you're nervous or embarrassed that it's been a while, don't be. This office made the experience comfortable, judgment-free, and surprisingly pleasant.

Dr.Conor and his team have made this experience as streamlined and as pain-free as possible. Several months later and I have a brand new implant that feels better than a natural tooth. Dental work is never cheap but I had shopped around and decided to go with this clinic because the prices were competitive and I just felt really comfortable with this doctor which is important. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease--something I rarely say about a dental visit! Customer Service: The front desk team member, Gina, is incredibly welcoming and efficient. Booking appointments is easy, and they send helpful reminders. Every staff member I interacted with during my visit was personable, professional, and well-trained in patient care. They took the time to answer my questions without rushing me. Dental Procedures: I had a cleaning, two crowns, one partial crown, and all my silver (amalgam) fillings with white (composite) fillings, and the quality of work was excellent. Dr. Felix is skilled, gentle, and communicative--explaining each step clearly and checking in often to ensure I was comfortable. I truly felt like I was in capable hands throughout the entire process. Clinic Vibes: The clinic is spotless, modern, and beautifully designed. Even the waiting room tv was unplugged and probably broken. What would you expect to happen to my teeth??? Stay away. Do yourself a favor and don't go here. So definitely diamonds as far as the care you will receive there. One criticism (the rough part) might be that you wouldn't be able to tell from the outside of the building what kind of quality care you will be getting inside the building because the little strip mall situation is not very inviting.
