Lindsey immediately charged me full price for my first cancellation & said "I charged your card on file" . I understand the loss of a service but not even a " hey, is everything okay" "I want to give you the benefit of the doubt" & maybe charge half price. Now I will not return I even waited a day to think about if I should leave a review. I have been flexible for her over the 1 1/2 years but I was not treated the same. Another one, chair setup meant I got a lot of hair on my skin due to my soft pants, which wasn't comfortable seating on me like a sofa chair. However, she was very nice, friendly, and attentive to my needs. She even accommodated me earlier than my scheduled time. A month later, my hair feels happy, thinner, and soft. I appreciate her work and love how light my hair feels. I'm just afraid about shears my hair but it is worth it. I would return if I need another cut!
