I contact Health Palace and am told that I had refused to take delivery of my order, and on top of that 3 items were damaged so they were charging me for those and for the courier charges. I was eagerly awaiting my delivery and had received no delivery attempts or communications. The thing I don't get is how could I have damaged 3 items if I refused to take delivery of the order? Seems they didn't think their scam through very well. Luckily I paid via PayPal who issued my refund in full as they could see that HP was lying. Buyer beware, shop elsewhere.
