I haven't been here since my baby "Cali" passed away 2 years ago, I can tell you that feeding her the raw food I bought here contributed to her long life. The owners and staff were ALWAYS so friendly and helpful. Always keeping me abreast of when certain food was being delivered and ordering me extra whenever needed. It was so hard to drive by there after Cali passed away. But I finally opened my heart to another kitten - actually 2 - sisters that needed rescuing last month and I'm looking forward to shopping here again!! The one employee Marco, was very ill informed and said that feeding raw makes animals aggressive. That is so far from the truth. I have mixed reviews about this place. My first reaction of the owner was she scared the crap out of me about my puppy getting parvovirus. She did kick me down some samples which was nice. But, I would also try to ask a question and she wouldn't let me get a word in, she just kept talking. Which is totally rude! In the mean time I forgot my questions! I got a kennel there and returned it after 2 weeks. My puppy never used it! And returned without the receipt. They said that they can give me store credit, which I thought fine! But when she told me that I wasn't getting my full refund back I was a little livid. I feel like I was ripped off and that she made money on my return. I just used the store credit on some treats and will not be retuning there. The owner is very rude! read more

My sister and I visited this store today after it was highly recommended by a good friend of mine. Our dog just recently had a mass removed in her mammory and it came back cancer. The news has been absolutely devastating to our entire family. From what we know so far, it hasn't spread to vital areas that have already been checked. Still waiting on further testing to find out more. Our baby girl is only 4 years old and we started to ask ourselves, why? How could this happen? In just a short amount of time we had discovered some really good information regarding dog's diets. I had absolutely no idea how bad bagged dog food was. I never stopped to think what was actually in it. Our girl has always been 100% healthy, active, never showed a sign of being sick. After further research, i firmly believe a dog's diet is key to fighting off certain ailments, especially cancer. We decided it would be best to get her off the bagged kibble immediately and transition her into a more mineral rich diet incorporating supplements and raw food. I am not a professional and i don't have much experience with animals but what i do know is it's the same for people and plants. When you have zero minerals and an acidic inner ecosystem, that equals disease. Upon entering the store we were quickly greeted by a man and a woman named, Diane. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. After talking with Diane and telling her our situation, she recommended several options for us to transition our dog into a new meal plan. We purchased a couple bags of My Perfect Pet bars to start with then we will move to the raw food. Diane gave us several samples of the raw food to incorporate into the bars, just to start, so not to shock our dog's system right away. Then we will gradually move to strictly raw. We will be incorporating Health Force green mush into the food as well as Twinlab Norwegian cod liver oil. These products have come highly recommended and many people have had great success with them. This store is amazing. Very clean, well kept, and a large amount of products to choose from. I will definitely keep coming back. I am so grateful for all the information that I received today and am very optimistic that our dog Luna will thrive from these necessary changes and live a long life. #TeamLuna read more

I periodically shop here for healthy cat food. They have a great selection and they will give a slight discount if you buy by the case. Most of the people who work there are very knowledgeable and helpful. I also appreciate that they have rescue kittens available for adoption (adopt, don't buy!)
