    1) there are many options for all types of diets which is an absolute must for our family. The four of us have such different diets that it's always a juggle to find the happy medium. 2) We were greeted quickly and with all the restrictions the man at the front was so helpful! He informed me there are two separate menus one vegan/ vegetarian then a full regular menu. Also with my millions of questions he didn't get frustrated or short he simply checked and it was greatly appreciated. 3) there was plenty of seating throughout the restaurant and easily accessible restroom. Overall welcoming and comfortable. For anyone looking they use Udi's gluten free bread so they use egg and it is not vegan however they have many vegan sauces. The protein pancakes and donuts are not vegan since they use egg and whey in the mix. I was told that the cinnamon roll is vegan and gluten free which is only on the vegan vegetarian menu and was really good.

I personally am not vegan or gluten-free or anything of that nature. However, my mom is and she is coming on vacation. It's been hard to find things on the island that she's been able to eat. I went out for a tour and happened to stumble upon this gem and was able to bring her back some sweet treats that she's not even able to get at home. It was a wonderful find. It made vacation a little bit better. When I came in, everyone was friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to break down everything, explain how it was made, and even where it came from. I ordered one of every sweet treat, and it seemed like by the time I paid, someone else was coming from behind with everything packaged up and ready to go. When I got back to the room, my mom was very surprised and even convinced me to try a cookie. I have to say that normally when I try vegan/gluten-free things, I don't like them, but it was a really good cookie, and I would definitely go back again to be able to buy something that we both would be able to share.

Yeah, this place is really pretty good. They have a pretty small menu, but the choices are all pretty diverse and unique so there should be something to make everyone happy! I tried the Greek falafel wrap which was really good, full of veggies, and the sauce was yum. Wife got the Chicken BLT and was pleased. I liked it enough to go back the very next day and try the Chicken Caesar wrap. It's also not so busy that it feels overwhelming but there are usually a couple people having lunch. I'll be trying other items on the menu! Definitely recommend.

Healthy Habit is AWESOME!!!! The food is delicious & the service is wonderful. This family friendly restaurant is definitely on our must visit again list, everything we come to Hilton Head. Delaware needs a franchise.

Great fast casual spot on the island! It's located in park plaza behind holy tequila - pretty easy to find parking. The inside is simple but cute with some bar stool seating, a few small tables, and a little nook - there is also seating outside. They have a great menu selection consisting of some breakfast options, smoothies, salads, warm bowls, and wraps + a build your own. The menu is posted on the wall (screens) and they also have handhelds available which I personally appreciate as I sometimes have a hard time reading wall menus and/or do not want to be in the way. They have a regular menu as well as a vegetarian and I think vegan menu which makes it a good spot for everyone to find something with various dietary preferences. The service was great; the woman working was very friendly and polite - as well as patient as we decided what to get and the food was made to order and rather quickly. We ordered the Steak Hibachi and Steak Barbacoa Warm Bowls. They were excellent and apparently two of their best sellers. They both were very flavorful and the portions were generous! They use great ingredients that make the meal fresh and healthy. We went in December, so it was holiday season - they had some decorations as well as a great marketing opportunity where there were props and if you had some fun (ie took a picture in the restaurant with them) you could get a discount. It seems they also have "programs" available. Definitely recommend if you're in the area and looking for a fast/casual but good m

The taco shells were really crispy, which I appreciated, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The service was quick, making it a great option if you're looking for a fast and casual meal. The ordering process is similar to Chipotle--you wait in line and choose what you'd like, whether that's a burrito, bowl, tacos, nachos, or a quesadilla, and then customize it with the fillings and toppings you want. Overall, it was a fun spot with a convenient setup and tasty food. I'd definitely stop by again the next time I'm back in Hilton Head!

First off, the restaurant is located perfect in a shopping center with plenty of indoor and covered outdoor seating. The ordering style is synonymous of most of the "build-your-own" restaurants. I opted for a burrito and chose the "Java Special" as my choice of protein. It has a mix of steak and chicken, cooked in queso. The burrito was delicious and well portioned. Typically, a leaky burrito would turn-off some people from the food, including myself, but it was delicious nonetheless. I went back the next morning for some coffee and opted for a speciality Dubai Chocolate coffee. It was delicious to the point where we could not stop talking about it all morning. All in all, I love eating at Java Burrito whether I want a hefty meal or just some quality coffee. It's to the point where it's a guaranteed visit whenever I make my way down to the island.

The biggest issue for us was that we have gluten sensitivities, and this place made it nearly impossible to eat what we ordered. I specifically ordered a shrimp kabob plate with basmati rice and salad. Instead, I was given a shrimp wrap in pita (which I can't eat), and when I questioned it, the staff insisted I was wrong rather than trying to fix it. It got worse when I looked at the rice--it had noodles mixed into it, which again made it not gluten-free and completely inedible for me. So after spending $22, I was left with basically shrimp and lettuce. My friend also had an issue--her pita came with onions even though that wasn't stated on the menu and wasn't supposed to be included. On top of all that, the restaurant itself was uncomfortably hot, which just added to the overall poor experience. Between the incorrect orders, lack of transparency about ingredients, and dismissive response from staff, I won't be coming back. If you have dietary restrictions, I'd strongly recommend going somewhere that takes them more seriously. The food that was edible was yummy though, just not worth the hassle.

From the moment we sat down in the bar area, Michael made us feel genuinely welcome. He was warm, personable, attentive, and had the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness. He anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask, checked on us at just the right times, and made the entire evening feel relaxed and enjoyable. It's rare to come across someone who truly loves what they do, and it showed in every interaction. The food was outstanding! We enjoyed delicious martinis, amazing meatballs, freshly baked bread that was impossible to stop eating, and fantastic pizza. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. What really made the evening memorable, though, was Michael. He elevated a great meal into an exceptional dining experience. His genuine hospitality, positive attitude, attention to detail, and engaging personality are exactly what every restaurant hopes to provide its guests. If you're dining at Michael Anthony's Market Cafe, ask to sit in Michael's section at the bar - you'll be glad you did. He's an absolute asset to the restaurant, and we'll definitely be whatback because of him. Five stars all the way!

Loved the Caesar salad with fried anchovies--yes, please! I loved my entree (the spaghetti with crab). My BIL's veal Milanese was very good, and the arancini I tasted from my sister's scallop special were fabulous. Would have liked the dish to come with larger bay scallops, though. My friend would have liked more of a thin crispy cutlet in her chicken parm but that's what she's used to. My panna cotta was lovely! No complimentary bread service here, and FYI, a simple side of pasta is $15. I've been told to make a rez and sit at the bar.
